How to create Special information type (SIT) in Oracle HRMS

What is an SIT??

SIT Stands for Special information type. When you want to save a particular type of data for which there is no

interface provided by Oracle, you can create a SIT to store data.
எண்ணிய ��தல் ேவண்�ம் ,
நல் லேவ ெயண்ணல்
Features:
ேவண்�ம் ; �ண்ணிய
ெநஞ் சம் ேவண்�ம் , ெதளிந்த
1) SIT is a KFF (Key flex field) நல் ல�� ேவண்�ம் ;
பண்ணிய பாவெமல் லாம்
2) You can store data in a date tracked manner. பரி� �ன் பனிேய ேபால,
நண்ணிய நின்� னிங் �
3) It is used to cater frequent data change. e.g. You can use it to store training data whenever a training is ந�த்�ட ேவண்�ம்

ORACLE GRC
Navigation: System Administrator --> Application --> Flexfield --> Key --> Segments

Search flexfield title by name Personal Analysis Flexfield, as shown below.

Enable each type by checking the Enabled check box.

Check the other boxes to specify how you plan to use the special information type. This makes it available in the concurrent program (49)

Whenever a new record is updated, and in response to updation, a new combination is created. What will system OBIEE (74)
do is, first it will create a combination in Personal_analysis_criteria table then it will insert actual data ODI (1)
in Per_Person_Analyses . So a little bit of Performance issue. But in this era, we have machines with so much
