CMR Law School is devoted to the headway of knowledge, learning and understanding in
the service of the society. It is our mission to help guide and facilitate the career planning
process. The principle body entrusted with the responsibility of managing and conducting
the Campus Recruitment in CMR Law School is the Placement Cell. We provide various
opportunities so as to ensure a growth oriented student development process. As a part
of this the students are trained, groomed and chiseled to be the best with the combination
of managerial and leadership skills and a broad range of professional skills such as
advocacy, legal services, legislation, law reforms and advisory. The placement cell
coordinates with the corporate sector in order to provide adequate infrastructure to
facilitate the campus selection program. Reputed law firms and corporate houses have
been approached and they have in turn evinced a keen interest to visit our institution and
organise campus recruitment programs. The cell maintains a cordial relationship with all
recruiting agencies in addition to a large body of independent Advocates and Solicitors
who look towards CMR Law School as a resourceful talent pool for recruiting interns and
associates each semester.

After years of rigorous training and internship exposure, it is important that skills and
knowledge of our students are used efficiently. The task of ensuring this endeavor is taken
up by the Placement Cell. The Placement cell also take aim to convert internships into
prospective placements. The Placement Cell firstly screens the CVs and educates the
students on Resume writing as well as edifice the resumes by conducting workshops.
After which, the CV is verified and sent to the recruiters. During that interlude, the students
have to attend a training and skill development workshop. Increasingly, law firms and
chambers recruit applicants who have a portfolio of specific skills to equip them to
succeed in legal practice. When discussing with the graduate recruitment managers of
leading law firms about what they look for in desirable candidates, there are qualities that
come up over and over again.Placement cell also endeavors to provide such opportunities
to all batches of students, helping them to develop skills important for legal professionals
