Traffic Light System-SOP

The document describes a traffic light quality control system used at Evitex Dress Shirt Ltd. The system uses green, yellow, and red cards to indicate the quality status at different production processes. A green card means no defects were found, yellow means 1 defect was found, and red means 2 or more defects require stopping the process to address problems. Red processes are the first priority to follow up on, with the goal of getting them to yellow then green status. Yellow processes are the second priority follow up, also aiming to reach green status with no defects found after multiple checks. The system aims to symbolize quality issues and guide supervisors and controllers to focus on problem areas.
