NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that a single standing Narra Specie (Pterocarpus indicus) with estimated volume of more or
less 3 cubic meter is owned by VENANCIO BALUYOS, situated at Purok Anibong, Barangay Parasan,
Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, within the private land covered with original Certificate of Title No. P-8826.
Certified further that LGU-Molave through MENRO office interposes no objection to the said single standing
Narra Specie.
ISSUED this 15th day of April, 2021, as requested by VENANCIO BALUYOS in support of his application for
Special Private Land Timber Permit and Cutting Permit to DENR – IX.
