Job Description:

Role: Team Lead


Job Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Total Experience: 8-10 years
People Management Experience: 2-4 years
UI Angular / React Experience: 7+years
US Healthcare Experience: 1 years
 
Responsibilities:
 Interface with business/operation teams and key stakeholders at all levels to formulate solutions &
suggest them actionable insights with clear business benefit of proposed solution.
 Provide technical leadership for a team of UX/UI Developers, Backend developers to deliver
enterprise level solutions.
 Manages and leads team, communicates goals and objectives, provides iterative feedback and
monitors performance of team members.
 Contributes to the growth of the organization in hiring, training, and mentoring teams.
 Excellent hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on experience
working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript - and practical uses in building
complex interactive experiences, primarily with ECMAScript 2015+.  
 Different middleware implementations available for async actions in Redux like redux-thunk,
redux-saga, redux-observable etc.  
 Different middleware implementations available for async actions in NGRX, RXJS, stateful,
observable etc.
 Hands-on experience with at least one Understanding of different CSS architectures that go hand-
in-hand with React.js application development. Pros and cons of component-level CSS vs global
and where to apply each 
 Hands-on experience with at least one Understanding of different CSS architectures that go hand-
in-hand with Angular 8+ application development.
 Hands-on experience with Frontend Performance Optimization especially in a React/Angular
application with respect to resource loading strategy, CPU/Memory profiling on the browser.  
 Hands-on experience with test-driven development using Jest or equivalent. Familiar with snapshot
testing, code coverage. Experience working with utilities like Enzyme. 
 Hands-on experience with test-driven development using Karma / Jasmin. Familiar with snapshot
testing, code coverage and branch coverage.
 Experience using fluid grids, and building responsive/adaptive websites using Bootstrap etc.  
Hands-on experience working with server-side JavaScript frameworks like Express (based on
Node.js)  
 Good understanding of REST APIs and Microservices.  
 You are expected to understand how CRUD operations map to HTTP methods for a well-designed
service. Logically understands relational databases like MySQL and non-relational databases like
MongoDB, document DB. 
 You should be up to date with new specifications (different stages), and also, using transpilers like
Babel to use features from all stages good understanding of creational and structural design patterns
in JavaScript Hands-on experience with Functional Programming (FP) Experience working with
Single Page Applications (SPA) with universal rendering capabilities.  
 Solid understanding of React.js/Angular, its core principles - lifecycle methods, virtual DOM etc.
and the same Understanding of one-way data flow, hooks, context and redux.  
 Understanding of stateful (container) vs stateless (presentational) components and how to break
down the application page into components o Core understanding of how Reacts state management
works out of the box.  
 Knowledge of Cloud Services: AWS (preferred)
