LIMITED WAS INCORPORATED ON 25MARCH ,1987 .AND AFTER
THAT ON 24 SEPTEMBER 1988 IT WAS REGISTERED AS A PUBLIC
LIMITED COMPANY. A DECADE LATER, ON 5 MARCH 1998 THE
COMPANY WAS REGISTERED WITH RBI AS A NON -BANK COMPANY .
IN 2000 -2010 THE COMPANY EXPANDED ITS EXPERTISE TO
FINANCE DREAMS BEYOND TWO AND THREE WHEELERS DURABLES
TO BUSINESS AND PROPERTY AND WHOLE HOST OF OTHER
PERSONAL NEEDS. BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE CROSSED 500 CRORE OF
ANNUAL DISBURSMENT IN 2000. IT DOUBLED WITHIN SIX YEARS TO
1000 CRORE IN 2006.IN 2012 COMPANY LAUNCHED INDIAS FIRST
AND ONLY EMI CARD AND . A YEAR THE ENDED WITH PANDEMIC
