Description of the product:
Materials being used in the prototype:
PVC Pipe Extensions-

This is required to connect the pipe


to the main shower system of the
bathroom and make turns within
the system if required.

PVC Pipe-
To support the water flow through
the entire recycler as well as the
already existing system. It will also
consist the main components inside
like the purifier.

Solar Cells-
This material is required to gain the energy
in order to power the motor, the purifier and
every other part in the system. the energy
collected by this will be stored in the
battery. it collects 12v of power.
Water Pump-
This is required to pump the water from
the previous system to the recycler and
ensure that the system continues to flow
through all components. the pump
requires 5-6v of energy to work.
Battery and pump 2- The battery is required to store the
solar power obtained from the panel
for use at night and the pump is
required to push the purified water
further into the shower. the battery
provides 15.0v at a constant rate while
the pump requires 220v of energy
Wire with Clips-
This is required to connect the solar
panels to the battery as well as the
battery to the pump. the clips are
attached to the hooks of the battery.

Water Purifier-
The water purifier will be placed in side
the PVC pipe to allow the water to flow
through and get purified, by the
components present in the purifier.
Every element in this purifier makes
sure to clean the water both chemically
and physically making it safe to make
use of again. this does not require any
power to make it work, it simply
requires the water to flow through it.
The time Required to produce and assemble the product after
everything is understood is around 3-4 hours with the help of
minimum 3 people so it might be feasible for factory production.
The cost taken to produce the product including advertisements
and other promotion activities is approximately Rs. 6000 and
hence we plan on having our base price as Rs.8500. [Details in
Marketing plan] The promotional activities that we plan on taking
up are advertisements through social media, marketing through
exhibitions, standies, mini-billboards etc. that all show the
advantages of this product. The lowest price will be Rs.8500 and
will not be reduced over time due to inflation however regular
discounts will be provided. the way the product functions is that the
solar energy obtained from the panels will be stored in the battery
and will be used to power both the water pumps which will push
the water both in and out of the system. The purifier is placed
inside the PVC pipe and purifies the water with its different stages
allowing the water to be reused and pushed again by the 2nd
pump into the main system.

Assembling the product will require some


professional assistance for the wire
connections along with the working of every
element together and for better
understanding of how such products work.
