Dear Sir Dr. Naveed Ahmad (Director of academic cell CED UET Taxila)
Respectfully requesting that I am a student of 5th semester in Civil Engineering department UET,
Taxila and I am studying Soil Mechanics-II lab and theory under your supervision. I have
attempted theory exam of this course but unfortunately, I have missed SM-II lab mid exam
because I was suffering from malaria from last two weeks. Some medical reports and tests are
attached as a proof. So, it’s my humble request to you for re-mid of SM-II Lab exam. I shall be
very grateful to you.
