Term & Conditions

i. All contractor personnel must report to the security check point before proceeding to start
work
ii. All workers must wear contractor passes while in the compound of the complex
iii. All workers are allowed to smoke only at the smoking area
iv. The Management and / or security guards reserve the right to ask any of the above
personnel to leave the premises if they are found in breach of any rules and regulations
set by the Management.
v. The applicant must ensure its appointed contractor abides to the rules and regulations of
Triterra Hospitality Sdn Bhd
vi. All application must be sent in at least 7 days in advance for Building Management to
verify approve.
vii. Protection is compulsory for the common lift lobby and common corridor floorings if
involved heavy, bulky item also debris
viii. Any damage to the common area/facilities, the contractor shall be responsible for the cost
of repair
