1) There are two types of conductors - metallic conductors and electrolytic conductors. Metallic conductors allow the flow of electric current through the movement of electrons, while electrolytic conductors show conductivity due to the flow of ions when dissolved in water. 2) The conductivity of electrolytic solutions depends on factors such as the nature and concentration of the electrolyte, the nature and viscosity of the solvent, temperature, and the extent of electrolyte dissociation. 3) Equivalent and molar conductance are measures of conductivity that account for the amount of electrolyte and produced ions. Molar conductivity is measured as conductance per mole of electrolyte at an infinitely dilute concentration.
