Request Letter To Garnish

A plaintiff wrote a letter of instruction to a sheriff regarding garnishing a judgement debtor's wages and bank accounts. The plaintiff received a writ of execution against the debtor on February 24th for failing to satisfy a court judgement. The plaintiff is now instructing the sheriff to levy the debtor's wages at his place of employment and seize funds from his accounts at two banks to satisfy the outstanding judgement debt.
