1. Project DESIRE (Develop The project evidently increased learners’

water system that helps the school in
watering plants, cleaning toilet, and the like.
6. Opening Assembly and Orientation A good way to start the school year was
through orientation. This was participated by
500 parents and 743 students. This allows a
good rapport to the parents, teachers and
school administration.
7. GPTA Meeting, Teacher-Parent Feedbacking on student’s performance was
Conference and Distribution of done through PTA Meetings per quarter.

8. World Teacher’s Day Celebration To express student’s gratitude to their
teachers, the SSG officers annually upholds
celebration every first week of October.
9. Aklat ni Maam Malaki ang Teachers writes culture-based minibook that
Pakinabang serves as reading materials and instructional
materials at the same to help students in
their learning. The teacher-writer was able to
graduate as IM writers.
10. INSET for Teachers on In preparation for IPCRF/OPCRF creation, the
IPCRF/OPCRF and OPR/IPR schools uphold INSET that discussed the
Preparation topics.
11. Year-end AIP Monitoring and Attained 25 out of 26 project proposals to be
Evaluation of School OPR, IPR, implemented.

12. ASAP 2019 It was a successful fundraising activity
together with the school’s stakeholder that
benefited the schools through purchase of
curtain for faculty room and principal’s office
from the funds that was collected during the
activity.
13. GAD and Teachers Team Building Effectively conducted GAD Seminar that was

PTA officers, and school administration at
San Bernardino, Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
14. Project DESIRE Successfully conducted remedial reading for
the non-readers in Grade 7.

1. Conducive Classroom to Teaching It was partially implemented because only 10

3. Enrolment with Numeracy and The proponent developed a plan on how to

it was not implemented due to insufficient
materials suited to the needs of the learners.
4. Oplan Pagtutulungan sa Marka ni Peer coaching and monitoring can help the
Juan students to improve their grades and attained
the 100% promotion rate but it was not
implemented due to lack of cooperation.
5. NAT Style and Competency-Based Due to lack of teachers empowerment in
Quarterly Examinations making NAT style quarterly examinations, the
project was not implemented.
6. READ and DIGEST Remediation The objective of this project is to produce
Among Grade 7 Students zero non-reader among Grade 7 students but
it was not implemented due to lack of
cooperation and reading resources.
7. Ang Kalusugan ay Kayamanan To lower the number of students who are
malnourished, the school nurse Mr. Zacarias
Ursua proposed the project but it was not
implemented due to lack of budget.
8. Bakod Na! Gulay Pa Project Vegetable planting along the school
perimeter can help to decrease the number
of students who are malnourished as well as
it can serve as the fence but it was not
implemented due to lack of availability of
vegetable.
9. Search for Most Liked Teacher Giving recognition to the teachers based on
their performance during teaching and
learning process is the objective of the
project but it was not implemented due to
lack of cooperation of the students.
10. Leadership and Training Workshop 20 action research proposals from students
on Research team and teachers were not made due to
lack of research and leadership training
workshop.
11. Sapat na Palikuran para saatin, Sufficient number of toilets for students and
Kay Sir at Kay Maam teachers is a big help for them but it was not
accomplished due to lack of budget.
12. OPLAN Tabang para sa Tukawan 1:1 ration of student and chair is important in
teaching and learning process so the
proponent developed a plan where the
parents and teachers need to participate in
rabus quarterly but it was not implemented.
13. Search for Don Teofilo High School The project is a fund raising activities to
Mrs. GPTA purchase 1 sala set and 1 electric fan for the
office but it was not implemented due to lack
of time.
14. Save! Save! Save! The school did not accomplished the 25 out
of 30 project proposals.
