GLOBAL PLAYER
We have been operating around the world for more than 20 years. In such time, we have completed more than
2,500 engineering projects in over 30 countries: airports, rail stations, bridges, roads, ports, hospitals and buildings.
We use our passion and expertise to create connections between people and communities.
BASED ON PEOPLE
We strongly advocate employee ownership as a tool for organic growth and independence. Today we are the only
Italian engineering member of the Employee Ownership Association, the body that brings together businesses that
are employee owned or transitioning to employee ownership.
SUSTAINABILITY
We design sustainable buildings and infrastructures to serve the people using them in their daily lives. For us,
architecture and engineering are, first and foremost, social tools that foster communities’ economic growth and
prosperity while safeguarding their environment, history and territory.
QUALITY
Our design activities are certified for compliance with the top ISO quality and environmental management
standards. We constantly monitor the transparency and integrity of our operators through enforcement of
legislation against corruption and criminal activities.
BIM CERTIFIED
We have always believed in Building Information Modeling (BIM) as key tool for rational,
sustainable and efficient design. We have applied it in our civil engineering projects for many
years. Since 2018 our BIM competence has obtained ICMQ certification.

• the air side apron, with fixed fittings and equipment;
• the land side access road system and car park system.
The design gives prominence to the interior and exterior public areas, all below
continuous roof. The gentle curve of the airport’s roof is inspired by an aircraft-
wing that defines the cross section of the structure.
The terminal is furthermore equipped with halls, lobbies, waiting rooms, staff
offices, check-in areas and areas for police and security services. By preferring
the language of essential forms, clearly defined spaces and natural materials
such glass, steel and stone, all placed under a pastel green roof, the designer
has created a bright, clear, simple yet comfortable environment designed to
ease passenger flows.
