report?
From time to time teacher always ask students “did you class

3. Did the student make the teacher feel or sense they did not understand the
lesson or a part of the lesson? How?
Sometimes yes but students has always an initiative to ask teacher

The teacher repeat the part on which students doesn’t understand
the lesson and she gives an example and later on a certain activity that

the entire lesson?
It is easy to measure students understanding about a certain topic
if teacher suddenly ask questions regarding the topic and the students
will quickly answer it.
2. Why is not enough for a teacher to ask “did you understand class” when he/she
intends to check on learners’ progress?
It is because, students has different needs and they are also
different in the learning styles, one can cope up and one can’t so
teacher must check every students understanding because there’s a
student who known to be silent and just sitting.

3. Should teacher record result of formative assessment for grading purposes?

Yes because at the end of the quarter, it’s a one way or it will serve

Because there is a support and guidance to help the student.
6. Could an unreasonable number of failures at the end of the term/grading period
be attributed to the non-application of formative assessment? Why or why not?
No because formative assessment is used to monitor students
performance
