Instructions
1. Roll and cover game – Print one game mat for each player. There are two styles to choose from – owls or apples. Roll a six sided dice. Cover the
number you roll with a counter or pom pom. The first player to cover all of the numbers on their mat wins.
2. Counting apples – Print and laminate the apples for added durability. Cut out the apples and attach each one to the end of a chenille stick. Find
something the children can thread such as pony beads or cut up straws. Read the number on the apple and count that amount of beads /
straws on to the chenille stick.
3. Color Pom pom mats – Print the pom pom mats and fill a basket with red, orange, green, brown and yellow pom poms. Find something to pick
up the pom poms such as tweezers or tongs. Children need to match the colored pom poms to the color of the tree on each mat.
