Act 3 4
Act 3 4
ANALYZE
1. Identify the persons who play key roles in the relationships and
interactions in the classrooms. What roles do they play? Is there
somebody who appears to be the leader. A mascot/joker, an attention
seeker, a little teacher, a doubter/pessimist?
In classroom activity, the teacher and the students both have significant
responsibilities to play. While the students are the learners, the instructor
plays the role of a facilitator. Some pupils are attention-seekers who try to
get the attention of their teacher and their other classmates. Some
students take the role of teacher and leader inside the class, passing on
their learning to their more inexperienced classmates.
What makes the learners assume these roles? What factors affect their
behavior?
2. Is there anyone you observed who appear left out? Are students who
appear “different” Why do they appear different? Are they accepted or
rejected by the others? How is this shown?
In certain cases, kids who transfer from a private school to a public school
feel embarrassed to engage in classroom and avoid interacting with their
classmates. In reality, according to Ma'am Imelda, he is welcomed into the
group; nevertheless, despite his classmates' efforts to amuse him, he is
the only one who declines to take part.
The teacher can affect class interaction while taking into account the
diverse personality traits of the students by modeling fair principles inside
the classroom. The instructor does not discourage her students when she
provides a subpar answer to a question.

in the classroom? How does the teacher leverage diversity?

instruction to meet the needs of the learners.

being aware of what she says. She always uses a friendly tone rather than a
stern one when speaking to the students. She included the challenges that
students face throughout their psychological and financial struggles.
