1. Site safety rules and regulations must be followed when entering and working on project sites. Personal identification must be presented and firearms or weapons are prohibited. Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden. 2. When working, appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn like hard hats and safety shoes. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas and not during work. Horseplay, gambling, vandalism or theft is prohibited. Cell phones may not be used during work hours. 3. Employees must adhere to the company's safety policies and procedures and work in a safe manner at all times. Failure to follow these rules could result in disciplinary action up to termination.

SITE SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. When entering the project sites, the following MUST be complied:


a. Personal ID must be available for verification at all times. No ID, No Entry,
especially if the project site is already handed-over to Home Owners
Association (HOA).
b. Firearms and other deadly weapons are prohibited. No deadly weapons are
allowed inside the project.
c. Entering and working within the project premises under the influence of liquor,
drugs or other narcotic substances is strictly prohibited.

2. When on the work sites or while working, the following MUST be observed:
a. Wearing of mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) and Clothing-
 Head: Safety helmet or Hard hat
 Arms / Upper body: Long sleeve uniform
 Legs: Long pants (no holes / tear and not loose)
 Foot: Safety Shoes (steel sole & toe)
b. Smoking is only allowed time and designated areas. Do not smoke during
working hours and in areas where “No Smoking” signs are posted.
c. Fighting, Horseplaying or creating unsafe acts are strictly prohibited.
d. Gambling, vandalism and engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
e. Theft of personal or Company property shall be subject to disciplinary action
or dismissal.
f. Tablets, cameras and use of non-company cell phones during working hours
are strictly prohibited.
g. Urinating and defecating is allowed only inside the correct facilities.
h. Eat and rest in the designated areas.

3. Follow all site safety rules and regulations at all times. Employees must adhere
strictly to the Company’s Safety Policy and Procedures and must undertake work
activities in a safe and proper manner.

4. All personnel are required to attend the general Safety Toolbox Meeting scheduled
by the OHS Department.

5. Always follow the work instruction from the supervisors, unless employees are
subject to unsafe situation.

6. Employees must have their supervisor’s permission before leaving the working site
such as undertime or going out of the project premise.

Any failure to abide by the above Rules shall result in Disciplinary Action,
including Suspension, Expulsion from the Site, or Termination for Misconduct.
