Potter’s Gallery Initiative is a social enterprise, creative hub, and disability led arts organization that works to support
artists and creatives with disabilities, and disability led creative enterprise through the power of the creative arts and
amplifying their voices to promote inclusion in the creative economy and lead change processes.

Potter’s Gallery is a leading organization in the arts and creative industry ecosystem constantly advocating for the full
inclusion of persons with disabilities based on the United Nations Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities,
National Disability Act, and other international disability protocols and best practices.
We are currently managing multiple project portfolios focused on disability art, the creative economy, and market access.

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
To research, review public policy and create good content for the organizations policy brief and social media
engagement
To assist the Creative Director in tasks such as scheduling, reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails
To work with the Creative Director as personal assistant in formal meetings and presentations, taking notes and
other administrative tasks.
SPECIFICATION FOR THE JOB
Bachelors’ degree in any of the social sciences
Three years’ experience working in the field of disability, arts and creative industry
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
Knowledge about disability rights, international disability conventions and protocols
Ability to work remotely and physical with excellent computer and internet skills
Ability to work with tight deadline
Good interpersonal skills
