What do I need to do to improve my skills?

Write down at least five actions that you plan to do to further improve your skills that could lead you
to be successful in your chosen profession.
Setting goals, practicing, and figuring out what I'm strong at are all things that I believe will aid in my
skill development. Being goal-oriented will greatly aid my improvement since I will be thinking about
what I want to better and what motivates me to do so. I need to be deliberate in honing my talents,
other from utilizing them constantly. Because practice makes perfect, I'll need a lot of practice time if I
want to develop my talents. It may not be possible to attain perfection, but it will at the very least
enable me to achieve excellence. And I believe that identifying what talents I already have—
particularly those that I wish to improve—is the most critical step towards developing. I need to
choose my highest specialty, no matter how many I have, so I can focus on improving it.

What is holding me back?

STAGE 5: KNOWING WHO I SHOULD BE

First and foremost, I believe my fear of failure is holding me back from achieving my goals. I'm
terrified of taking chances. I lack the bravery to take a chance on failure and lean into the unknown in
order to achieve. My lack of confidence is another factor holding me back. There are times when I
withdraw from social situations, cease attempting new things, and avoid uncomfortable
circumstances. These are the factors that I believe are preventing me from achieving my goals.
