Task

Given the Sri Lankan current state of crisis both in the economic and political front,
the media has covered some of the challenges the corporate sectors have been
facing. These unprecedented times have a significant impact on the organization and
also the people.
Identify a minimum of 3 diverse online articles published either by a local or foreign
media focusing on the Sri Lankan corporates challenges. Identify a minimum of 5
different challenges faced in the area of people and organization based on these
articles. Justify the reasons as to why the challenges are a priority and critically
analyze them.

You as an organization development professional, what would be the


recommendation and solution you would provide to overcome its challenges.

Note: Your analysis should be based on the secondary data collection methods
