Contingencies: WIFI Failure, Applications Fail to Load, Loss of Power, Health or Family Emergency

Risks: Work Schedule, Loss of Motivation, Time management skills, Lack of Communication

Solutions for Contingencies:

Loss of WIFI can be solved by going to a Starbucks or using the personal hotspot on my cell phone.
If the Applications fail to load, I will contact tech support and ensure to start with plenty of time to submit the product so there is
time for tech support to assist me.
For loss of power, I will either rely on my battery life and move to a different location where there is power if it is the day the
product is due, and if not, start with plenty of time so that if I do lose power, there is enough time for it to come back on.
A health or family emergency will be planned for by ensuring assignments are started at least a week before the product is due so if
something does happen, I can either see a doctor or communicate with the client at what has happened in case adjustments are
necessary.
Solutions for Risks:
My work schedule can be adjusted to ensure proper time for completing products as well as making sure to finish my coursework
around my work schedule, so I am not rushing to complete products after work.
Loss of motivation will be prevented by staying engaged in the class and looking for ways to better improve upon myself, even
when the project becomes difficult or confusing. I will remain focused and dedicated to finishing on time and with high effort.
To ensure I am maintaining my time management skills, I will attempt to stick to my schedule of product delivery and ensure that I
am not waiting until one day before to start a product.
To ensure there is communication, I will ask any questions and re-attempt products as needed to ensure proper understanding. I will
also watch the meetings the client has posted.
