Maam/Sir:

Greetings!

This is to request your good office for the re-Reading of our electric meter with
reference number 08175184 and named to Wilfredo, Ramos #2.

The request is due to the sudden surge of our electric bill from Php 56. 85 for the month
of September to Php 5, 488.85 for this month of October. I, the requesting party, is in
doubt of the current reading because no one is living in the house, where the said
electric meter is situated, since last month.

I already checked the appliances if there are turned “ON”, but I found none.

Therefore, I believe that the bill is not a true reflection of the electricity that was used for
this month. For this, I wish to request you to carry out on RE-READING the meter at
my home.
I look forward to hearing from you with a suitable date for the RE-READING to be
carried out.
