How can social entrepreneurs such as the founders of Panda Sunglasses use their

companies’ social missions to attract customers and promote their businesses?

The co-founder of Panda Sunglasses made the decision to not only design fashionable,

environmentally and eco-friendly sunglasses made of sustainable materials in order to draw

customers and promote the company. We also offer a free eye check with every pair of glasses.

To do this, they combine with TOMA, a nonprofit organization, and two Chinese enterprises

work together to develop a unique form of sunglass with bamboo wood frames. For every pair of

panda sunglasses sold, TOMA will test the eyes of the underprivileged. All of this will attract

customers seeking out firms that promote social responsibility and fair quality. In addition to the

aforementioned, they had been compelled to market their business in order to attract potential

clients. Therefore, they should host an event to promote their services and products, set up an

online store, and use social media to interact with the public. In this instance, an international

trade show's director received a humorous email about their willingness to set up a broom closet

at ENK if they were approved. What resulted was a booth with a huge bamboo background that

garnered a lot of attention.

How should the founders of Panda Sunglasses define a unique selling proposition

for their company that resonates with customers?

Panda Glasses has revolutionized the design of sunglasses by offering polarized lenses

and bamboo frames that are both fashionable and durable. Their distinctive sunglasses frames are

created from quick-growing, environmentally beneficial bamboos. The term "unique selling

proposition" (USP) refers to the special attribute that sets a firm, good, or service apart from its

rivals and that customers find most alluring. In order to set itself apart from the competition,

Panda Glasses provided a special benefit by exchanging its glasses for an eye checkup, which
most people may require. Giving Panda spectacles in the USP of the Panda foundation in

exchange for an eye test.

Write a brief memo to the founders of Panda Sunglasses outlining a bootstrap

marketing plan for the company.

In a bootstrap marketing strategy, a business uses little to no outside funding to promote

its goods. The objective is to convey a message to a target consumer that will persuade them to

purchase the company's service or product. A business that sells polarized sunglasses is called

Panda Sunglasses. The distinctive, fashionable sunglasses have bamboo frame construction and

can float. Our sunglasses' frames are constructed from bamboo, a strong, renewable material. We

must emphasize the various ways in which we are socially accountable. We are not utilizing

plastics, using a sustainable resource like bamboo, and giving away free eye tests to those in

need. Plastics are an oil derivative that are not only bad for the environment but also non-

renewable. Some people believe bamboo is a wood that can save the globe because of how

quickly it grows. We have found through marketing research that young people, those who are

environmentally conscious and those who value social responsibility should be the sunglasses'

target market. We should also target urban locations, seaside places, and college campuses.

Use the business model “CANVAS” to illustrate Panda Sunglasses’ business model.
