 Seaman’s Book (SIRB)
 Basic Training
 Deck / Engine Watch keeping
 Crowd & Crisis Management Training (for passengers)
 Medical Certificate with Drug Test
 Latest NBI Clearance
 College Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR)
 Two (2) pcs 2x2 and Two (2) pcs 1x1 Picture with Shoulder Board
 Cover All with Reflector (Red- DECK) (Blue-ENGINE)
 Hard Hat (Red)
 Safety Shoes
 Philhealth
 Personal Accident Insurance (At least PhP 100,000.00 Coverage)
