[1] This document is a material certificate for a batch of 20,48,000 pieces of pan pozi self-tapping screws that were produced by Capital Bolts and Hardwares. [2] Chemical analysis, mechanical tests, dimensional inspections, finish verification and visual inspection were performed and found to meet specifications. [3] Specifically, the screws met specifications for chemical composition, achieved hardness between 310-315 HV, dimensional measurements were within tolerance, had an electroplated white zinc finish of 11-15 microns thick, and passed visual inspection for surface defects.
