The kind of shit that's so enormous you're afraid to flush it


down without first breaking it up into little pieces with the
toilet brush.

THE NOTORIUS DRINKER SHIT-

The kind of shit you have the morning after a long night of
drinking. It's most noticeable trait is the tread mark left on
the bottom of the toilet bowl after you flush.
THE "GEE, I REALLY WISH I COULD SHIT" SHIT-

The kind where you want to shit, but even after straining your
guts out, all you can do is sit on the toilet, cramped and
farting.

THE WET CHEEKS SHIT-

Also known as the "Power Dump". That's the kind that comes
out of your ass so fast that your butt cheeks get splashed with
the toilet water.

THE LIQUID SHIT-

That's the kind where yellowish-brown liquid shoots out of


your butt, splashes all over the side of the toilet bowl and,
at the same time, chronically burns your tender poop-chute.

THE MEXICAN FOOD OR CURRY SHIT-

A class all its own. – Should have left a toilet roll in the fridge
night before

THE CROWD PLEASER-

This shit is so intriguing in size and/or appearance that you


have to show it to someone or send them a photo before
flushing.

THE MOOD ENHANCER-

This shit occurs after a lengthy period of constipation, thereby


allowing you to be your old self again.
THE RITUAL-

This shit occurs at the same time each day and is


accomplished with the aid of a newspaper or these days social
media on your mobile.

THE GUINESS BOOK OF RECORDS SHIT-

A shit so noteworthy it should be recorded for future


generations.

THE AFTERSHOCK SHIT-

This shit has an odour so powerful than anyone entering the


vicinity within the next 7 hours is affected.

THE "HONEYMOON'S OVER" SHIT-

This is any shit created in the presence of another person.

THE GROANER-

A shit so huge it cannot exit without vocal assistance.

THE FLOATER-

Characterized by its floatability, this shit has been known to


resurface after many flushings.

THE RANGER-

A shit which refuses to let go. It is usually necessary to engage


in a rocking or bouncing motion, but quite often the only
solution is to push it away with a small piece of toilet paper.
THE PHANTOM SHIT-

This appears in the toilet mysteriously and no one will admit


to putting it there.

THE PEEK-A-BOO SHIT-

Now you see it, now you don't. This shit is playing games
with you. Requires patience and muscle control.

THE BOMBSHELL-

A shit that comes as a complete surprise at a time that is either


inappropriate to shit (ie. during lovemaking or a root canal) or
you are nowhere near shitting facilities.

THE SNAKE CHARMER-

A long skinny shit which has managed to coil itself into a


frightening position - usually harmless.

THE OLYMPIC SHIT-

This shit occurs exactly one hour prior to the start of any
competitive event in which you are entered and bears a close
resemblance to the Drinker's Shit.

THE BACK-TO-NATURE SHIT-

This shit may be of any variety but is always deposited either


in the woods or while hiding behind the passenger side of
your car.
THE PEBBLES-FROM-HEAVEN SHIT-

An adorable collection of small turds in a cluster, often a gift


from God when you actually CAN'T shit.

Laxative induced. Doesn't count.

Fear of shitting - can be fatal!

Also known as a "Still Going" shit.

THE POWER DUMP SHIT-

The kind that comes out so fast, you barely get your pants
down then you're done.

This kind of shit is so big it plugs up the toilet and it overflows


all over the floor. (You should have followed the advice from
the Lincoln Log Shit.)

THE SPINAL TAP SHIT-

The kind of shit that hurts so much coming out, you'd swear
it's got to be coming out sideways.
THE "I THINK I'M GIVING BIRTH THROUGH MY
ASSHOLE" SHIT-

Similar to the Lincoln Log and The Spinal Tap Shits. The
shape and size of the turd resembles a tall boy beer can.
Vacuous air space remains in the rectum for some time
afterwards.

THE PORRIDGE SHIT-

The type that comes out like toothpaste, and just keeps on
coming. You have two choices: (a) flush and keep going, or (b)
risk it piling up to your butt while you sit there helpless.

THE "I'M GOING TO CHEW MY FOOD BETTER" SHIT-

When the bag of Doritos you ate last night lacerates the
insides of your rectum on the way out in the morning.

THE "I THINK I'M TURNING INTO A BUNNY" SHIT-

When you drop lots of cute, little round ones that look like
marbles and make tiny splashing sounds when they hit the
water.

THE "WHAT THE HELL DIED IN HERE?" SHIT-

Also sometimes referred to as The Toxic Dump. Of course you


don't warn anyone of the poisonous bathroom odour.
Instead, you stand innocently near the door and enjoy the
show as they run out gagging and gasping for air.

THE "I JUST KNOW THERE'S A TURD STILL DANGLING


THERE" SHIT-
Where you just sit there patiently and wait for the last cling-on
to drop off because if you wipe now, it's going to smear all
over the place.

The Dairy Queen Shit-

The shit that has the little swirl thingie on the end of it.

As you should not be starting to realize Shit is a massive


part of everybody’s life’s in so many ways…

the word comes up in conversation on a daily basis in so


many different contexts..

For example have you ever wondered where the saying “You
Don’t know Jack Shit” originally came from?

Well let me enlighten you right now..

Jack Schitt

WHEN SOMEONE SAYS: "You don't know Jack Schitt" From


now you'll know the entire story!

You see its based on a family called Schitt spelt S-C-H-I-T-T-


but pronounced and sounds like SHIT

Jack Schitt is the only son of O. Schitt and Awe Schitt.

O.Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married Awe Schitt, who later


ran the Kneedeep Inn-Schitt.

Jack Schitt eventually married Noe Schitt, and together they

What perhaps is craziest of all is that people often keep doing


things that cause them Shit or make the shit in their life worse.

You’ve only got to do an internet google search for any of the


following phrases and you’ll soon see what I mean.

By the way the phrases that follow are also the ones to search
for and then look at Google Image results in order to find
amusing and attention grabbing memes, photographs and
images that can be used to grab peoples attention on Social
Media who are then more likely to read the written text you
post with the image and thus in turn more likely to become a
paying customer for your SHITNOSIS and other related
Mind Therapy Services.

You may want to watch and listen to the replay videos when
they are available with a pen and paper to hand so you can
make notes of all these phrases to search for..

By now you should have realized that although sometimes
people do not originally cause their own shit, more often than
not they do contribute to their own Shit getting worse by not
getting off their arses (fannys or butts for those in America)
and doing something about it as in truth there is nothing that
any Mind Therapist ever helps a client to do that the client
could not

have done for themselves if they did not feel the need for an
excuse and reason to remove all self blame, shame, guilt and
regret from themselves for not having pulled themselves

Before you can effectively do something to change things for


the better, you need to understand how your head got so full
of shit in the first place and why this sometimes makes you
feel like shit.

It may surprise you to learn that to some degree all of your


problems in life now root back to how your mind was
conditioned and in turn programmed from birth up to around
the age of 7 which Sick Mind Fraud (Sigmund Freud) termed
as “the formative years”

This is because once those reactions and programs were


conditioned and programmed into you as a child they started
to run automatically in your subconscious (Unconscious -
Imagination) mind of your personal neck top computer
(brain) and continue until such times as they are deleted,
positively overridden and/or reprogrammed.

This deletion or reprogramming can be achieved using one or


more of the many techniques you will learn within the pages
of this book, but first as I say you need to understand how
your head got so full of shit in the first place.

And also it will help you massively to understand what are


the Key things that we all have in common as Human Beings
and how any imbalance in any of these Psychological Pillars
can and does lead to being the underlying cause of pretty
much any and all issues you may feel you have in life.

Its not so much about what the situation or event or trigger is,
but rather is far more so about how you react to it.

Your reactions to things being ultimately based on what


conditioned responses and programs are running in your
Subconscious (Unconscious - Imagination) Mind.

The truth is if you ever suffer from Depression it is likely


because you are dwelling on memories of the past which have
been and gone and thus cannot in the real world be changed.

And if you suffer from Anxiety or Fear of future events then


you are reacting to purely imagined events that have not even
happened yet.

In truth all memories of past events are now purely imaginary


as all memory is reconstructed (created) by your Imagination
in just the same way that a fear of future as yet not occurred
events is also something conjured up by your imagination.

The Past is History, the Future a Mystery, but today is the


greatest gift of all and that is why it is called THE PRESENT

Yesterday is but a cancelled cheque, tomorrow is just a


promissory note but today is cash SO SPEND IT WISELY

We all have the same 24 Hours in the day, the same 1.440
Minutes, the same 86,400 Seconds, what truly sets each of us
apart is how we choose to use that time.

I would suggest that a wise use of your time would be to read


every word and watch every video contained in this book.

And then more importantly TAKE ACTION on what you


learn along the way so that you can delete and positively over
ride the negative programming of your past and reap the
positive rewards of your new brighter stress free future.

Having watched, studied and absorbed the contents of those
videos I would hope that by now you have fully realized that
the only person who can change things for you is YOU.

Essentially if there is something you currently do which you


no longer wish to continue doing then your unconscious mind
is clearly currently getting more pleasure in some manner
from doing this than stopping or giving it up and currently it
therefore is more “painful” to stop doing it than it is
“pleasurable” to carry on doing it.

The solution therefore is to CHANGE THINGS ROUND so


that it becomes more pleasurable for you not to do this thing

that it becomes more pleasurable for you to do this thing and
in turn becomes more painful for you to continue not doing it.

Welcome, to begin I would like to give you a little insight into


the real reasons why Fears, Phobias, Habits, Addictions and
other issues become part of people’s lives as an understanding
of this will undoubtedly help you to overcome any issues you
may have in your own life more easily.

To this end I shall now reproduce below the contents of one of


the chapters from my home study training course for people
who are learning to become Professional Hypnotherapy
Practitioners.

As is well known within the Psychotherapy world “We are all


products of our environment” or to be more accurate:

“We are all products of our environment, unless we are given


the tools and opportunities to positively expand beyond the
confines of our direct environment”

You see to function Positively, Happily and Harmoniously in


life (on all levels) we need to as human beings (especially as
we are growing up) to feel:

Loved – Wanted – Needed – Appreciated – Cared For –


Cherished and Valued

If there is a lacking of or disruption in any of those 7 Positive


Pillars then it will most likely lead to that individual suffering
a negative impact on their:

Self-Confidence, Self-Esteem, Self-Image and/or Self-


Control (Willpower)

And sadly when there is a disruption or negative impact on


one or more of those 4 vitally important Foundations of “Self-
Worth” then this can and does lead to an imbalance in one or
more of the persons

Self-Worth, Self-Love, Self-Respect & Positive Self-Fishness

And sadly, when there is a disruption or negative impact on


one or more of those four even more vitally important
Foundations of “Self-Worth then it can and often does damage
the persons
Self-Identity (ID)

(Those into Freud may consider the Conscious Mind the Ego
and the unconscious mind aka the Imagination as the ID)

And when there is damage to the persons Self-Identity then it


can and often does in some manner lead to the individual
feeling and/or experiencing

Negativity, Trapped, Worthless, Like A Failure, Angry,


Resentful, Frightened,

And even more depressing is the very real fact that when one
or more of those 7 Negative Pillars is in place that it can often
lead in one or more ways to the individual going into

SELF-DESTRUCT MODE

And that combined with negative environmental factors can


be the straw that breaks the camels back so to speak and can
lead to a downward spiral which could include things as
extreme as them turning to a life of:

Crime, Self-Harming, Drugs, Alcoholism, Domestic


Violence, Prostitution, Homelessness or even worse in
extreme cases Suicide…

These are most always destructive behaviors and actions that


manifest themselves either as an extreme reaction to or
negative result of the Emotional impact of what has been
going on in and/or lacking in their life’s.

Often for example Youngsters can get involved with a “bad


crowd” as this gives them a sense of belonging and despite the
negative consequences of such “gang culture” can help to
fulfil the gaps they may feel inwardly in those 7 Positive
Pillars and those two levels of 4 vitally important Foundations
of “Self- Worth” which I mentioned earlier.

And once the downward spiral starts it can and often does
lead to a lifetime of destruction which negatively impacts not
just the individual, but also their family, friends and even
often many members of the community as a whole (in the
instances of crime etc)

HOWEVER THERE IS A WAY WE CAN HELP STOP THIS


HAPPENING

But the great news is that when an individual is helped to


discover ways to expand their horizons, try new things, gain a
sense of achievement, given a chance to grow as a person and
starts to realize that there are better options available for them
and that a brighter future is a possibility for them then
this can work wonders in helping them to positively impact
and develop their:

Self-Confidence, Self-Esteem, Self-Image and/or Self-


Control (Willpower)

And when they grow in these areas, the 4 vitally important


Foundations of “Self-Worth” they can then start to feel a sense
of:

Positivity, Personal Freedom, Positive Self-Worth, Success,


Courage, Achievement, Happiness

And perhaps not surprisingly as a positive side effect of these


beneficial changes they will finally be able to learn to LOVE
THEMSELVES and of course gain SELF-RESPECT
This can lead to a whole new perspective and positive
approach to life, can help the individual to gain a whole new
positive support and positive social network and so ultimately
can also lead them in the long term to a more Positive
Environment and thus consequently help them to gain the 7
Positive Pillars in their life’s of positively feeling:

Loved – Wanted – Needed – Appreciated – Cared For –


Cherished and Valued

Now fortunately for the majority of people, a lacking in one or


more of the Positive Pillars does not usually lead to such
negative results as the few examples given earlier, however it
is my experience that this is always without doubt or
exception the Ultimate under lying reason and cause that
people develop Bad Habits, Addictions and other personally
Negative and also Self Destructive Behaviors.

A lack or imbalance in one or more of the Seven Positive


Pillars will always in some way lead to some kind of less than
beneficial behavior and/or thought patterns and thus it is true
to say that a lacking or imbalance in one of these area’s starts
to lead the person away from Pleasure and sets them on the
road towards Pain.

Therefore it is also true to note that doing therapeutic work in


order to enable the lacking or imbalances in those areas to be
eliminated so that the person feels fully 100% Positive and
Complete in the areas of:

Self-Confidence, Self-Esteem, Self-Image and/or Self-


Control (Willpower)

Will then help them feel 100% Positive and Complete in the
areas of:
Self-Worth, Self-Love, Self-Respect & Positive Self-Fishness

And thus will ultimately help them have a positive

SELF-IDENTITY

This will then ultimately mean that any previous lacking or


imbalances in the following Seven Positive Pillars will set
themselves right and thus enable the person to be the Perfect
Them:

Loved – Wanted – Needed – Appreciated – Cared For –


Cherished and Valued

It is with this model that I created (as outlined above) that I


formulated my creation of “Complete Mind Therapy” and is
exactly what the “Non Specific Treatment Script” which you
will find later in this book is all about targeting.

In a nutshell it is my belief and experience that when you


consider the above and put things right in those areas that
everything else will fall positively and permanently into place
for you and also your clients.

If you think deeply about this, you will, I am sure also realize
that offering a person the chance to be the center of attention
and creating an On Stage environment where they feel:

Loved – Wanted – Needed – Appreciated – Cared For –


Cherished and Valued

Is also the True Key Motivating Secret of how and why a


Successful Stage Hypnosis show works and when any
Hypnotists reading this book bear this in mind, I am sure your
shows will become more successful, just as your results with
all of your therapy clients & sessions will also.
The things which are currently holding you back and/or
causing you problems in life are most often related to FAR

scale is Pain (lacking or imbalances in these areas) and the
other end of the scale is Pleasure (balance and completeness
in these areas) and then consider when reading about “Pain
and Pleasure” therapy later in this book in my section
about Complete Mind Therapy how this can be used to so
easily help the client to make changes in their life in a manner
that proves more successful than you may ever have thought
possible.

Consider that the negative end of this scale can also be called
“Out of Control” and the positive end termed “Self-Control”
and perhaps things become even clearer for you?

And then consider that the negative end can be termed as


“Trapped” and the Positive end as “Freedom”

Or indeed it could be “Unhappy or Depressed” at the


Negative End and HAPPY & JOYFUL at the positive end.
In all cases however the route from one end of the scale to the
other is through and by dealing with the personal attributes
and feelings that I have repeated several times during this
chapter.

HOW HYPNOSIS CAN HELP

The practice of hypnosis on oneself is beneficial in many ways.

Firstly, let me say that the immediate advantage of self-

THE MECHANICS OF HYPNOSIS

Now we come to the actual mechanics of hypnosis.

First of all let me say that it is no good trying to hypnotize


yourself whilst you are swinging upside down from the
ceiling light!

The first thing that you should consider, is where your


hypnosis is going to take place.

I would suggest that you set out a regular time each day to
practice on yourself.

It may be during the day when your partner and the kiddies
are out of the house, or it could be later in the evening after
work has finished for the day.

At this point allow me to emphasize that THERE IS NO


DANGER FROM PRACTICING HYPNOSIS UPON
YOURSELF!

The worst thing that could happen, is that you could drop off
for forty winks - and that can't hurt - can it?

Having decided on a TIME, you must now decide on a


PLACE!

Are you going to sit down in a comfortable armchair in your


Lounge, or are you going to lie down on your Settee, or are
you going to practice after going to bed for the night.

The place that you decide on really doesn't matter, what


matters is that YOU are comfortable!”

Whether you are sitting in your comfortable armchair or lying


down is immaterial - but your posture IS important!

What you must do is ELIMINATE TENSION.

Do not sit or lie with your legs crossed. Do NOT clasp your
hands together, but let them rest comfortably on your lap, or
have them lying at your sides, if lying down.

Having adopted the correct physical posture, it is now


important that you adopt the correct mental posture.

You can do this by visualizing a most pleasant experience. It


may be that you are visualizing that you are sitting
comfortably on a warm and sunny beach.

You can feel the warm rays of the Sun warming your body.

You can feel a gentle breeze coming from off the Sea and
gently stirring the air around you and you can hear the gentle
lap, lap, lap of the soft Sea waves as they break softly upon the
beach nearby.

Have you noticed how these written images are already


beginning to relax your mind and body?

If you haven't, then slowly read over the last paragraph once
again. This is the beginning of the hypnotic trance and if I had
been describing these things to you vocally, you would now
be well on your way into the hypnotic trance.

The next step along this road, is DEEP BREATHING WITH


YOUR EYES CLOSED!

When you are sitting or lying comfortably, you should close


your eyes and begin to breathe deep and regular, deep and
regular, deep and regular, eliminating all the stale air that has
been lying at the bottom of your lungs for days on end, and
filling your lungs to capacity with God-Given fresh air.

This is one of the best ways to relax.

Eyes Closed, Breathing Deep and Regular!!!

You now need to communicate your thoughts to your mind


and body.

You cannot write them down, so you must SPEAK THEM TO


YOURSELF.

The tone of voice that you use, must be soft, gentle and
persuasive at all times when hypnotizing yourself, but this is
much more important should you go on to hypnotize others.

What words should you use in your soft, gentle and


persuasive tone of voice.
Well. You tell yourself what you want to happen.

YES, IT`S AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!

You could start off by saying, “My toes are beginning to relax.
I can feel them going limp and loose.... limp and loose ... limp
and loose. Now this feeling of relaxation is moving into the
balls of my feet ... making them go ... limp and loose ... limp
and loose. Now this feeling of relaxation and peace is
beginning to move into my ankles ... making them ... relax
...all ... relaxing . The calves of my legs are now ... beginning to
... relax ... all going ... limp and loose ... limp and loose. This
feeling of warmth ... relaxation ... and ... peace is now
continuing to move ... upwards ... into ... my ... knees ... my
thighs ... all relaxing ... all relaxing. My hips are relaxing ...
relaxing ... all ... going ... limp ... and ... loose. My Stomach
muscles .. Are now relaxing .. All relaxing ... and now my
chest muscles are ... relaxing ... but my breathing is continuing
... deep and ... regular .. Deep and ...regular. My shoulder
muscles are ... relaxing ... relaxing ... I am at peace with myself
and I am ... relaxing ... all ...over. The big muscle
in my back is now ... relaxing ... and a feeling of warmth ...
peace ... and ...tranquility is ...coming over me ... all stress is
leaving my body ... and my ... mind ... leaving all my worries
... behind me ... I am at peace. My upper arms are relaxing
now ... my forearms are ... relaxing ... my wrists ... my hands ...
my fingers ...the whole ... of ... my ...body .. Is ... now ...
relaxed. I am completely relaxed ... and ... at ... peace. Go .... to
.... sleep .... now”.

The wording used above may seem quite a long process, but
remember, you are talking to yourself.

You know the various parts of your body, so you don't really
have a long speech to learn, you only need to remember that
you are talking the various parts of your body to sleep.
You will pick it up very quickly and in no time at all, you will
be going into a hypnotic trance - and - feeling all that much
better for it.

THE AWAKENING TECHNIQUE

Once you have successfully hypnotized yourself, you will feel


very relaxed, very calm, and very much at peace with
yourself.

Nonetheless, you will still be very much aware of what is


going on around you and totally in control of your mind and
your body.

Therefore you will still be able to make decisions concerning


yourself.

You will be able to decide how long you wish to remain in the
trance state and when you feel that the time is right for you to
emerge from the hypnotic condition, you simply say to
yourself,

“I am going to count from one to five ... when I get to five ... I
shall be ...wide awake. I am counting now ... one ... two ...
three ... four ... five ... Wide awake ... wide awake now!”

You will now be wide awake and you will be feeling as


though you have just had a wonderful, first class sleep!

That's really all there is to it, it’s as simple as falling off a log ...
at least it will be when you have given it a bit of practice.

Go On ... Practice now and see how quickly you can pick it up.

I know that you will be successful if you will only take action
now with what you are learning.
THE USES OF SELF-HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis is a tool: just as is a hammer, a saw, a screwdriver,


or a spanner.

Its what we do with this wonderful and exciting tool that


determines its value.

How can we use Self-Hypnosis?

Once you have become accustomed to hypnotizing yourself,


then you can use it to improve your attitudes towards life,
your success factor and your health.

This is achieved by putting very positive suggestions into


your mind during the hypnotic trance.

These suggestions are as simple as they are various, but they


are extremely effective.

You could start off by stating,

“Every day , I will become more and more calm, more and
more relaxed and more tranquil.”

OR

“Every day, I will become more and more positive, more and
more optimistic and better able to cope with the things that I
have to cope with.”

OR

“Every day I will become more and more confident, better


able to get along with people and I will be more happy than
ever before.”
Or the Classic Positive Self-Suggestion coined by Emile Coue
of:

“Every Day in Every Way I am Getting & Feeling Better and


Better”

You can use any form of positive statements during the


hypnotic trance to help you, for instance, to stop smoking, to
lose weight, or to become more assertive and confident.

These positive suggestions will sink deep down into the sub-
conscious part of your mind and as a result your conscious
mind will act upon the positive suggestions made during the
hypnotic trance.

ONE WORD OF CAUTION!!

You must avoid phrasing your statements during the hypnotic


trance, in such a way that the true meaning of the statement
becomes ambiguous.

And...

AVOID NEGATIVE STATEMENTS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

You must NEVER attempt to eliminate Pain from your body


until it has been properly investigated and diagnosed as a
`nervous condition` or as `psychosomatic` by your Doctor.

You now have all the information that you need to start
hypnotizing yourself – it really is as simple as that.

SOME EXAMPLES OF HOW TO WORD SUGGESTIONS

There now follow a few examples of how to word the


Suggestions that you give yourself whilst using Self-Hypnosis.
With a little common sense you will by studying these be able
to formulate similar suggestions for yourself for most any
issue you can think of from A through to Z.

TO INCREASE PERSONAL HAPPINESS

"MY MIND IS NOW TUNED TO FEELINGS OF PERSONAL


WELLBEING, HAPPINESS AND JOY. I AM AT ONE WITH
NATURE, AND ALL THE BEAUTIFUL THINGS IN IT. AS
MY MIND TUNES IN TO ALL THESE WONDERFUL
THINGS, A FEELING OF PEACE, CALMNESS, AND
TRANQUILLITY COMES OVER MY MIND, AND I RELAX

SOME THOUGHTS ON SMOKING & WEIGHT LOSS

Ultimately as a Hypnotherapist I have never stopped anyone


from Smoking, rather I have helped them to never start
Smoking again once they have stopped for themselves.

You see the only way to become a Non-Smoker is to put out


your Cigarette and then never buy anymore and never put
another one (even if someone offered to give you one) to your
lips.

It is as easy as putting out your last ever Cigarette and never


having another and that part of never having another can be
made far easier and pleasurable for you using Self-Hypnosis
or the use of other techniques shared within this book.

In terms of losing weight there really are only Two ways to


lose weight and those are to either eat less calories in terms of
food/drink intake or to do more exercise than you currently
are but keep your food/drink intake the same.

Obviously reducing intake and increasing exercise is more


ideal, but the key point is that as Dr Bob Schwartz explains in
his excellent 1982 book “Diets Don’t Work” the real truth is
that Diets do not work long-term and that the two ways I have
mentioned are the only real keys to losing weight safely and
healthily.

tightly closed from this moment forward this will prove to be
100% Successful for You.

Progressive Relaxation Induction

Take a nice deep breath. In through your nose and out


through your mouth, keeping your eyes tightly closed at all
times unless I tell you to open them.

Because from this moment forward, using your powers of


Intelligence, Imagination, and Concentration so Effectively,
you realize that from this moment forward nothing bothers
you, worries you, or concerns you as it did in the past.

In fact, from this moment forward, every breath you take and
every noise you hear, every word that I say, every thought
that you think, merely serves as a sign, a sign and a signal to
help you relax more completely and to focus and take Nice,
Deep, Regular Breathes. In through your nose and out
through your mouth.

Because today, as you listen to this recording, it will be 100


times as effective if not even more effective than if I sat there
in the room with you.

And everything I’ve said will sink into your subconscious


mind in a Safe, Permanent manner, into your world of dreams
and imagination, enabling you to achieve something which in
the past may have proved difficult but which has now already
proved itself to be so Ridiculously Easy, Calm, Safe, Secure for
you.
So, as you keep your eyes tightly closed at all times, continue
breathing deeply and regularly, in through your nose, out
through your mouth, any background noise serving as just a
sign and a signal to help you relax more completely each
second that passes by.

I’m going to mention different parts of your body and as I do,


I want you to visual all the little muscles in that area of your
body as a little knot of ropes.

And each time, when I count from 1 to 3 and snap my fingers


like this “snap”, the very moment that I snap my fingers like
this “snap”, it’s instantly a sign and a signal for you to
instantly allow those knots to untie in your mind’s eye.

For those knots to untie rapidly and instantly become so limp,


so loose, so relaxed, so heavy, and so tired.

We’ll start with your feet.

So, imagine all those little muscle groups represented in your


mind’s eye as little ropes tied together in knots.

And these ropes represented in your mind’s eye are all the
stresses, worries, fears, and apprehensions over days and
weeks gone by that are Leaving Your Mind and leaving your
body right now.

Relaxing more.

On 1, see those knots rapidly untying. On 2, with every breath


that you take, every noise that you hear, every word that I say,
and every thought that you think, is a sign and a signal for
your mind to wander free. On 3, “snap” “snap” “snap” Just let
those knots relax, so limp, so loose, so relaxed, so heavy, and
so tired.
It doesn’t matter if my voice is loud like this or if my voice
becomes very soft and slow.

It doesn’t matter if my voice is clear, like this. Or if it becomes


more distant, your subconscious will remember everything I
say.

As you relax more. And now imagine all the little muscle
groups in your ankles and your lower leg area, moving all the
way up to your knees. See all those little muscle groups
represented as ropes tied together in knots, representing all
the Stresses, Tension, Worries, Fears, Apprehensions, all those
negative things that over days, weeks, months, and in fact
even years gone by, imagine as they Leaving Your Mind and
are leaving your body right now to allow your mind to
wander free.

On 1- the knots starting to untie rapidly. On 2- becoming so


limp, so loose, so relaxed, so heavy, and so tired. And on 3- let
them separate.

Drifting down, sinking down, drifting down, sinking down.

The deeper you go, the better you feel and the better you feel,
the deeper you go and the deeper you go, the better you feel.

With every breath that you take, every noise that you hear,
every word that I say, every thought that you think, serving as
a sign and a signal for you to drift down, sink down, in a way
that’s right for you.

In a way that feels so Calm, so Safe, so Secure, so Heavy, and


so Tired.

And as you may notice now, it’s almost as if there’s a slight


tingling sensation or warmth – it’s different for everyone –
but, in a way that feels right for you, notice that sensation of
relaxation moving now from the tips of your toes, all the way
across your feet to your ankles. From your ankles all the way
up your lower leg area to your knees.

Now allowing that feeling of warmth, that feeling of


relaxation, in a way that’s right for you, to fill your upper leg
area all the way up to your hips.

See all those little knots tied together. When you do, it makes
you feel so good to realize you’re leaving behind all of
negative things of the past Permanently. Right now, relaxing
more.

1- seeing those knots untying rapidly in your mind’s eye. 2- so


limp, so loose, so relaxed, so heavy, and so tired. The deeper
you go, the better you feel. The better you feel, the deeper you
go.

With every breath you take, every noise you hear, every word
that I say, every thought that you think.

It doesn’t matter if your mind wanders free and you start


thinking of a time in your life when you felt on top of the
world. A time in your life when you felt safe, calm, and
secure. A time in your life when you felt really confident and
you could achieve anything that you really wanted to achieve.

And if you can’t think of one right now, relax more. Just
imagine how good it would feel to experience that
Confidence, Calmness, and Relaxation in 1- right now drifting
down, sinking down. Just allow those knots to untie rapidly,
Right Now. Separate “snap”, Separate “snap”, Separate
“snap”. So limp, so loose, so relaxed, so heavy and so tired.

And I don’t know if you want to go to sleep right now or in a


few moments time. But as you relax more or go to sleep you
will feel each muscle becomes so heavy and relaxed, so limp,
so loose, so relaxed, so heavy, so tired.

You can allow your mind to wander free. It doesn’t matter if


you’re consciously aware of anything I say. Because it will go
directly to your subconscious mind and stay with you in a
positive manner from this moment forward.

You can just allow that feeling of warmth, that feeling of


relaxation, to move from your feet to your ankles, from your
ankles to your knees, from your knees to your hips. Let it
flood now your chest area. And once again, as I count to three,
let all those knots untie proving as a sign and a signal, a sign
and a signal that quite simply you relax more and all the
stresses, tension, worries, fears, and apprehensions from days
and weeks gone by, leaving your mind rapidly now.

1- knots untying. 2- relaxing more. 3- “snap” “snap” “snap”.


Deeper and deeper. The deeper you go, the better you’ll feel.
The better you feel, the deeper you’ll go.

With every breath that you take, every noise that you hear,
every word that I say. It doesn’t matter if I’m talking too fast
for your conscious mind. Everything I’ve said will remain
with you in your subconscious mind at all times.

Sometimes you may become consciously aware of what I’m


saying and other times it’s so quick that you won’t know, as
you relax more. Why, could you go to sleep right now.

As that feeling of warmth and relaxation moves now into your


shoulders and all the way down your arms. From your
shoulders to your elbows. From your elbows to your wrists.
From your wrists to your fingertips. Once again on the count
of three. When I snap my fingers just allow those knots in
your mind’s eye to untie and become separate pieces of rope.
And as they do, realize, right now, as you relax more, drifting
down, sinking down, drifting down, realizing right now,

on 1- those knots untie. 2- all the negative things of the past


are gone completely. All the Stresses, Tension, Worries, Fears,
Apprehensions from days, weeks, months, and years gone by,
leaving your mind, leaving your body. Relaxing more.
Drifting down, sinking down. Right Now. 1,2,3 “snap” “snap”
“snap”.

Deeper, deeper, separate and relaxing. Drifting down, sinking


down, drifting down. Notice how good it feels just to let
yourself go. Let your mind wander free. Sinking down, feeling
so good, in a way that’s calm, safe, and secure for you.

Now finally let that feeling of warmth and relaxation move all
the way up your spine, from the base of your spine to top of
your neck. All the way around your neck and to all the little
muscles in your cheeks, in your jaw, in your face, in your
forehead, all over your face, around your ears.

All those fine little muscles where your tension used to be


stored in the past. But you realize now that something you
once thought was difficult to achieve has proven itself to be so
ridiculously easy.

As you relax more, 1- just letting those knots untie rapidly. 2-


drifting down, sinking down, as the deeper you go, the better
you feel. And the better you feel, the deeper you go. As each
second that passes by. 1,2,3. So loose, so relaxed, so heavy,
and so tired.

And as you keep your eyes tightly closed at all times and use
your powers of Intelligence, Imagination, and Concentration
effectively you find the sound of my voice, the sound of any
background noises, in fact every breath that you take, every
noise that you hear, every word that I say, every thought that
you think, serves as a sign and a signal for your mind to relax
more completely.

For every muscle, nerve, fiber, tissue in your body from the
tips of your toes to the tips of your fingers to become so limp,
so loose, so relaxed, so heavy, so tired that it’s almost as if
you’re sinking down into a comfortable chair. Sinking down,
drifting down. Relaxing more.

Staircase Visualization

And as you relax more and allow your mind to wander free, I
want you to imagine that it’s almost as if you can see a
staircase in your mind’s eye.

A staircase of relaxation. A calm, safe, secure, feeling good,


relaxed, and more, staircase. And I’m going to count down
backwards from 10 down to 1. And on each descending
number, it’s a sign and a signal to take another step down on
that staircase in your mind’s eye to the world of your dreams,
the world of your imagination.

So, 10- the deeper you go, the better you feel. And the better
you feel, the deeper you go. The deeper you go, the better you
feel, and the better you feel, the deeper you go. With every
breath you take. Every noise that you hear, every word that I
say, every thought that you think is a sign and a signal

on the count of 9- Drifting down, sinking down, in a way


that’s calm, safe, secure. In way that feels good for you right
now.
On 8- relaxing more as you realize that every muscle in your
body, from the tips of your toes to the tips of your fingers
starts to become so limp, so loose, so relaxed, so heavy, and so
tired. You’re so tired, almost as if you’re sinking into that
comfortable chair. Drifting down, letting your mind wander
free.

On the count of 7- it feels so good just to let your mind


wander free. I don’t know if you want to Go to Sleep Right
Now. If you go to sleep, in a few moments time, or if you relax
more

on 6- 5- every nerve, fiber, tissue, and muscle in your body


from the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes becoming
like a loose, limp ragdoll. So heavy, so tired. Drifting down,
sinking down.

On 4- almost to the bottom of that staircase now. Almost to


the start of the new journey to the life you deserve so much.
Notice how good it feels to relax and let your mind wander
free.

On the count of 3- 2- Drifting down, sinking down, realizing


that the deeper you go, the better you feel. And the better you
feel, the deeper you go with every second that passes by.

On 1- nice deep breath in and out. Now just relax because


you’ve reached the bottom of that staircase.

Get into Bed and Go to Sleep Visualization

Now I’m talking directly to your subconscious mind and


everything I say to you from this moment forward will remain
with you in your subconscious mind, in the world of your
dreams and your imagination.
And now you can see in your mind’s eye a Lovely, Warm,
Inviting, Calm, Safe, and Secure, large, luxurious, inviting
bed, with a big lovely duvet and big relaxing pillows.

Just take a few moments to walk up to that image in your


mind’s eye and as you do notice that you relax more with each
second that passes by.

Just imagine yourself climbing into that bed now and as you
do take a nice big goodnight yawn. So heavy, so tired. Now
just rest your eyes and settle down into that pillow, in your
mind’s eye and then just go to sleep. Let your mind wander
free and enter the world of your dreams and your imagination
where everything and anything is possible, Right now,
Relaxing more.

Blackboard Method

And as you start to dream, in your mind’s eye, you find


yourself in a classroom. A calm, safe, secure classroom.
There’s nothing negative about this place. It’s everything it
could be that makes you feel good.

It’s just that you can see in the background a dry-erase board
and on this dry-erase board you can see a word or a phrase
written in dry-erase marker and this word or phrase is the
name of the problem that you now choose to have in the past.

That thing that used to Bother you, used to Worry you or


Concern you. That thing that used to interfere with your
everyday life. That thing that you made the decision to say
good-bye to forever.

And I’d like you, right now in your mind’s eye, Take Control
as you relax more. Sinking down, drifting down, as the deeper
you go, the better you feel.
And the better you feel, the deeper you go, with each second
that passes by.

I want you to take control and you can do this right now by
imagining in your mind’s eye yourself erasing, in whatever
way feels right to you, one by one, each letter of the word, or
words as the case may be for you, that is the name of the
problem you once had in the past.

The name of the thing that used to be a concern or an issue but


no longer bothers you, worries you, or concerns you as it once
did in the past.

So just wipe away that problem completely.

Do it. It’s Gone. It’s Gone. It can no longer bother you, worry
you, or concern you as it once did in the past.

Notice how good that makes you feel to realize that you’ve
taken control. And just Sleep Now.

Ego -Strengthening Therapy:

As you relax more completely with every breath that you take,
every noise that you hear, every word that I say and every
second that passes by, you are now so deeply relaxed, so
deeply asleep, that whatever I tell you to do, you WILL do for
your own good.

And whatever I tell you WILL happen, WILL happen for your
own good.

Because from this moment forward, I am talking directly to


your subconscious mind, the world of your dreams and
imagination.
And as you relax more deeply with each word I say and every
thought that you think, so in turn every suggestion that I give
you, WILL for your own good become 100% Total Reality, as
you use your power of imagination, intelligence, and
concentration so effectively.

As you allow every breath that you take, every noise that you
hear, every word that I say, every thought that you think to let
your mind wander free.

To find the deeper you go, the better you feel. And the better
you feel, the deeper you go.

You have made a promise to yourself and as you relax more


deeply with each second that passes by, so you realize that
while on the odd occasion in life it may be OK to break a
promise to a friend, that in reality you can NEVER break a
promise to yourself.

In fact, your subconscious mind WILL NOT allow you to


break a promise to yourself.

You can have 100% faith that your subconscious mind will
enable you to achieve everything that I am suggesting to you
with the greatest of ease.

And as you go deeper and deeper, you notice that the deeper
you go, the better you feel and the better you feel, the deeper
you’ll go as you realize now that you can trust your
subconscious mind, for just as it makes you breath
automatically without any conscious effort, and just as it
pumps the blood around your body and keeps you alive, so
you can be certain that from this very moment forward your
subconscious mind will ensure that every single thing I
suggest to you, WILL become your new reality, WILL remain
your new lifestyle as an automatic reflex action.
And with the greatest of ease, relaxing more. In fact you will
find that something you once thought may be so difficult to
achieve will now become so ridiculously easy, as you realize
that from this moment forward, you can equal the greatest
achievements of life’s greatest achievers and that for you, your
innermost dreams can and have now become your 100% total
reality.

Noticing now that with every breath that you take, every
noise that you hear and every word that I say, that all the
stresses, tensions, worries, fears and apprehensions of days
and weeks gone by, that use to once bother you, are leaving

positively, in a way that’s right for you. NOW! Drifting down,
sinking down. Feeling so good.

this moment forward, that the opinions of others, especially
those of people you respect, people you love and those close
to you are worth listening and responding to in a positive

As the deeper you go, the better you feel and the better you

now being that you have now become one of those rare few,
but very talented and perceptive people, who is able to admit
their own faults and by so doing grow stronger and happier as
an individual and as part of a Loving partnership.

In short, from this moment forward, to you the Past is the Past
and what you now find is most important to you is The

Because you’re worth it, as you relax more with every breath
you take, every noise that you hear, every word that I say,
every thought that you think.
FINGER & THUMB RING OF CONFIDENCE

Noticing now that the deeper you go, the better you feel and
the better you feel the deeper you go with every breath that
you take, every noise that you hear and every word that I say.

As you now allow your mind to wander free. As you continue


to go deeper down into the world of your dreams and the
world of your imagination.

I want you to imagine and remember that one time in your life
when you felt more Happy, more Confident, more Proud and
on top of the world than you have ever done before.

It could have been a time when you won an award or just a


time on Holiday when you felt you could achieve anything.

It doesn’t matter so long as YOU NOW FEEL Happy, Healthy,


Relaxed, Calm, Confident & Loving to yourself and to others
in everyday life, feeling so good inside, enabling you to live a
100% fulfilling and stress-free lifestyle.

Now I just want you to notice how good it feels to experience


these positive and beneficial states of mind and body and as
you do realize now that whenever you need to renter this
special place in your everyday life, whenever you are
confronted with the unexpected or those things which once
would have bothered or concerned you in the past.

And as you relax more, now as an automatic reflex action, all


you need do is push together the tip of your forefinger of the
right hand together with the tip of your thumb and instantly
this will make your Ring of Confidence,
your Ring of Willpower, your Ring of Self-Esteem and your
Ring of Patience that will instantly enable you to remain and
continue to be the Calm, Confident, Happy, Healthy, Relaxed
and Loving individual that you have now become and will
continue to be from this moment forward.

Remembering that your subconscious will remind you, as an


automatic reflex action, to make this Ring of Confidence with
your finger and thumb as and when you need that little extra
help in everyday life.

As you relax deeper and deeper with each second that passes
by and every word that I say.

THERMOSTAT – SET LEVEL

Realizing now that the personal attributes of Self-Confidence,


Willpower, Positive Self-Esteem, Patience, and Trust are the
only attributes that any individual needs in everyday life to
remain a Confident, Happy, Healthy, Relaxed and Loving
person, to achieve whatever you want to achieve in the future.

Because this is your new reality.

Just as you have now become and continue to be, the person
that you set out to become, it’s become the real you.

Inside, right now, realizing that something you once thought


would be difficult to achieve has proved itself so ridiculously
easy.
As you relax more and use your powers of Intelligence,
Imagination, and Concentration Effectively, I’d like you to
imagine a thermometer in your mind’s eye with the numbers
from 0 to 100% on it.
And within this thermometer the level of the mercury
indicates the level at which your personal levels of Self-
Confidence, Will Power, Self-Esteem, Patience and Trust are
currently set.

As you relax more completely, with each second that passes


by, I want you to notice the level that the mercury is currently
set and then realize that if you raise the level to 100% then any
and all problems you may once have had in your life will no
longer ever be able to bother you or effect you, as they once
did in the past.

And as you realize this as 100% Total Reality, I’d like you to
imagine heating up the mercury in the thermometer, in a way
that feels right to you, perhaps with a lighter or a hot flaming
candle, so that the mercury gets hotter and hotter, so hot in
fact that it starts to rise up inside the thermometer.

Up past 30%, up past 40 & 50%, all the way up and past 60, 70
& 80% and then notice and just realize, in your mind’s eye,
that the mercury has now reached 100%.

And as you notice this, realize how much more confident you
feel, how you realize now your Willpower is also at a 100%,
your Self-Esteem is higher than it ever has been at 100% and
your Patience and Trust, both of yourself and others, is now
also at 100%, making you a much Happier, Healthier, Relaxed,
Calm and Loving person in every way, as you continue to live
a Stress-Free lifestyle.

Realizing now that in order to feel this Confident forever you


need to fix the mercury in place at 100%.

So imagine now, in your mind’s eye, that you have a hammer


and a nail and that you are now hammering the nail through
the thermometer and through the mercury at the 100% level.
And rather than leaking out, the mercury is now being Fixed,
Solidly, Permanently in place so that from this moment
forward your levels of Self-Confidence, Will Power, Self-
Esteem, Patience and Trust are now fixed at 100%, enabling
you to live your life as the Happy, Healthy, Confident,
Relaxed, Calm, Loving & Trusting individual that you have
become and now continue to be, as all areas of your life
benefit immensely from these improvements every day in
every way.

There are no noises that bother you whatsoever. In fact, with


every breath you take, every noise you hear, every word that I
say, every thought that you think, is serving as a sign and a
signal for you to relax more completely. So limp, so loose, so
relaxed, so heavy, so tired.

TV SET - GET RID OF PAST

As you relax and go deeper, the deeper you go, the better you
feel and the better you feel the deeper you go. as you now
imagine, in your mind’s eye, a TV set upon which you can see
an image of how you once were in the past.

Just see it clearly on the TV screen, the person you once were,
those things that you wanted to change, those things that use
to be a problem or an issue which are no longer part of you.

Notice all those things about yourself that both you and others
disliked which are no longer part of you.

And realize now these things have become and must now
remain part of the past.

And as you realize this, it’s time to turn down the volume on
the TV set.
As you turn down the volume notice how good it feels.

Now imagine turning down the Colour and the Contrast so


that the image of how you once were disappears completely
and fades away.

And now as you realize that image has gone forever, you no
longer need for the TV set to be switched on.

So, imagine turning it off.

Yes, that’s perfect. So now, no power can ever get to it again. It


can never Bother you, Worry you, or Concern you as it once
did in the past.

And now as you relax more just imagine unplugging the TV


set from the wall.

And as you do, realizing that you yourself have Now said
goodbye completely to the past.

Goodbye completely to how you once were.

Goodbye completely to those issues, problems, or concerns


that you once had, that once use to bother you.

And take control and just imagine destroying the TV set, in


whatever way feels right for you.

Perhaps you’ll burn it, blow it up, or smash it with a sledge


hammer.

Go on! That’s it!


Just see it being destroyed and realize now that these things
can Never Ever bother you again, now or anytime in the
future.

As you relax more with each second that passes by and every
breath that you take.

Notice how good it feels inside, as you notice that something


that you thought was so difficult has in fact proved so
ridiculously easy.

As you’ve become and continue to be, from this moment


forward, the person you wanted to become, the person you
have become, the person you’ll continue to be.

Nothing now bothers you, worries you, or concerns you as it


once did in the past.

In fact, those things that once were an issue now serve as a


sign and a signal of how much Confidence, Willpower, Self-
Esteem you’ve got inside. How good you feel. How much you
want to live your life to the full.

MIRROR TO INSTALL NEW FUTURE

Just imagine now, as you relax more completely, a full-length


mirror in your mind’s eye, in a calm, safe, secure way that’s
right for you.

And imagine that you are standing in front of this full-length


mirror.

But rather than seeing the image of how you once were in the
past, you are now seeing the image of how you want to
become, how you have become, and how you wish to be.
Look at that image of yourself. Notice how happy and
confident you feel about yourself. Notice how good it feels to
look in the mirror and see yourself exactly as you have on
many occasions in the past dreamed yourself to be.

Notice how much happier you now feel about yourself, and as
a result, how much happier you feel around those you love.

How easy it has now become to be Open, Honest and Candid


about those things which once bothered you, before you
became this image of Beauty, Happiness, Confidence and
Contentment that you now see before you in your mind’s eye.

And as you relax more and continue to breathe deeply and


regularly, realize now that this is no longer a dream.

This is in fact 100% Total Reality.

For this is a magic mirror. And I’d like you to imagine


walking toward it, toward the image of you the way you want
to be tomorrow, the day after, next week, next month, next
year.

And as you reach toward the mirror, notice how good you feel
inside. And now notice that your hand now starts to melt into
the mirror.

Walk closer to the mirror. You can step into it.

So now, just imagine in your mind’s eye just stepping into that
mirror.

And notice as you do that it’s almost as if you’re stepping into


that image of yourself the way you’ll become and continue to
be from this moment forward.
Almost as though you’re putting on a Lovely, Calm, Safe,
Protective, Secure Suit of Armor.

And stepping into that image of yourself. Let it become you


and continue to be you from this moment forward.

To assure that you and your ideal you are permanently


affixed, relax more. Get rid of the mirror, in the way that feels
right to you.

Whether it’s smashing the mirror from the inside, or it’s


painting it on the inside. Whatever feels right for your
subconscious mind.

Just do it now so you’re Locked, Glued, Welded, Cemented


Permanently, Safely, Calmly, and Securely as the New You.

Where nothing bothers you, worries you, or concerns you as it


once did in the past.

Relaxing more as you go deeper, the better you feel, the


deeper you go and the deeper you go, the better you will feel.

PAIN & PLEASURE SUGGESTIONS

Realizing now as you relax further that from this moment


forward you find and get the greatest pleasure from making
yourself and others Happy, from making yourself and others
feel Loved, Wanted, Needed and Appreciated, Cared for in all
that they say and do.

And that from this moment forward, you no longer need,


want, crave or desire any manner of painful situation in your
life.
As you continue to be the Confident, Happy, Healthy, Calm,
Relaxed and Loving person that you have now become and
will continue to be every day in every way.

Making others happy makes you happy and seeing others sad
makes you sad, as you now live your life like a mirror and
give out that which you want reflected back to you.

Because you have become everything that you’ve dreamed of.


And things that you once thought would be difficult have
proved to be so ridiculously easy.

MAJOR POST HYPNOTIC SUGGESTIONS

In a few moments time when I awaken you, everything I have


suggested to you and everything that you have suggested to
yourself will remain with you in every way, Permanently

that a huge weight has now been lifted off your shoulders and
you are now free to live your life Happily the way you once
thought may only ever be a dream. But the way which is now
for you your 100% Total Personal Reality.

On 6- Normal feelings now returning to each and every


muscle group in your body, from the tips of your toes to the
tips of your fingers, as everything I have suggested is now
permanently burnt deep into your subconscious mind in a
way that feels right for you.

0n 7- Realizing now that at a conscious Level only, when you


awaken (in the morning) (in a few moments time) you will
remember to forget and forget to remember everything that
has been suggested to you, instead allowing it all to be stored
to your subconscious mind who will ensure that you act upon
it all as an automatic reflex action in your everyday life.

On 8- Lighter and brighter now, coming on up out of it,

nature of this simple approach as I can assure you I have on
many occasions seen it prove to be almost miraculous in terms
of the positive life changes those who have used it then go on
to experience in all areas of their life’s.

IT'S TRULY NOW TIME FOR YOU TO GROW UP

BUT TO GROW UP ON ALL LEVELS FEELING GOOD


THE SCAT PROCESS = COMPLETE MIND TAPPING

Another technique that I would like to teach you and which


proves of great use to those people who used to suffer from
Panic Attacks and similar issues is “The SCAT Process” which
is also known by its other name of “Complete Mind Tapping”

To use this technique, start by closing your eyes, taking a few


nice deep breathes in through your nose and then out through
your mouth, and then thinking of that which used to bother
you, worry you or concern you.

Get a sense and a feeling of what that felt like when it was and
is at its worst
and then immediately follow the process and positive ritual
below...

What you basically do it take the first two fingers of your right
hand and tap the center of your forehead, between your
eyebrows three times in the area that many people refer to as
the “Third Eye”

Then you use these fingers to tap yourself three times just
below the Belly Button area which is sometimes also called the
Base Chakra Energy Point.

Next tap three times on the front of your right shoulder


followed by three times on your left shoulder.

Follow this by tapping three times on the area under your


nose just above your top lip

Then hum the tune of Happy Birthday to yourself three


times.

Then take a nice deep breath in through your nose and hold it
for the count of five and then RELEASE IT through your
mouth as you feel all the negative stuff go completely.

Repeat that whole process of tapping from start to finish three


times in a row

And then finally close your eyes once again and just try to get
a sense and a feeling of the issue as you did before and realize
right now just how positively different things feel for you.

If things are now at a level that feels acceptable to you then


Tremendous!
Otherwise go through the whole process again to reduce the
intensity of feelings, negative emotions, cravings for
unhealthy foods or whatever else it may be to a level that is
perfectly acceptable for you as and when you feel the need to.

When and only when you have studied all 4 of those
video’s you can continue reading, but at all times
keeping in mind that although I often talk about
things as though treating another person, in truth you
can use this exact same technique on yourself.

For many years I would simply Hypnotize somebody


and then once Hypnotized I would whilst their eyes are
closed tap one of their fingers several times and instruct
their unconscious mind directly & clearly that

From now on unconscious mind this is your Yes finger


(tap the finger) and whenever you need to answer Yes
(tap the finger) you unconscious mind will move this
finger (tap the finger) to signal Yes to me. Do you
understand unconscious mind?

(The finger you tapped should move slightly to indicate


Yes)

I would then tap a different finger whilst stating:

From now on unconscious mind this is your No finger


(tap the finger) and whenever you need to answer No
(tap the finger) you unconscious mind will move this
finger (tap the finger) to signal No to me. Please move
your No finger now unconscious to indicate that you
understand me‖

(The finger you tapped should move slightly to indicate


No)

And finally I would then tap a different finger whilst


stating:

From now on unconscious mind this is your Maybe


finger (tap the finger) and whenever you need to
answer Maybe (tap the finger) you unconscious mind
will move this finger (tap the finger) to signal Maybe to
me. Please move your Maybe finger now unconscious
to indicate that you understand me‖

I would then be able to talk to and negotiate directly


with the client’s unconscious mind, ensuring that I am
careful to phrase any questions or statements so that
they can easily be answered with a Yes, No or Maybe
answer.

The aim being to get the unconscious to agree at an


Unconscious or Subconscious Level to carry out any
and all changes or work necessary to ensure that the
client is able to both make all changes they desire in
their life, whether that be overcoming an addiction or
habit, or perhaps removing a Phobia from them
forever.

My friend Pradeep Aggarwal who runs the Institute of


Mind Control & Development in Hyderabad, India
uses the IMR finger signals for Content Free Therapy
by using a phrase such as this one:

Subconscious Mind I want you please to resolve this


problem in the best and healthiest possible manner
acceptable to you consciously also. Now some times
subconscious mind it could take a very long time, as
long as 60 seconds to do this, whereas other times you
find that you are able to do so instantly. When this is
fully resolved please give me your ―Yes signal

With IMR approaches the idea is to first set up the Yes


Signal, often this is done with the client stood up and
they are told that the Yes Signal will be them swaying
forward towards you.

You then as they stand in front of you with their eyes


closed, say something such as:

Subconscious when you sway towards me like this


(pull them forward towards you gently and then stand
them back up) that will be your signal for yes. So each
time you wish to answer Yes just sway towards me like
this (pull them forwards again gently and then stand
back up) so now to show me you understand please
show me the Yes Signal

(you await for the slight sway forward)

Next you say something such as:

Unconscious mind many thanks that is excellent, could


you now please confirm that you are happy today to
help (clients name) to XYZ

XYZ = Whatever you wish to achieve for the client


whether it be elimination of Pain or removal of
cravings and addiction to something, indeed with a
little thought most anything from Phobias and Fears to
Anxiety and much more can be slotted in at this point.

You of course wait for the Yes signal and then proceed
with a statement such as:

Many thanks unconscious mind, in which case could


you now please remove, delete, over-ride and
positively and permanently change any and all relevant
thoughts, memories, emotions, signals or programmes
that have until today been causing (clients name) to
have XYZ issue. And when you have done that please
give me the Yes signal‖

You of course wait for the Yes signal and then proceed
with a statement such as:

Many thanks unconscious mind, that's excellent, now


just before we finish, please could you scan your entire
body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes
and along the way make one final check for and
remove, delete, over-ride and positively and

XYZ = here you describe how the client will be having


made the changes they desired, for example being a
confident happy healthy relaxed non smoker, or
perhaps the happy clam relaxed person who now feels
fully motivated to do more exercise and avoid sugary
or fatty foods, or perhaps even that they now continue
as a calm relaxed fully in control person who when
they see a Spider just laughs and giggles inwardly at
how happy they are that it no longer bothers, worries
or concerns them as it once did in the past.

When I count from 1 to 3, on the count of 3, you


unconscious can go back to your normal activities of
keeping (clients name) safe, happy and content in all
areas of their life and allow (clients name) conscious to
be back with us fully alert and feeling wonderful in
every way

who wishes to STOP SMOKING..

The OldPain2Go training philosophy (of which I am


Certified) is that this kind of approach is for helping
people to eliminate no longer required Pain Signals so
that sufferers of long term pain can find relief, however
as illustrated above with my version of the approach it
is adaptable to almost anything, not just Pain for which
an example is given now.

Should the person be unable to stand up for any reason


then rather than using a Sway Forward for a Yes Signal
it could instead be a slight nod of the head in which
case the first paragraph in the examples can easily be
changed to:

Subconscious when you nod your head, that will be


your signal for yes. So each time you wish to answer
Yes just nod your head. So now to show me you
understand please show me the Yes Signal

(you await for the nod of the head)

Or it could just as easily be a movement of a certain


finger as in:

Subconscious when you lift this finger up (tap one of


their fingers) that will be your signal for yes. So each
time you wish to answer Yes just lift this finger up (tap
the same finger again) so now to show me you
understand please show me the Yes Signal

(you await for the slight movement or lift up of the


finger)

Needless to say that were you treating someone over


Skype, Zoom or perhaps even Facebook Video
Messaging and are unable to be with them physically in
the room, for safety reasons the finger lift or head nod
whilst the person is safely and firmly seated would be
the correct way to proceed.

As with the standing postural sway method you need


to be there and ready at all times to catch them and
stop them from falling over in any direction they may
suddenly & unexpectedly move.

The Clients Health and Safety is paramount and you


have a Legal Duty of Care to abide by at all times to
keep the client safe in all manners, hence in the context
of eliminating Pain Signals this should only ever be
done AFTER someone has seen a conventional Medical
GP or Medical Consultant who has confirmed there is
no underlying reason for the Pain Signals that needs to
be dealt with first.

For example headaches have in the past been known to


be signal of brain tumors so you would not want to
remove the pain of such from someone who had
recurring headaches without them first seeking
Professional Medical Advice from a GP or Consultant.

However people with long term Arthritis and similar


issues that cause them Pain and Discomfort are often
just getting such due to old signals which are no longer
needed to alert them of the problem of which they are
now only far too aware.

With these kinds of people we can use such technique


to cancel out the negative pain signals so they gain
instant or almost instant relief.

In almost all cases I would personally before and after


the C.U.R.E.D. Technique is used get them to rate on a
scale of 1 to 10 how they feel before and after the
treatment.

This is known as SUDS which stands for Subjective


Units of Distress Scale.

Although this is a long established therapeutic tool, I


have added a few elements that turn it into a positive
verbal & non verbal treatment technique in itself as
illustrated in the short video which also gives a brief
insight into my M.E.L.T. = Mind Emotion Liberation
Techniques and can be found in the chapter of the
same name.

Although I have stated that this techniques can be used


for almost anything with almost any client, there are
certain things you will encounter, especially with Pain
Related issues that to be frank will need some extra due
care and attention and quite often the use of additional
techniques and therapy treatment modalities.

Examples are of Auto Immune ―diseases‖ which


include those that Medical GP's often struggle to
identify fully and group together.

These include Fibromyalgia, CRPS (Complex Regional


Pain Syndrome), CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), ME
(Myalgic Encephalomyelitis)

From Experience you will find that most often the


patients who suffer these kinds of issues are usually of
the same personality type.

Usually they are highly driven & motivated people,


who will regularly push themselves to the limit.

They have an internal deep desire to help everyone, but


have a massive issue with accepting help for
themselves.

Usually they will have had a key event in life which has
acted as a trigger

to the problem, maybe an illness, trauma or big


upheaval in their life.

Often we find that they didn‘t take the time needed to


recover from this, and consequently the unconscious
mind decides they need to slow down and pay more
attention to themselves.

The Unconscious or Subconscious Mind can only do


this with either pain or fatigue.

And sadly the more the sufferer fights it, the louder the
unconscious will shout, so their symptoms and
condition as a result gets worse.

The key part to successfully treating clients such as


these is to ensure that they are happy to agree to slow
down and take some time for themselves.

I personally have found that my Unique Approach of CMT =


Complete Mind Therapy is ideal to use with such clients in
order to make them feel better about helping themselves so
that the C.U.R.E.D. Treatment will then work effectively for
them in the long term.

Starting on the next page we will next take a little look at how
a Pendulum can be used for direct communication with the
unconscious (imagination).

SUBCONSIOUS COMMUNICATION WITH THE


PENDULUM

The greatest computer in the world resides within YOUR


mind with the answers to everything that will ever concern
you already programmed.

This is the Subconscious. However, if you don't ask, the


Subconscious will not answer. The Subconscious is your very
own computer programmed specifically for you but if you
never input the question, you will never get the answer that
you need.

The following work presents a method of Subconscious


communication. It shows you how to get your Subconscious
to convey answers to your needs from its vast storehouse of
information and analytical processes.

It can work for you as it has for me. You should expect it to for
it is the heritage of the 21st century man. The utilization of the
Subconscious Mind is the faculty that will mark the distinction
between fearful, uncertain humanity of the present and a
humanity with purpose, progress, and peace.

INTRODUCTION

The Subconscious, or inner mind, is one of the most amazing


but least understood portions of each individual's psyche. it
has been both denounced and praised for almost 100 years but
until recently, never utilized. NOW the situation appears to be
changing.

Both professional psychotherapist and layman alike are


beginning to explore the vast resources and capabilities of this
enigmatic entity.

Although the results of this research covers a wide and


divergent spectrum, one fact stands out, if one opens up a
communication channel with the Subconscious and develops
that channel, one has access to the most sophisticated
computer in existence.

The potential for the use of the vast Subconscious resources


appears to be limited only by one’s imagination.

By starting communication with your Subconscious, you have


potentially at your command every event, both physical and
psychological, that has ever occurred to you.

Your Subconscious can analyze data and solve problems for


you, help you make important decisions, give you accurate
interpretations to tell you what your dreams really mean, tell
you why you are ill, tell you why you fear something or feel
negative and depressed, and many other services too
numerous to mention.

Communication with your Subconscious allows you to


expand your Conscious far beyond the boundaries that you
have operated within all of your life. The following paper will
deal with one form of Subconscious communication.

MEET YOUR HIDDEN SELF: THE SUBCONSCIOUS

All of your life you have probably been operating with only 15
to 24 percent of your Total Mind. This seemingly widespread
notion led some theorists a number of years ago to
hypothesize that most people utilized only 10 to 15 percent of
their brain.

However, modern thinking on the subject suggests that


specific portions of the brain have little to do with this thing
that we call consciousness.

It has been estimated by this author that approximately 76


percent of the Total Mind consists of what is classified as the
Subconscious --- that which is not readily available to
consciousness.

According to this model, the Total Mind also consists of a


Conscious and a Preconscious.
The Conscious, which consists of approximately 16 percent of
the Total Mind, is the part of the Mind with which we think
and perceive. It can be

thought of in terms of attention.

The Preconscious, which consists of approximately eight


percent of the Total Mind, serves as the intermediary between
the Conscious and the Subconscious. This model of the Total
Mind is presented in Figure 1.

It must be realized that this is a general estimate because some


people have greater Conscious access to the Subconscious
than others.

In general, we rarely think about the Subconscious. Almost


the adage, out of sight, out of mind. But the Subconscious
does exist and it continuously monitors the functions of the
body and Conscious.

However, it only does the minimal necessary to maintain a


functioning organism. If you don't ask for more, it won't give
it to you.
In its effort to maintain minimal functioning of the system, the
Subconscious will try to come to our Conscious' assistance in
times of trouble with a flash of insight into our problems.

It uses dreams a great deal to convey this information. But


usually, it sits back and watches the progress of the
Conscious.

The Subconscious is like the wise sage on the mountain top. It


will answer questions if you come to it and ask but usually
won't seek you out.

However, sometimes the sage foresees disaster and leaves the


mountain in an attempt to warn. He is never sure if his
warning will be heeded but he makes the attempt.

So the question arises as to the nature of this stranger that


watches us, keeps us functioning, and attempts to help us
when functioning is threatened.

This researcher has determined that the Subconscious has


three major areas of function in the total psyche: Storage,
Maintenance of the Autonomic Nervous System, and
Analysis.

Each of these functions has ramifications far beyond those that


the Conscious has ever contemplated.

The storage section of the Subconscious is the one with which


most individuals are familiar. It is what is commonly referred
to as memory.

However, the storage facilities of the Subconscious far exceed


the standard level of Conscious memory. Every event, and
everything related to that event is stored in the Subconscious.
For example, a person with a clear, developed channel to his
Subconscious in recalling an event may remember such details
as everything that was said, who was there and who said
what, what the event involved, the temperature, the emotion
and feelings expressed, the odors, the various noises, small
details of the event and scene involved, and an analysis of the
impact of the event on his physical and psychological
functioning.

It doesn't matter whether this event took place two minutes or


thirty years ago, the data is there and theoretically available
for recall.

Consequently, establishment of a Subconscious


communication channel can expand Conscious memory.

The second major function of the Subconscious is maintenance


of the Autonomic Nervous System.

The Autonomic Nervous System is in charge of such functions


as heart rate, body temperature, muscle tone, blood pressure,
focusing of the eyes, unconscious motor movements,
generation of chemicals and antibodies to fight disease, and
every type of body maintenance that is necessary for life but
which we do not consciously think about.

As you can see, the Subconscious literally maintains life itself.

By opening a channel of communication, it is possible to bring


some of these Autonomic Nervous System functions under
Conscious control.

For example, high blood pressure is a destructive disease


which affects many people in our society. There are several
medical reasons for this disease but no matter what the cause,
the end result is usually destruction of vital organs such as the
liver, kidneys, and brain.

There are medications that control high blood pressure in


most people but in some cases nothing seems to work. In such
cases, it would probably be useful for the individual to
communicate with his Subconscious to find out why the
situation exists and why the medication is ineffective.

With this information, the individual can begin to correct the


external problems related to the high blood pressure and the
Subconscious can be directed to begin correction of the
internal problems so that the medication can be effective.

The Subconscious has the ability to do this via the Autonomic


Nervous System.

Another example of utilizing the Subconscious regulation of


the Autonomic Nervous System concerns an area that affects
almost everyone in American society. This is high pressure
living which results in stress.

Research seems to suggest that stress results in such bodily


problems as migraine headaches, anxiety, stomach cramps,
ulcers, constipation, and a wide variety of other physical
changes that, if allowed to continue for a long period of time,
will damage the body permanently.

It has been found that many of the stress related problems are
accompanied by muscular tension some of the negative effects
of stress.

Reduction of muscle tenseness can be accomplished by


dealing with the

Subconscious which controls muscle tone.


As one can see from the examples, by opening a
communication channel and consciously dealing with the
Subconscious, it is possible to reduce or remove detrimental
body conditions by use of the Autonomic Nervous System.

The third function of the Subconscious, Analysis, is the one


least known about in modern society even though many
ancient and primitive cultures utilized it.

It appears that the Subconscious thinks and reasons


independently of the Conscious. In doing so, the Subconscious
weighs all the data available to it and based on its analyses,
draws conclusions.

In many cases, due to the greater knowledge base which the


Subconscious possesses, the conclusions are usually much
different and more accurate than that of the Conscious.

If you communicated with your Subconscious, the analytical


portion could help you make better Conscious decisions.

In this authors opinion, it is the Analytical portion of the


Subconscious that monitors the integrity of the organism and
attempts to help the Conscious in times of trouble.

If the communication channel was open, it would be easier to


solve the more serious problems in your life.

In general, establishing communication with the Subconscious


in order to consciously use the vast analytical and memory
resources found there could expand your Conscious
capabilities far beyond those that you have ever imagined.
VALUES OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE
SUBCONSCIOUS

Any type of communication with the Subconscious is valuable


because even the smallest amount has the tendency to enrich
and expand normal

Conscious function. But there are specific examples of how


people can use the three different functions of the
Subconscious.

This author has personally used the analytical function of the


Subconscious in decision making. There have been times
when I have had to decide if I should attend a particular
meeting or give a lecture to a particular group.

For the most part, I have been hesitant to make the


commitment for various reasons. In many cases, my
Subconscious has surprisingly stated that I should make a
commitment. Invariably, my Subconscious has been correct
because all have had something valuable to offer to me.

I have learned to rely a great deal on the analytical function of


my Subconscious for all sorts of decisions. Its greater access to
information expands my Conscious analytical ability.

Some uses of the Subconscious storage bank can lead to peace


of mind.

For instance, how many times have you left on a trip, got a
number of miles away from home and thought, "Did I lock the
door? " or "Did I turn off the stove? " In such a case, we either
go back and check, which results in aggravation when we
learn we did lock the door and delayed our trip for nothing or
we worry about it all the time we are gone.
With Subconscious communication, your Subconscious can
tell you whether you did or didn't do something and you can
return home and correct it or proceed on your trip with
freedom from worry.

Another use of the Subconscious is valuable to expecting


parents. This is asking the Subconscious to predict the sex of
the unborn child. As has been mentioned in an earlier section,
the Subconscious has the capability to monitor all body
functions which includes the reproductive organs.

Consequently, it is not unreasonable to assume that the


Subconscious of the pregnant woman knows the sex of the
child that is forming within her.

Along a similar line, the Subconscious probably knows the


source and nature of any illness that you may be experiencing.
it knows whether or not the illness is purely organic and
physical or if it has psychological roots.

Psychological illnesses can be just as damaging to the body as


organic ones. Usually illness is a combination of both.

With its monitoring of the body, it is reasonable to assume


that the Subconscious knows what organ or part of the body is
affected and the reasons why.

For example, a client came to me with a severe stomach


ailment. It was serious enough that the individual had been to
the doctor and had gone through a complete series of Gastro -
Intestinal tests. At this point let me state that as a
psychotherapist, I do not deal with a person with a physical
ailment until that individual has had a complete physical
check up by a physician.
The purpose of this procedure is to protect both the client and
myself.

After the extensive series of tests, the doctor told the


individual that there was nothing organically wrong.

But even with this assurance, the problem did not go away
and continued to be quite painful.

The individual, afraid that it might be cancer, was preparing


to return to the doctor for the uncomfortable tests when he
came to see me.

I immediately established a communication channel with this


individual's Subconscious.

Upon questioning the Subconscious, it was revealed that far


into the individual's past, an incident had occurred that had
involved stomach damage. This physical damage had healed
long ago but in the immediate past, some event had occurred
that had prompted a portion of the individual's Mind to recall
this damage and it was manipulating the Autonomic Nervous
System in a symbolic representation of the stomach damage.

In other words, the real pain and suffering was there but the
actual damage was not.

When the individual's Conscious learned of the origin of his


problem, the pain went away and has not returned in over
two years.

As you can see, the Subconscious can find and resolve health
problems. Let me again point out that although the
Subconscious can aid the healing process, it must not be used
as a substitute for your physician.
Although there are a multitude of uses for Subconscious
communication, space here does not permit a complete
analysis.

Basically, you will find many uses as you become familiar


with the communication process.

However, a final use to be mentioned lies in the area of dream


interpretation. Even a professional psychotherapist is not
always sure of the meaning of his client's dreams.

He may notice patterns but the language of the particular


client's Subconscious may be difficult to interpret.
The easiest way to find out the actual meaning of the dream is
by questioning the Subconscious directly.

In most of the cases, dreams are an attempt by the analytical


portion of the Subconscious to make contact with and give
information to the Conscious. Usually this information is of
great value to the Conscious but it may have difficulty
understanding what the Subconscious was trying to say.

Communication allows the Conscious to find out what the


Subconscious wanted it to know.

HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE SUBCONSCIOUS

The first step in utilizing the vast resources of the


Subconscious is to establish a communication channel.

In the beginning, it may be difficult to differentiate between


the various portions of the Mind by hearing them in your
head although with practice you may be able to do so.

Thus, it is necessary to create a more obvious, if not more


simplistic form of communication. One easy way of doing this
is to set up a code of communication by means of physical
signals controlled by the Subconscious.

This is possible because, as mentioned earlier in another


section, the Subconscious is in charge of the Autonomic
Nervous System which controls, among other things, the
involuntary muscles.

Since it controls involuntary muscles, the Subconscious can


learn to control voluntary muscles. Some of the first muscles
the Subconscious can easily learn to use are arm and hand
muscles.

Using the notion of muscle movement for Subconscious


communication, an indicator is selected to represent this
movement, a YES-NO code established, and questions worded
so that the Subconscious can respond utilizing the YES-NO
code.

At first, the movements by the Subconscious are slight and a


sensitive measuring device is needed.

It has been found that one of the most sensitive indicators


consists of nothing more than a pendulum.

The pendulum is easily constructed from materials found


around the home. Any small, light object such as a paper clip
or an iron washer for the weight and a piece of thread eight or
so inches long completes the measuring device.

The pendulum method is by far the easiest and fastest way of


establishing communication with the Subconscious portions of
the Mind and in my practice as a psychotherapist, I routinely
teach it to clients as the first basic step of the treatment
process.
In using the pendulum, you should hold the thread between
the thumb and forefinger of the hand with which you write
and allow your elbow to rest on a desk or table so that the
weight dangles freely (See Figure 2)

The weight portion of the pendulum should be approximately


one to two inches above the surface of the table. You should
hold the END of the thread between your thumb and
forefinger. Trim the length of thread so that this is the case.
You should allow your hand and arm to be as relaxed as
possible and your body should be in a comfortable sitting
position.

There are a multitude of ways that the pendulum can swing


but there are only four cardinal movements. As Figure 3
shows,
It can move:

1. Back and forth across in front of you,

2. In and out away from you,

3. Clockwise circle, and

4. Counter-clockwise circle.

It is best to let the Subconscious select its own movements for


the code.

This opens up the spirit of communication and cooperation


between the Conscious and Subconscious.

It also reduces Conscious interference and indicates to the


Conscious that the Subconscious does think and reason.

The Subconscious will select a movement for YES, one for NO,
another for MAYBE, and the final movement for I DON'T
WANT TO ANSWER.

Now it is time to start the communication process.


Holding the pendulum between the thumb and forefinger,
voluntarily swing it in each of the four directions.

Move it as distinctly as possible because you are teaching your


Subconscious how to move those particular muscles and
locking in the movement pattern into the Subconscious'
storage banks.

To make certain that the movements are properly stored,


swing the pendulum long enough to mentally count to 15 for
each direction.

After this has been done, stop the pendulum and do not
consciously move it from this point on.

With the pendulum in the still position, mentally say the


following, "Subconscious, select one of the four movements to
signify YES." Then repeat mentally over and over, "Swing for
YES." Usually the pendulum will start to move within a few
seconds but it may take a few moments to start operation.

Each time you mentally repeat the phrase, "Swing for YES.",
the pendulum will begin to move a little more as if it were
building up energy.

Even though it may look like it is standing still, it is making


slight

movements that are not yet perceptible.

Keep repeating the phrase until you have a discernible


movement of the pendulum.

It is necessary to watch the pendulum because the


Subconscious depends on visual feedback to determine how
accurately it is reproducing the movements that correspond to
answers it wishes to give.

Try to hold the pendulum still but don't prevent it from


moving. There will be slight movements of the hand which
are perfectly normal. These slight muscle movements are how
the Subconscious translates the questions into answers.

It is important that you write down the code so that you will
consciously be aware of it. You may want to do it in the
following manner. Make yourself a chart, then with each
subsequent selection, write down the symbol for the
movement.

When the YES response has been selected, write down its
symbol.

It is now time to select the NO response. Make certain that the


pendulum is in the still position. If it is not, you may
consciously use your free hand to stop it.

Then say, "Subconscious, select one of the three remaining


movements to represent NO."

Now begin to repeat mentally over and over without pause,


"Swing for NO." Shortly, the Subconscious will begin to move
the pendulum in a new direction. As you repeat the request
for the NO symbol, the movement of the pendulum will get
stronger and stronger.

When a clearly identifiable response has been achieved, write


down on your chart the symbol that represents the NO
response.

The next response that you need to code is MAYBE.


The MAYBE response is a useful tool for the Subconscious as
it allows it to tell you that your question was worded in such a
way that some of it is true and some of it is false.

If the Subconscious answered such a question either one way


or the other, it would be giving incorrect information.

If you get a MAYBE response, it indicates that you need to


reword your question.

To code MAYBE, you need to start your pendulum from the


still position.

While watching it intently, say mentally, "Subconscious, select


one of the remaining swings to signify MAYBE."

Then begin to repeat mentally over and over without pause,


"Swing for MAYBE." The pendulum will soon begin to swing
in a new direction and the movement will become stronger
and stronger. When it is clear what the movement is, write it
down on your chart.

Now it is time to allow the Subconscious to swing in the final


direction for I DON'T WANT TO ANSWER.

The purpose of this answer is to indicate if there are blocks


preventing information from flowing out of the Subconscious
storage banks.

Technically, blocks are called Defense Mechanisms. They are


what psychotherapists spend most of their time removing.
Subconscious communication is one of the easiest ways to get
around Defense Mechanisms.

Start the pendulum from a still position. Gaze at it steadily


and say in your mind, "Subconscious, select a movement for I
DON'T WANT TO ANSWER."

Then begin to repeat mentally over and over, "Swing for I


DON'T WANT TO ANSWER." It is unnecessary for you to
consciously remember the movement that is left because your
Subconscious will do that for you.

As you repeat the request, the pendulum will begin to move


in the final direction and the movement will become stronger
and stronger. Write it down and you have completed the
communication code that will be the same for the rest of your
life.

In my experience as a psychotherapist, I have found that the


pendulum method of communication works with almost
everyone.

In cases where there was initial difficulty, it was later revealed


that there was internal mental conflict that resulted in the
individual seeking treatment.

When the conflict was resolved and the client improved, the
pendulum method began to operate more effectively.

So if the pendulum method does not work satisfactorily for


you, there is some problem that is blocking off the flow from
your Subconscious that needs to be discovered and removed.

THE PROPER WAY TO QUESTION THE SUBCONSCIOUS

In preparing questions for the Subconscious, it is important


that they say exactly what you mean.

The easiest way to accomplish this is to keep it simple.

Remember, complex ideas can be conveyed by breaking them


down into the simpler components.

In order to help you make certain, it is best that you write out
the questions you wish to ask.

This allows you to easily see that they are properly worded.

Also, this allows you to note the answers so that you can
consciously direct the line of questioning based on the
information that you learn.

In questioning the Subconscious, you start out with general


questions and get more specific.

The following example will give you some idea as to how you
would gather information from your Subconscious about an
important topic.

A client came to me with a frustrating problem, a severe case


of finger nail biting for which he had tried everything to stop
including such extreme measures as vile tasting liquid on the
nails and having someone slap him on the hands when he bit
them.

However, nothing seemed to work and his nails were always


in the quick.

He told me that the problem had existed for as long as he


could remember and was extremely embarrassing to him. This
type of problem is not uncommon.

The first step in the treatment process was to teach this


individual how to use the pendulum utilizing the same
procedures that you have already completed.

After this had been done and his Subconscious


communication code established, it was time to trace out the
roots of this problem by questioning his Subconscious.

The questioning proceeded as follows:

Subconscious, will you talk about the origin of the finger nail
biting? YES.

Did the nail biting start at or before the age of five? NO.

Did it start before ten? YES.

Did it start before seven? YES.

3.Did it start at Six? YES.

(This answer tells us when the actual nail biting started which
the client could not consciously remember. Also note that this
is the proper procedure to use to get ages, dates, or any other
types of numbers from the Subconscious.)

At the age of six, was a relative involved in the start of the nail
biting? NO.

Was a friend involved? NO.

Was a stranger involved? YES.

(At this point, the client could not consciously remember who
the Subconscious was referring to.

Did the incident that started the nail biting occur at home?
NO.

Did it occur at school ? YES.


Was the person involved in the start of the nail biting a
student? NO.

Was it the teacher? YES.

(The client informed me that his first grade teacher was


"mean".)

Are there any other causes of the nail biting? YES.

Does the other source of the nail biting start at an earlier age?
YES.

Does it start before the age of three? YES.

Does it start before one? YES.

Does it start before six months? YES.

Does it start before three months? YES.

Does it start before one month? No.

Does it start at two months? YES.

(Even though this was logically deducible, it is good practice


to check everything with the Subconscious. This answer told
us when the real problem started that resulted in the symptom
of finger nail biting.)

Subconscious, I want this information related to the age of two


months.

Does the problem involve a relative? YES.

Does it involve the Father? NO.


Does it involve the Mother? YES.

Was the problem related to something that the Mother did?


YES.

Was it something physical? NO.

Was it something psychological ? YES.

At this point as a psychotherapist, I had all the information


that I needed to begin treating the client.

I knew the symptoms began at the age of six years when the
client was in the first grade and that it involved his teacher.

I also knew that the real roots of the problem extended to two
months of age and involved something that the Mother was
doing that had a negative psychological impact on the child.

All of this valid information which delineated the problem


and its sources was derived in about 15 minutes.

Standard psychotherapy would have taken at least four or five


expensive sessions to determine the actual problem and the
therapist would still not have known the sources because the
individual did not consciously remember them.

Utilizing information from the Subconscious and other


techniques, the following tale emerged:

The client's Mother had to work because family finances were


not sufficient. Consequently, the child was taken to the
grandmother's every working day starting at about the age of
two months.

Unfortunately, the grandmother resented keeping the child


and deliberately let him know it. This situation led the child's
Mind to assume that he was worthless and didn't deserve love
because if his Mother had loved him, she would not have left
the child every day with someone who was mean to him.

This feeling of unworthiness led to a basic insecurity which


was accentuated in the first grade by a cruel teacher.

A manifestation of this insecurity and feeling of worthlessness


was nail biting. With the client's Conscious aware of this
information, the nail biting was stopped in about ninety
minutes of treatment.

As you can see, even though the pendulum is very simplistic,


a wealth of information can be recovered from the
Subconscious with proper questioning.

HINDRANCES TO SUBCONSCIOUS COMMUNICATION

THE PRECONSCIOUS OR ANTI-SELF

One problem that people eventually run into in


communicating with their Subconscious is false information.

Most people will get an I DON'T WANT TO ANSWER


response rather than false information but eventually the
latter will come out.

One of the first things to do if you feel you've gotten a wrong


answer is to reword your question.

It is possible that your questions had more than one meaning


and that your Subconscious correctly responded to an
alternate interpretation.

However, even after rewording your questions, and with all


other precautions taken, you may still get false information.

At this point it is necessary to talk about another portion of


the mind that is below the Conscious level but not a part of
the Subconscious.

This is the Preconscious. As a professional psychotherapist, I


have found that whenever incorrect information, distorted
information, or no information is received, the Preconscious is
usually responsible.

The overall purpose of the Preconscious is an important one.


The major function of this portion of the mind seems to be one
of translation of the languages of the Subconscious and
Conscious.

The Subconscious appears to function in different terms from


the Conscious.

In general, it appears to operate in symbols that are highly


meaningful to it but not so meaningful to consciousness.

If you want a good example of this, just recall the last vivid
dream that you had.

This dream was your Subconscious trying to give you some


important information and yet, if you are like most people, the
dream had many elements that seemed strange and didn't
make any sense.

It is almost like a foreign language. The dream was not


interpreted because the Preconscious translator was not
functioning. Hence, the meaning of the dream was not clear to
the Conscious.
Even with a properly functioning Preconscious, much of the
Subconscious intent is lost in translation.

However, with a malicious Preconscious, not only is


information lost, but inaccurate and distorted information
substituted.

When this problem occurs, it is time to deal with the


Preconscious. In order to do this effectively, one needs to
know more about its characteristics.

One reason for the Preconscious' ability to block information


is its location.

As Figure 4 shows, the Preconscious occupies a very strategic


location and can control what comes out of the Subconscious.

Part of the problem with the Preconscious seems to be its level


of development. it simply does not seem to keep up with the
other parts of the Mind. The language of Transactional
Analysis seems to suggest this notion.

In this terminology, the Mind is divided into the parent, adult,
and child.

This corresponds to the Subconscious, Conscious, and


Preconscious respectively and in this framework, the
Subconscious' child, the Preconscious, knows a foreign
language --- the language of the Conscious. Through the child,
the parent can communicate with an adult friend, the
Conscious, who speaks a different language.

Utilizing this analogy, here is what might be going on


between the different parts of the Mind in an individual
whose Preconscious is doing damage to the Conscious.

Remember, this is only one possible situation out of an infinite


number of probabilities.

The malicious Preconscious may be like the child who is


threatened by the vast knowledge, resources, and
accomplishments of the parent.

This usually leads to jealousy and although the child wants to


harm the parent, he is hesitant to do so because he fears the
great power and ability it possesses.

Thus, this jealousy can manifest in many different forms.

This author has found one pattern that seems to show up a


great deal. This pattern is where the jealous Preconscious plots
against the Conscious in order to indirectly get back at the
Subconscious.

Essentially, it is trying to create disharmony between the


various portions of the Mind which results in mental conflict.
This of course makes the Subconscious uncomfortable because
it strives to create balance.

One of the Preconscious' favorite tricks to create this


disharmony is to gather negative information on the
Conscious and present it to the Subconscious.

It is almost like the Preconscious keeps a negative file on the


Conscious and uses this information in an attempt to program
the Subconscious to do various negative things against the
Conscious from headaches to heart problems.

Remember it can do this because the Preconscious is the


intermediary that translates between the Conscious and
Subconscious.

All it has to do is slyly misinterpret some choice events over a


period of time to give the Subconscious a negative opinion of
the Conscious.

I have dealt with a number of clients whose Subconscious'


were disappointed, although incorrectly so, with their
Conscious.

Consequently, they sometimes feel the need to punish but


since all parts of the Mind are joined, they all suffer. This is an
unhealthy situation that sometimes requires professional help.

If you have trouble getting the pendulum to work for you, it


may mean that your Preconscious is trying to harm you. It is
important that you find out for what reasons.

are really nothing more than Placebo Triggers which work by
way of the “important seeming ritualistic processes” used.
The FUCK – THAT system which stands for “Fully
Unconscious Conditioning Knowledge Therapy Honoring
Absolute Transformation” is a name that I devised to grab
potential Mind Therapy Clients attention and I have no doubt
that it also helped to grab your attention in the way I also used
it within the title of this book which you now hold.

of different techniques & approaches that can be used to treat
and overcome issues of all kinds using mind power alone.

VISUAL CONFUSTION DISORIENTATION TECHNIQUE

Back in November 2008 I became one of only a handful of


Mind Therapists in the world who (at an event I organized
and promoted) were Certified Personally by British Television
& Media Celebrity Life Coaches “The Speakmans” in a
treatment approach they had developed and named “Visual
Coding Displacement Therapy or VCDT for short.

I played around with VCDT, tweaked a few bits and in time


renamed it “Visual Confusion Disorientation Technique” as
that is really what is going on as you use visual focus and
distraction to confuse & disorientate which in turn helps
bypass the Critical Faculty or Analytical area of the mind and
thus means that your suggestions that the issue will no longer
bother the client (or yourself) go straight through to their
unconscious mind (imagination) and become their new
positive reality.

VCDT - MEMORY JOGGER BULLET POINTS

Whenever you wish the client to indicate where on the


imaginary clock face is the negative/painful/undesirable
thing you must move the item you are holding in a clockwise
direction (from your viewpoint) so that to the client sat in
front of you watching it looks as though the item is moving in
an anti-clockwise and thus abnormal, incorrect manner.

Whereas when you wish the client to indicate where on the


imaginary clock face is the Positive/Pleasurable/Desirable
thing you must move the item you are holding in an anti-
clockwise direction (from your viewpoint) so that to the client
sat in front of you watching it looks as though the item is
moving in a clockwise and thus completely normal and
correct manner.

Obviously if using this important seeming ritualistic process


on yourself then the actions above are reversed so that things
look correct to you as you do them to yourself and look at
them.

Right at the start, the way I do things, I get the client to close
their eyes and take a few moments to “get a sense and a
feeling of XYZ and how bad you have felt in the past when it
was at its worst and used to really bother you badly” When
they indicate that they have got an idea of how that felt, I get
them to open their eyes and then the SUDS (Subjective Units
of Distress Scale) trick that I taught on the video is used, with
the nonverbal indicators suggesting that they say a very high
number.

I now go through the process of getting them to indicate


where the most negative/unwanted/undesired/painful point
on the invisible clock face in the air is and also to indicate
where they feel at that moment in time is the most
Positive/wanted/desired/pleasurable point on the same
invisible clock face.

They are told to keep their head completely still and to only
follow the movement of the watch or item in your hand by
moving their eyes to follow its movement.

They are instructed to do exactly as you say the very moment


that you say it, e.g. to Blink when you say blink and to
squeeze their eyes tight closed when you instruct them to do
so.

The movement of the watch from the Negative to Positive or


from the Undesired to the Desired (use your common-sense)
is done rapidly and suddenly without warning so as to be
unexpected at that moment.

As the watch moves from the Negative to Positive or from the


Undesired to the Desired in a rapid manner as shown in the
video, you make a very audible whoosh sound to add to the
confusion and disorientation of it all.

This is done 3 times (at least that is how I do it) due to the
Psychological Law and Power of 3 as mentioned in the video.

The first two times when watch has moved from one place to
the other, you immediately and with a voice tone that
indicates a sense of urgency command them to BLINK –
BLINK – BLINK – BLINK and then after a few seconds of
doing this you command them to “close your eyes and
squeeze them tightly together”

They do this for a couple of seconds and then you instruct


them to “Just Open your eyes and Let it Go”
Then on the third occasion all is the same, except that, the way
I do things, once they are squeezing their eyes tightly closed, I
get them to take a nice big deep breath in through their nose
and to hold it.

Then after a couple of seconds I instruct them to “Just Open


your eyes, Breath Out and Let it Go”

The SUDS trick is used again, but this time the non verbal
visual commands are such to suggest to them to say a much
lower number down the scale than they did previously.

If the number is not yet low enough for them to feel happy
about it, the whole process is repeated again and perhaps
even again until the point of a low enough number they are
happy with or Zero is reached.

On some occasions the focus of what needs changing can


change as is illustrated in the Fast Phobia Cure Video that you
will have watched in another chapter of this book.

And ultimately a certain amount of common sense is required


as for example the first point that is negative could be where
they have the biggest craving for Chocolate and then the
second point could be where they imagine eating a food they
really dislike.

In this example the “Whoosh” would move the Craving of


Chocolate to the idea that it tasted like the food they hate and
so in future chocolate would conjure up the feelings that the
food they don't want to eat does and consequently help ensure
that they no longer have cravings for chocolate.

As you can see and imagine with some common-sense and


thought, this technique is extremely versatile, not least of
which is because of the reasons I mention in the HYPNOTISM
EXPOSED videos that are part of “The Elite Hypnosis
Bootcamp”, namely that an important seeming Ritual or
Process is by far one of the most important elements of the
whole therapeutic situation and success.

The simple truth is it does not really matter in what direction


or indeed how many times I get someone to follow the light
(or the tip of my finger) with their eyes.

However, I have since making that last video found that


moving their eyes 3 times in each direction and then repeating
the whole lot 3 times in total is even more effective.

I now get them to move their eyes up then down 3 times


followed by from left to right 3 times followed by diagonally
from bottom left to top right 3 times and finally 3 times
diagonally from bottom right to top left.

This process just described is then repeated two more time


making a total of “3 rounds” of the process.

Everything else has remained the same as you see me do it in


the video.

Just giving your problem/s a “name” or a single “word” to


represent it and then writing such down on a piece of paper
can itself start the therapeutic process as you externalize onto
paper that which has up until then been bothering you and
metaphorically start to “let it go”.

The paper I used in the video is called Magician’s Flash Paper


and can easily be purchased from online Magic Shops by
doing a simple google search.

I use such as that moment when the paper flashes rapidly and
unexpectedly acts as a massive pattern interrupt and a huge
moment of disorientation & confusion which helps to bypass
the critical faculty or analytical area of the brain allowing the
phrase GONE COMPLETELY to act as a Powerful Hypnotic
Suggestion/Command that the issue has now gone.

Essentially using the SUDS trick that is taught within the


MELT Chapter of this book, you can sandwich within the 1 to
10 rating system process literally any important seeming
ritualistic process you can possibly think of and devise just so
long as it is delivered with total confidence, conviction and
certainty that it will work that is transmitted to the client and
thus triggers & heightens their expectations & belief that this
process will indeed work for them.

You might think that this all sounds a bit too simplistic but I
swear everything I have told you both in print and also by
way of the various video links in this book is 100% Reality.

These techniques work and work extremely well when they


are delivered with confidence, conviction & certainty as this

lady called Karen Doyle who was present at “The Royle

I think now is a great time to address the truth on so called
therapeutic “12 Step Programs” such as Alcoholics
Anonymous (AA) & Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and the
reality that in the long-term these programs DO NOT WORK
as they make the person using them dependent and never
allow them to be truly free of their problem/issue/addiction.

Now although in the vast majority of cases a truly rapid result
can and often is achieved, it would be remiss of me not to
mention that this is not always the case.

Sometimes, albeit it in my experience in the vast minority a


longer term approach is required using what is often called
“Analytical Hypnotherapy” or “Regression to Cause”
therapy.

Now I don’t mean those approaches where they keep on


getting a client to relive their past traumatic experiences, in
fact I call those “Mind Rape” and am very much against
them.

However, it is possible to over a small number of sessions (4


to 8 sessions maximum with the average being 6 when doing
things the Shitnosis way) to discover what the client
“perceives” to be the root cause of even the most traumatic
issues, have them come to a positive realization and remedy
and then move on more positively in all areas of their life’s.

Now for another technique this being something that a


Spanish Surgeon Dr Angel Escudero devised and named
“Noesitherapy” meaning “Treatment through Thought”

There is a detailed step by step training course on this method


of “Noesitherapy” inside “The Elite Hypnosis Bootcamp”
but here I wish to just share one of the most important
elements of it which can help bypass the critical faculty or
analytical area of the mind whilst you are in a fully eyes open
waking state.

There appears to be two major components to `Noesitherapy`.


The first one, silly as it may sound, is to fill the mouth with

Liquid Saliva.

The second component is to make some positive verbal


statement to yourself.

If you have ever been frightened, you will be able to


remember the bodily sensations that you experienced at the
time.

Your mouth became very dry, your facial features paled as the
blood left the surface skin, and your body pumped massive
amounts of Adrenalin into your system, and your muscles
tightened up, preparing you for `fight or flight`.

With `Noesitherapy`, the exact opposite sensations are


experienced.

As your mouth fills with Liquid Saliva, your face becomes


comfortably warm as the blood flows freely throughout the
body, your body relaxes, and your mind prepares itself to
receive a program of some kind.

Since the mind is in a very receptive mood, IT WILL


IMMEDIATELY ACT UPON THE THOUGHTS WHICH
ARE GIVEN TO IT!

In this way, one is able to determine EXACTLY what one


wants to happen within the body’s biological system.

Basically if you think of (imagine) sucking on a bitter sour


Lemon and its juice flooding into your mouth then you will
find that you can easily get Saliva to appear in your mouth.

When it does as silly as it may sound this is the time whilst the
Saliva is on your tongue to say to yourself the Suggestion that
You wish to become your new reality in a similar manner to
the examples that are given in this book in the chapter on
“Self-Shitnosis”

The anchored conditioned response of Saliva in the mouth


meaning “Relaxed State” and also the way it focuses your
conscious mind to the exclusion of everything else means that
this creates an eyes open hypnotic state and any suggestions
you give yourself are able to go directly into your unconscious
aka subconscious mind (imagination) take root and grow in
order to help your positive new life become reality.

One final thought for this chapter and indeed for this book is
to stop immediately listening to the negative internal voice
that “self-talk” of doubt that you often hear.

Pay attention instead only to anything positive you internally


(and externally out loud) say to yourself and things in all
areas of your life will start to massively improve.

Should the negative voice of doubt ever pop up inside your


mind again simply TAKE CONTROL and imagine the voice
changing into one that sounds truly ridiculous and silly and
instead of you (as you once did in the past) taking it
seriously, you can then instead only find it amusing,
ridiculous and funny.

Indeed you could imagine also turning the volume down so


much that you can no longer hear its negativity.

REMEMBER

MOST ALL PROBLEMS HAVE IMAGINARY CAUSES

SO ALL WE NEED ARE IMAGINARY SOLUTIONS
