NEET UG (MEDICAL / DENTAL) COUNSELLING 2022 (MBBS, BDS)
(Mop-up round off-line and Stray vacancy round, off-line)
(STATE OF RAJASTHAN)

In continuation to the earlier notifications, the mop-up round and stray vacancy round allotment procedure for MBBS
and BDS courses will be carried out as per schedule given below:

Mop-up round and Stray vacancy round: 03.12.2022

On-line Application form filling for candidates who have not registered earlier
Start date for filling of on-line application form and deposition of required application fee
Those who are already registered/have applied need not register/apply again.
It is a mandatory step for subsequent process of registration and allotment.
Both the parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form must be filled and completed.
Candidates who could not complete both the parts (Part 1 and Part 2) of the application form earlier,
may also complete the same.
Note: A candidate allotted a seat in second round of counseling and has not joined the allotted seat and
wish to participate in mop-up round / stray vacancy round, must fill fresh application, deposit required application fee
and deposit the registration fee again, as applicable.

Last date for deposition of the application fee, on-line, by candidates who have not deposited it earlier Upto 10.12.2022, 5.00 pm

Last date for submitting the on-line application form at the website 10.12.2022, 11.45 pm

Registration fee: Deposition of registration fee amount as per forfeiture clause Upto the point of allotment
(applicable only for MBBS seats, not applicable for BDS seats)
For Govt., Govt. Society colleges, RUHS CMS - INR 10000 (5000 for SC/ST/OBC/MBC candidates) For private
medical colleges – INR 1.0 lakh
All candidates willing to participate must deposit, if not deposited earlier, on-line INR 10,000/- (INR 5,000 for
SC/ST/OBC/MBC) for allotment in Govt. Medical Colleges and Govt. Societies colleges (Jhalawar) / RUHS CMS and
INR 1,00,000/- (for allotment in Private Medical colleges) upto the point of allotment, failing which they will not be
considered for admission on a seat in a college in mop up round and stray vacancy round.
Those candidates who deposited only INR 10,000/- or 5,000/- as the case may be, and who now wish to opt for
private colleges also (along with Govt. colleges) are required to deposit the difference amount of INR 90000 or INR
95000 (as the case may be) on-line upto the point of allotment, failing which they will not be considered for
admission on a seat in a private college.
No amount will be accepted at the spot.

Publishing of Provisional merit list for Mop up round 11.12.2022

Mop-up round: Seat allotment on merit along with submission of all original documents before the Board at the 13.12.2022 to 14.12.2022

All candidates must present themselves physically for allotment on designated slot.

Mop-up round: Joining, document checking and verification (including prescribed eligibility criteria) at the Upto 16.12.2022, 10.00 am
allotted college along with printout of allotment letter, deposition of one year tuition fee and other fee & charges to 5.00 pm)
as prescribed, required bonds etc. and other documents as listed in instruction booklet

Stray vacancy round in Govt. Medical Colleges / RajMES MCs / JMC Jhalawar, RUHS CMS, Jaipur, RUHS 19.12.2022, 9.00 am
CDS: At the spot on the same day, on merit along with submission of all original documents before the Board at the
venue RUHS College of Dental Sciences (GDC), Subhash Nagar, Behind T.B. Hospital, Jaipur

Stray vacancy round in Private Medical/Dental Colleges: 20.12.2022, 10.00 am

The list of registered candidates eligible for residual seats will be provided to the concerned colleges
Seats remaining vacant in private medical/dental colleges to be filled at the level of concerned medical/dental
college by generating on-line allotment letter from the portal of counseling board
For admission on residual seats of private medical/dental colleges, candidates are required to contact the concerned
medical/dental college directly

Stray vacancy round: Joining, document checking and verification (including prescribed eligibility criteria) at the Upto 21.12.2022, 2.00 pm
allotted college along with printout of allotment letter, deposition of original documents, one year tuition fee and
other fee & charges as prescribed, required bonds etc. and other documents as listed in instruction booklet

1. Refer information booklet, college information sheet and college fee structure etc. and other information at the website.
Regarding fee, also refer order dated 19.05.2022 of Hon’ble Supreme Court in civil appeal no. 3978-3995/2017.

2. All candidates are required to deposit non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1200/- for SC, ST, ST-STA category
candidate of Rajasthan state domicile as well as candidate of Rajasthan state domicile whose family annual income is less than
INR 2.5 lacs) + applicable transaction charges.
3. The candidates having other eligibility criteria as XI shall be considered for allotment after exhausting the candidates having
eligibility criteria between I to X.

4. Submission of original documents: All candidates who wish to participate in mop-up round/stray vacancy off-line counseling
must bring all the original documents and undertaking (as given in the instruction booklet available at the website) and
accepted resignation from the institution he/she is pursuing studies at present (if any) or from the college allotted through any
other counseling including All India UG counseling (if any). Failure to do so will result in disqualification for admission.

In mop-up round/stray vacancy round off-line counseling, a candidate who gets fresh allotment shall deposit his/her original
document alongwith undertaking and the requisite bond for Govt. Colleges/RajMES Colleges/RUHS CMS/RUHS CDS.

5. A candidate allotted a seat in second round of counseling and does not join the allotted seat, shall be eligible to participate in
mop up round with fresh registration and by depositing the registration fee again.

6. A candidate who has already joined a seat allotted through Rajasthan state counselling /any other state counselling including all
India counselling shall not be eligible to participate in mop up round or stray vacancy round.

7. The selected candidates will have to join at the allotted college as notified in the allotment letter.

8. The candidates are advised to visit these websites regularly for registration and other relevant information.
