Assignment 4.4

The document summarizes a lesson plan and observation for a 15-year-old male student taking marimba lessons. The lesson plan focused on strengthening the student's four mallet technique through scales, arpeggios, and simplified arrangements of "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "The Avengers Main Theme." During the lesson, the teacher and student worked to improve performance skills through sight reading exercises and a mock audition. The observation noted the student's improved playing from homework practice and found value in discussing performance, though the teacher could speak less and focus more on the student's playing.
