Our integrations team is crucial to ensuring the Choco platform works seamlessly for
our partnered vendors. You will support our Vendor Implementations Manager with
back-office admin as well as help create and document new processes to drive
automation as we scale.

What you’ll do

● Support ongoing vendor integrations from an administrative perspective: data


cleansing, data entry & Salesforce tracking
● Create Excel macros to automate manual data entry & data cleansing tasks
● Every client integration process is different! You will analyse, create and
document new workflows to share best practices with our global teams
● You will build slides to effectively communicate learnings and suggested process
changes to internal stakeholders
● Opportunity to make a lasting impact as the German-speaking region is
pioneering this task. Any processes and best practices you create are likely to be
implemented on a global scale!

What we’re looking for

● Advanced Excel Skills. Excel proficiency beyond plus/minus formulas


(VLOOKUP, Data Sheets)
● Attention to detail. Meticulous and a strong ability to remain focused.
● Structure. Very organised and able to handle multiple priorities.
● German speaker & good knowledge of English. Both written and spoken.
