Instruction: Write an essay with 3-5 sentences that reflects your insight on the questions stated
below.

1. Is development the only answer for countries to prosper?

Development refers to the process of bringing about change and progress. Of


course, it may/ may not be the only way for countries to prosper, but I can always
argue that a country requires progress to prosper at any moment. What good are
such words if they remain in that state? There will be no progress, and one's country
will never grow, change, or thrive.

2. What are your insights on the role of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI)
towards human flourishing and environmental sustainability?

Our beloved country has benefited much from this Science, Technology, and
Innovation (STI). Their cutting-edge technology enables the Philippines to progress. STI
had an important role in enhancing our lives, particularly through our schooling. We
were able to obtain high-quality education with the help of the STI. Not only that, but
STI has done far too many things to list.
