Installation procedures of Head lamp
Fill up seal material (Shin-Etsu Silicons
1.Set the adjust screw (with holder) to 24mm such as the left figure. KE348T) into the cap and install the cap.
2.Pull out the wiring of head lamp to the fore and install it to the terminal (seal material of shaded area)
of head lamp. And install the head lamp.
3.Adjust the optical axis by adjusting 24 millimeters height of the adjust
screw (with holder) within ±3mm.
(4 locations)
4.Use No.73 and the special holder to 2 locations indicated by mark.
5.After adjustment of the optical axis, install No.36.
6.Adjust the wiring at the wiring clamp, to absorb wiring loosening of Detail of G
the head lamp.
