WHO WE ARE ?
SANAD Elevators is a company specialized in the sale, supply, installation and maintenance of high quality
electric and hydraulic elevators and escalators in accordance with European standards.

The company was incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has taken care to fully comply with the
public safety standards and conditions and seek and as a result. It has been officially approved by the General
Department of Civil Defense as a company that add here to the security and safety standards set by the
department.

The SANAD Elevator Company presented everything that is new and innovative in the world of elevators. It
has become one of the most important companies operating in the Middle East, as it opened branches in most
of the Gulf countries Saudi Arabia. Riyadh , Al Kharig and Al Ehsaa.

As part of the company›s expansion and modernization of its products. The company has signed commercial
representation agreements with major global elevator companies. Working with partners around the world for
years. The company has provided high quality products to the community.

The work of SANAD elevators depends on the strategy of diversifying its elevators according to international
quality standards and providing them with modern aesthetic standards that meet the tastes of its customers.

‫شــركة ســند للمصاعــد هــي شــركة متخصصــة فــي بيــع وتوريــد وتركيــب وصيانــة المصاعــد والســالم المتحركــة‬
‫الكهربائيــة والهيدروليكيــة عاليــة الجــودة وفقً ــا للمعاييــر األوروبيــة‪.‬‬

‫تأسســت الشــركة فــي المملكــة العربيــة الســعودية وقــد حرصــت علــى االمتثــال الكامــل لمعاييــر وشــروط الســامة‬
‫العامــة ونتيجــة لذلــك قــد تــم اعتمادهــا رســميًا مــن قبــل اإلدارة العامــة بالدفــاع المدنــي كشــركة تلتــزم بمعاييــر‬
‫األمــن والســامة التــي وضعتهــا الدائــرة‪.‬‬

The maintenance department is considered one of the general and vital departments in the company. An
Integrated management team works via an advanced electronic system to receive customer calls on a -24
hour hotline, direct technical teams and organize work to complete maintenance tasks as soon as possible to

‫أولــت شــركة ســند للمصاعــد أهميــة قصــوى مــن خــال التدريــب والتطويــر المســتمر لفــرق مــن مهندســي وفنيــي الصيانــة‬
‫القادريــن علــى إصــاح جميــع األعطــال وأداء أعمــال الصيانــة الطارئــة والدوريــة‪.‬‬

‫يعتبــر قســم الصيانــة مــن األقســام العامــة والحيويــة فــي الشــركة‪ .‬يعمــل فريــق إدارة متكامــل عبــر نظــام إلكترونــي‬
‫متطــور الســتقبال مكالمــات العمــاء علــى الخــط الســاخن علــى مــدار ‪ ٢٤‬ســاعة وتوجيــه الفــرق الفنيــة وتنظيــم العمــل‬
‫إلتمــام مهــام الصيانــة فــي أســرع وقــت ممكــن لضمــان ســامة العمــاء وكســب رضاهــم‪.‬‬

‫لضمــان اســتجابة أســرع لمكالمــات الطــوارئ‪ ،‬أنشــأت الشــركة مراكــز صيانــة فــي معظــم المناطــق‪ .‬وقــد زود فــرق الصيانــة‬

 Maintenance service:
Periodic maintenance teams are technical teams specialized in scheduled periodic maintenance. They
carefully inspect all parts of the elevator to determine the technical validity and quality of work of each piece
of the elevator, in addition to preventive maintenance work such as lubrication, changing machine oils, gears,
railways, and others.

Troubleshooting learns that the task of these teams is to repair all faults efficiently and to ensure that the lift
returns to normal operation as quickly as possible.

Emergency maintenance team. Teams that respond very quickly to all emergency errors that require an
immediate, high-speed response, the elevator, and the safety and security of their users. These teams operate
24 hours a day throughout the year, including holidays and public holidays. All maintenance teams include
engineers and technicians from different nationalities to ensure good communication with customers.

‫فــرق الصيانــة الدوريــة هــي فــرق فنيــة متخصصــة فــي أعمــال الصيانــة الدوريــة المجدولــة‪ ،‬وتقــوم بالفحــص الفنــي لجميــع‬
‫أجــزاء المصعــد بعنايــة لتحديــد صالحيــة وجــودة عمــل كل قطعــة مــن المصعــد فنيــً‪ ،‬باإلضافــة إلــى أعمــال الصيانــة‬
‫الوقائيــة مثــل التشــحيم وتغييــر زيــوت الماكينــة والتــروس والســكك الحديديــة وغيرهــا‪.‬‬

‫تعلــم صيانــة األعطــال أن مهمــة هــذه الفــرق هــي إصــاح جميــع األعطــال بكفــاءة عاليــة والتأكــد مــن عــودة المصعــد‬
‫للعمــل بشــكل طبيعــي فــي أســرع وقــت ممكــن‪.‬‬

‫فريــق صيانــة الطــوارئ‪ .‬الفــرق التــي تســتجيب بســرعة كبيــرة لجميــع أخطــاء الطــوارئ التــي تتطلــب اســتجابة فوريــة‬

 The Machine:
• Italian-made.
• Gearless machine (without gearbox) with encoder.
• There is no need for a machine room where it is
installed inside the elevator well on the side in the
ceiling of the last floor and therefore does not need air
