Is Bodymind really that intelligent?
Something happened and suddenly you feel a headache, muscle pain, high
blood pressure, swelling, inflammation, low energy, physical or mental
exhaustion or other symptoms in your body.
* Why?
* What has happened?
* Why now?
* What has triggered these symptoms to appear?
* Is it all random or is there an intelligent plan at work?
* Are risk factors, viruses, bacteria at work?
* What role do emotions play?
* How much is stress at cause?
If you believe it is possible to become aware of our bodymind symptoms and
heal yourself, then META-Health will offer you answers and usable
strategies.
Let me give you an example:
Man, 40 years young has shoulder pain on the right side and feels totally
exhausted. The pain started 3 weeks ago.
By using a few simple META-Health questions we know that this man is
going through:
* A regeneration phase (shoulder pain and feeling exhausted) of the organ:
bones (shoulder) connected to a
* Strong emotion and feeling of unworthiness (bones are related to self-
worth)
* Connected to his partner (he is right handed and symptoms are on his
right-dominant side)
* Which started to move from the stress into the regeneration phase 3
weeks ago (he felt totally stressed 3 weeks ago).
* Because it has never happened before (acute), we can safely assume that
* About 6-10 weeks ago he must have experienced a traumatic, stressful
event (unexpected, dramatic, isolating, no strategy)
* Connected with his partner that triggered feelings of unworthiness. And
we also know that somehow the
* Situation has reversed (possibly through a real-life resolution like
making up with the partner) and that
* Bodymind is repairing and regenerating now (because shoulder pain is
an organ symptom as part of the regeneration phase).
* He is probably somewhere in the middle of the regeneration phase right
now and
* If no relapse occurs the shoulder pain (bones) will be fully healed in a
few weeks.
Pretty amazing how interconnected and intelligent our bodymind reacts.
And we know all this just by asking a few questions!

What is META-Health?
First, let’s define META-Health, because in the near future you will hear
people say:
“Are you META-Healthy?’
“I am META-Healthy.”
“I feel my META-Health is improving.”
“The other day I experienced a META-Healing.”
“I practice META-Health Fitness with great success.”
META-Health is based on 3 powerful universal principles:
1. Your body's intelligence
2. The 5 major Points and Phases of Healing
3. The Organ-Stress-Emotion-Belief Connection
The following definitions will help in your conversations with others when
you try to explain what META-Health is.
* META-Health is Body-Mind-Social Health and awareness of your
body’s intelligence, the Organ-Stress-Emotion-Belief Connection and
major Points and Phases of Healing.
* To be META-Healthy means you are aware of your organs, your stress
triggers, emotions and beliefs affecting your symptoms and you take
conscious actions for self-healing and personal growth.
*META-Healing or To META-Heal yourself is the multi-dimensional
transformation process you will go through to achieve Body-Mind-Social
Health or META-Health.
Be META-Healthy.
The META-Health Challenge
Do you remember years ago when you had to take a test in school? You
might have unpleasant feelings and memories about it. But you also know
that a test is just evaluating what your level of knowledge or understanding
about a specific subject is. You get invaluable feedback which can guide
your future actions.
Well, the META-Health Challenge will give you feedback too. It will let you
know if your health beliefs are up-to-date and if they are supporting health.
If they are not, then your outdated 19th century health beliefs may be very
harmful to your health and it is time to work on updating the beliefs which
are essential for body mind and social health.
Your Symptoms
First try to become aware of your current symptoms.
Write a list of symptoms you experience right now. Start with physical or
psychological symptoms that really bother you. Please do not use your
medical diagnosis but the physical sensation and location of the symptoms.
For Example:
Back pain lower back L3 vertebrae | Bone – Spine.
Eczema, inflammation and itching | Skin – right arm outside

The META-Health Challenge - Results
Thank you for taking the META-Health Challenge. How did you do? Do you
feel good about your responses and the choices you made? Could you
answer the 10 META-Health questions easily or have you actually never
really thought about them?
Use below guidelines to evaluate your results:
9 – 12 YES RESULTS
You are META-Healthy. You are confident in your body’s intelligence and
trust your bodymind. Symptoms don’t scare you but you rather welcome
them as a way to learn about yourself and life.
5–8
It is time to update your health beliefs. Deepen your knowledge and
understanding of your body’s intelligence. Explore your own health issues
further and discover your path to META-Health.
0–4
Take a serious look at your health beliefs and how important health is to you.
Are you willing to let go of your outdated health beliefs? Are you ready to
take action and explore how you can META-heal yourself?
Your Health Beliefs
Have you ever tried to run the latest Word, Photoshop or other software
program on an old computer with an old operating system (remember
DOS…)? You might ask why in the world you would want to do that. It just
does not make much sense.
Well, but that is exactly what we do in our own life. We are running an
outdated 19th century Health Operating System (OS) that often has been
programmed decades ago, copied from our parents or accumulated in other
ways.
Have you ever checked if your beliefs and assumptions about disease, health
and healing are up-to-date and still valid?
Your Health OS, which is comprised of your health values, beliefs and
mental understanding about disease and health, determines how you deal
with symptoms.
* Do you freak out with every symptom and start to be insecure and
anxious?
* Are you fearful about your illness symptoms?
* Do you believe that symptoms are random, have no deeper meaning or
might even be a punishment?
* Do you trust in your body’s intelligence?
* Do you have a clear mental understanding of what your symptoms
represent and what their meaning is for you?
* Can you trust your body’s healing abilities while going through an
illness?
For example, if you believe a virus or bacteria is causing disease (like the
Helicobacter pylori commonly called H. pylori bacteria often found with
stomach ulcer or the influenza virus with the flu) then it seems right to kill
and get rid of them. If a tumor is seen as a malignant, uncontrollable cell
growth ready to destroy you, then cutting, burning or radiating it away seems
like a good choice.
Your Health Beliefs determine what you feel and think when symptoms
appear, how you will deal with these symptoms and which treatments and
methods you will choose.
Very likely you have not paid much attention to these underlying and mostly
unconscious assumptions and beliefs that form our health operating system.
Wouldn’t it make sense to review, reset and upgrade your health operating
system and install new up-to-date health programs and beliefs deeply into
your subconscious?
Welcome Health OS 2.0.
Welcome 21th century Health Beliefs.
What is causing disease?
This morning I was browsing through an online newspaper and found an
article about the “Biggest Worldwide Health Risks” with high blood pressure
being in the top spot for the first time.
Based on this study these are the worldwide top health risks in 2012:
* High blood pressure
* Smoking
* Alcohol
* Air quality (indoors)
* Malnutrition
* Obesity
* Diabetes Type II
* Malnutrition in children
* Lack of physical exercise
But what was really interesting was reading comments from readers. It blew
my mind how intensely people discussed the cause of high blood pressure
and how sure they seemed to be.
* “I smoke because otherwise my blood pressure is too low.”
* “High blood pressure is a result of excessive smoking.”
* “Daily stress is causing high blood pressure.”
* “Too much salt is to blame.”
* “Too much sugar is to blame for high blood pressure.”
* “High blood pressure is a side effect of pharmaceutical drugs.”
* “Certain foods are to blame.”
It showed me how different and sometimes totally outdated our health
beliefs are. We are fed so much information by press, by marketing experts
and other sources that we get lost in details. The actual and factual
information and the big META picture are often lost.
Tip #1: Be very aware of health information you read or hear about.
When you read an article in a magazine or newspaper about health always
ask yourself who paid for it or who wrote that article? Was it financed by the
pharmaceutical-or medical industry, health insurances or governments or a
company who wants to sell a product? When you read the article with that
type of awareness you will quickly notice what the true intent of the article
is. For example when a new type of “Syndrome” like Restless Leg
Syndrome, Genetic Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction
Syndrome, etc. are introduced you might see at the end of an article a quick
mention of a new drug being available in a few months. Be aware and read
between the lines.
Known risk factors
In medical literature we can find many factors that contribute to illnesses
like:
* Malnutrition
* Lack of exercise
* Toxins
* Effects of drugs or their side effects
* Genetics, hereditary constitution
* Stress
* And other risk factors …
You probably have discovered already that many health professionals and
scientists defend intensely their own points of view. Based on their expertise
it seems clear that:
* Unhealthy diets cause diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease
* Smoking causes lung cancer
* Being infected with the papilloma virus can lead to cancers of the
cervix, vulva, vagina, penis, oropharynx and anus and also cardiovascular
disease
* BRCA1 and BRCA 2 genes are responsible for some cases of breast
cancer
* Blocked energy or chi is to be blamed for our decline in health
* Conflict shocks are exclusively responsible for all disease
* Disease is a punishment from God
* And so on ……...
It seems to be human nature to focus on our own point of view,
understanding and expertise. But life and health are more complex and
simple, singular solutions are limiting and usually don’t work.
Therefore, be brave and use a META-Position which is a top view position.
Review yourself and your health issues from a higher, wider or more neutral
perspective.
Because in most cases all of the above “causes or risk factors” do not explain
the typical symptoms and disease processes we experience. They do not
provide us with a satisfying and holistic framework of understanding and
also do not give us answers to the most important health questions we are
asking ourselves.
1. Your Body’s Intelligence
One of the most important assumptions and new health beliefs is the inner
knowing that your bodymind is highly intelligent.
Either you live in an intelligent universe or not. Either your bodymind is
intelligent, things happen for a reason and according to a plan even if you
sometimes do not understand the full implementations or reasons yet, or not.
* A bone heals magically (though it might be painful).
* You cut yourself with a knife and you can watch the healing of the
wound based on a blueprint that seems to be highly intelligent.
You might say, this is pretty basic but if you truly adopt the belief that your
bodymind (and I am talking about all of our organism) is highly intelligent
you suddenly have a platform that you can use which does not only make
sense but also allows you to trust your inherent intelligence.
Unconscious auto-regulation
You are composed of approx. 70,000,000,000,000 (70 trillion) single cells.
Each cell needs to be healthy in order for your organism to function
properly. Isn’t a higher intelligence necessary to coordinate them?
Just like a highly sophisticated piece of music with millions of players all
working together to produce an organism that does all the wonderful things
we experience daily.
We are not conscious about this blueprint and the myriads of functions our
body performs every second. Still, it does it anyway without our conscious
effort.
* You are breathing automatically
* Your heart pumps even if you sleep
* After a stressful day your body regenerates at night
* All types of foods are digested through a complex system
* The essence of food powers your system, gives energy and life
* Your brain cells will fire when presented with a stimulus, the electrical
charge in the axon will carry the neurotransmitters to a chemical synapse
for the electrochemical signaling to happen.
All these functions are unconscious and highly intelligent and absolutely
important for our survival and for the daily functioning of our system.
Your body trusts you. Your body works for you day and night. Isn’t it time
you trust your body too? Isn’t your body actually much more sophisticated
and intelligent than you can even grasp?
With our little mind (and that is not insulting or negatively meant, but
actually based on the fact that it is impossible for our little brain to
understand and know all biological and unconscious functions and activities)
we can help our highly intelligent system by not working against auto-
regulation which is one of the biological forces of nature.
The important part is to not stop here but to integrate all major points and
phases that are part of a complete healing cycle. More specifically, a
complete healing cycle goes through 5 major points and phases.
You might notice only parts of that healing process like inflammation,
headache or exhaustion in the regeneration phase or high blood pressure in
the stress phase. This natural cycle of stress (yang) and regeneration (yin) is
going on all the time in your body and is the principal process of your
organism to create balance.
Health can be considered a yin-yang equilibrium – harmony between body,
mind, spirit and environment - a balanced rhythm between day activity and
night regeneration. During the day you burn energy, are active and creative
(sympathetic nervous system is more active) and during the night you
recuperate and recharge your batteries (parasympathetic is active).
Let’s look at the different aspects of these 5 major points and phases and
how they affect bodymind.
1. Stress Trigger
In addition to obvious risk factors of health issues like accidents, poison,
malnutrition, imbalanced diet, lack or no exercise, toxins, side effects or
chemicals, drugs, genetic or hereditary constitution and many others, you
want to especially focus on the mind-body-social triggers.
Science and health professionals start to realize that stress and emotions play
a vital if not essential role in triggering symptoms.
It seems that suddenly something happens that pushes us out of balance or
changes the natural equilibrium. Something “inside” or “outside” triggers
you and suddenly you feel and think differently. We all have experienced
these stress triggers in our own life already.
Stress Triggers we know of are:
* Traumatic (significant emotional) life experiences like:
* Loss of a loved one
* Loss of a job or item
* Husband or wife caught cheating
* Divorce or other separations
* Accidents
* Survival experience (nothing to eat or no money)
* Excluded from society
* Feeling unworthy or useless
Conditioned Reflexes (remembering a trauma):
* Hearing the same type of voice like our abusive father
* Ex-husband calling and yelling at us like before
* Our own repetitive fearful thoughts and self-talk
* Dreaming about the rape we experienced long time ago
Traumas or remembering these traumas (more on this later) can initiate a
bodymind response which is always a “whole organism” response with
symptoms at all levels of our organism (body, emotions, thoughts, brain,
nervous system, etc.).
Obviously, not every experience you have will trigger a bodymind response
or health issue. Only if you experience a situation as traumatic, conflictive,
highly emotional and stressful will your bodymind react.
Tip # 7: Become aware of your stress triggers.
Take a few minutes and go inside. Become aware of your repetitive emotions
and thoughts which usually reveal very nicely what kind of stress triggers
you experience again and again. First, write down your stressful emotions.
Then ask your higher intelligence (or unconscious mind) to let you know
which symptoms are connected to your negative emotions.
2. Stress Phase
The trauma or memory of the trauma triggers the stress (yang) phase, which
lasts until the reversal point (or switch to the regeneration phase) or the soul-
ution (which means you have learned your life lesson and your bodymind is
back to balance).
We are not talking about some type of generic stress which is often referred
to in bodymind medicine. Actually, stress can be very good for you and is an
important part of life.
In reality it is much more specific. It would be more appropriate to say that
“One of my organs is stressed”. We are talking about a different type of
stress, a heightened, on-going sympathetic status that is directly linked to a
specific organ tissue (Skin-Epidermis) and a very specific trauma (loss-of-
touch).
At the point of the trauma (or remembering the trauma) your normal day-
night rhythm is interrupted and your organism starts to adjust to the new life
situation by overriding everyday functions and by re-focusing your organism
(and the specific organ) entirely on dealing with the “problem”.
By adjusting the bio-logical function of the affected organ-mind, your inner
intelligence is trying to support the healing and return to balance.
Characteristic symptoms of this sympathetic stress-phase are:
Vegetative nervous system: The organism is in a continuous stress and
sympathetic state, an extended day rhythm. Typical symptoms may be:
* Cold hands and feet
* Low appetite
* Sleeplessness
* Elevated blood pressure
* Increased heart beat
* Fast and shallow breathing
* Expanded pupils
* Nervous, cold sweat
* Increased glucose parameters
* High blood sugar
* Increased adrenalin
* Weight-loss
* In general loss of energy reserves
Organ: The affected organ is determined by the emotional context which
means how you unconsciously associate the traumatic situation. An organ
will react either with
* Over function (cell and tissue growth, tumor, etc.)
* Under function (cell and tissue reduction, necrosis, ulcer, etc.)
* Loss of function (eye sight, muscles, etc.).
Mind: Your emotional and psychological makeup changes and adjusts to
how you perceived the trauma. You might experience anger, sadness or other
emotions and your thoughts circle constantly around the issue. Typical
symptoms are:
* Compulsive thinking
* Emotional stress
* Strong feelings
* Change of personality
* Heightened attention to circumstances connected to the trauma
Bodymind Symptoms: Typical organ symptoms that can be found during
this stress phase are:
* High blood pressure
* Stomach ulcer
* Breast gland tumor
* Diabetes
* Increased prostate, higher PSA parameters
* Loss of eye sight or hearing
* Depression
* Bipolar (manic)
* Aggression
* Highly competitive and territorial
The reversal is usually triggered by the stress trigger or stressful emotion not
being present anymore. Possible regeneration triggers are:
Real life resolution
* Our sick child has recovered.
* Our fight about money with relatives has been resolved.
* We submitted our important business project within the deadline.
* Leaving a stressful job or going on vacation.
* The hated boss has been transferred to another department.
* We just got a check in the mail and can buy food again.
Inner soul-ution of conditioned reflex stimuli (memory of trauma)
* You have resolved the triggers associated with the “shouting men” and
just don’t feel angry anymore.
* After a deep loving talk with your husband you are not feeling unworthy
anymore.
* You did let go of bad feelings from your past relationship and seeing a
picture of your former girlfriend does not trigger an unconscious
emotional reaction anymore.
* The dreams about the “lost” husband disappeared.
* You learned to trust the Universe/God and feel content even with little
money in your bank account.
At the point of reversal our organism switches from yang-stress-sympathetic
to yin-regeneration-parasympathetic functioning. The energy or emotion
that is linked to a trauma and its correspondent bodymind reaction needs to
be transformed now.
In case of a biological, real-life solution the intensity, energy and length of
the stress phase approximately equals the intensity and length of the
regeneration phase.
* With a “Loss-of-Touch (skin-epidermis) emotion“, that lasted about 7
days (stress phase), we could possibly experience about 7-10 days of
regeneration (eczema, red-inflamed skin).
* Our “Overwhelm (heart muscle) emotion” can show up for several days
as heart trembling, chest pain in the regeneration phase (if previous stress
phase also lasted a few days).
With real-life solutions the actual stress trigger and emotions usually have
disappeared. The stress is gone and you can relax now. But this does not
necessarily mean you really have learned your lesson or unconsciously will
not react again with the same bodymind reaction once the stress trigger
returns.
With inner soul-utions the blocked energy (emotion) has been transformed,
you have learned the deeper meaning of the bodymind signals and you do
not need to react unconsciously with symptoms anymore even if the stress
trigger reappears. You are “over it”.
Interestingly enough, the intensity and length of the healing may be
shortened drastically especially if appropriate transformational techniques
and modalities are used. So-called miracles and spontaneous healings are
[viii]
always META-Healing and inner soul-utions.
Like Einstein said: “Energy cannot be destroyed but only changes from one
form/state to another”. The energy either transforms within your physical
body (organ – biological solution) or you transcend the energy through
awareness, higher consciousness and personal growth (soul-ution).
4. Regeneration Phase
At the time of reversal, the activity of your nervous system changes from
sympathetic-yang to the parasympathetic-yin functioning. The stressor
disappeared and now your body wants and needs to rest, recuperate and
repair the damage done during the stress phase. Heightened metabolism and
building up of bodily reserves become priority.
Characteristic symptoms of the regeneration phase are:
Vegetative nervous system: From the moment of the reversal our organism
changes into the parasympathetic state, an extended night-rhythm. Typical
symptoms may be:
* Hot hands and feet
* Feel tired
* Drained or exhausted and want to sleep or at least relax
* Fatigue and weakness
* Good appetite (especially towards the middle or end of the regeneration
phase)
* Lower blood pressure
* Decreased heart and breathing frequency
* Higher body temperature
* Excretory functions and digestion is increased
* Overall metabolism and functions to increase energy and reserves are
amplified
Organ: Now the organism has time to repair the damage done in the prior
stress phase. The organ will regenerate through
* Return of normal function (eye sight, muscles, etc.)
* Over function (cell and tissue growth, tumor, etc.)
* Under function (cell and tissue reduction, necrosis, ulcer, etc.)
Mind: The trauma and especially the stress related to the trauma has
subsided. The stressful and compulsive thinking has disappeared. You might
feel a sense of relief, a heavy burden lifted of your shoulders.
Bodymind Symptoms: Characteristic organ symptoms during the
regeneration phase are:
* All types of inflammation, fever, redness, heat, flu, otitis etc.
* Rheumatic pains or headaches
* Leukemia
* Heart attack
* Breast ductal tumor
* Headache, dizziness
Even if we call this phase the regeneration or repair phase, it is not meant to
imply that the process always runs smoothly and without any complications.
Often just the opposite may be the case. Many of the known illness
symptoms occur during the regeneration phase.
Ideally, we give our bodymind time, attention and energy during this phase,
to rebound from previous exertions. Yet, this rarely happens. Often your
life circumstances do not allow for relaxation time or you misunderstand the
signals your body gives you and act contrary to your own needs. When
having the flu or feeling overwhelmed, for example, the natural behavior
would be to lie in bed for a few days or a week to relax and allow your body
to heal.
It should be clear that acting against the natural rhythm of your body is
bound to hinder and delay healing. It becomes harder to make a full
recovery, reflected in the large number of chronic illnesses.
Tip # 8: Write down a list of your parasympathetic regeneration
symptoms.
Become aware of how your bodymind shows regeneration. Which symptoms
do you notice when your body repairs after a stressful time? Do you sleep
for days? Is your body feeling pain? Do you gain weight? Take your journal
and write down a list of your regeneration symptoms.
5. Health
Irrespective of whether the healing cycle lasted a few hours, a few days,
months or years, the organism has finally returned to its fully functional
“normal” state and we feel healthy again.
After your organism has sensibly counteracted the stressful life situation you
have returned to a state of balance – or harmony of body, soul and spirit.
The day-yang and night-yin rhythm has normalized and you are back to your
normal self.
This is the most important part of the healing process because often you
might focus on the illness, the symptoms, “The Problem” - rather on what
you actually want which is META-HEALTH.
3. The Organ-Stress-Emotion-Belief
Connection
Organs have symptoms
You know that our body exists of organs, right? Pretty dumb question you
might think but in reality we know very little about our organs. I once asked
10 friends and they could not even name the exact location of their liver, gall
bladder, kidney, spleen, large and small intestines in their own bodies not
even to mention what the biological function of each organ is.
In a new MEA-Health paradigm we do not focus exclusively on symptoms
but on a specific organ because that organ is the “functional and energetic
unit” that has a health issue. A symptom is just a symptom.
It seems logical but we get so caught up in diagnosing and treating
symptoms that we forget to look at the larger part that is really affected
which is the “organ”.
Naturally, each organ is part of a larger organism and system as much as a
human being is part of a larger system like a family or a society.
Organ Tissue
In META-Health we are very specific if we talk about an organ. Actually,
most the time we talk about an organ tissue or parts of an organ. Why?
Depending on its embryonic cell structure and brain relay connection one
organ like the uterus might be divided into several functional units like the
* Uterus Cervix (mouth and neck)
* Uterus muscles
* Uterus Mucosa
[ix]
* Uterus tube (Fallopian tube).
Or the skin which has 2 very different tissues and bodymind reactions:
* Outer Skin – Epidermis (top skin layer) = Loss-of-Touch
* Inner Skin - Dermis – (underneath Epidermis) = Defilement
Therefore it is vital to not just look at the skin, the liver or the kidneys in
general but look at each organ tissue separately. This makes especially sense
once you know that each organ tissue (like skin-epidermis vs. skin-dermis)
reacts to very specific stressors and emotions.
Whenever you use the term “organ” you always refer to a specific organ
tissue (a META-Organ) which has:
* A specific organ reaction, stress trigger and emotion
* And is directly link to a specific brain relay or brain area.
For example if the liver and gall bladder are out-of-balance often the eyes
are also affected. By balancing and regenerating the liver the eye symptoms
might disappear as well.
Traditional Chinese Medicine pays attention to external and internal factors.
The emotional state of a patient is an important internal factor and emotions
are believed to directly correlate to specific organs.
The Suwen, or Book of Plain Questions states "The five yin-organs of the
human body produce five kinds of essential qi, which bring forth joy, anger,
grief, worry, and fear."
According to TCM emotions are not always the direct cause of an illness,
but have an undeniable connection with the progression of a health issue.
Emotions are considered to be normal and healthy, it is only when they
become extreme or uncontrollable that they can open the door to illness.
TCM believes them to be the major internal cause of disease within the
body, but also the most easily influenced - meaning, that with the right
attention and treatment, emotions and their corresponding ailments can
change.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is unique in its belief that cause and effect are
not linear, but circular. By aiming to balance the organ related to the person's
health issue and emotional state, the emotion can be balanced as well, and
vice versa.
Emotions are the access point to our inner world.
Emotions and Triggers
In a previous chapter we talked about how stress triggers like traumatic
events (loss of mother, territorial fight, etc.) or a conditioned reflex
(remembering traumas) can function as the starting point of a bodymind
reaction we have called disease.
Subjective Association
So what determines how you react subjectively to a traumatic experience?
Why does one person while fighting with his/her boss is angry and reacts
with the gall bladder while the other person feels overwhelmed and reacts
with the shoulder (bones) and a third person does not react at all?
David Life, founder of Jivamukti Yoga, says in the movie “Titans of Yoga”:
“Life is Stress. Or to be more precise life has stressors. What matters is how
we react to these stressors”.
Actually you do not store the actual experience in your memory. No.
Based on your filters you store an internal representation (like a map) of the
external event and this internal map again stores only your subjective
perception which you experienced through your senses:
* Olfactory: Smells
* Gustatory: Tastes
* Self-talk: Inner communications, thoughts, dreams
You do not store reality or an experience by itself but only a very subjective
representation of that experience based on the glasses you wear (filters like
values, beliefs, memories).
The Yin-Yang or Energy Balance tells us how you associate your body and
therefore gives us another hint at the emotions and their meaning.
* Dominant Body Side (Yang)
Extroverted or male side usually associated to partner (personal or
business, someone we feel the same level with).
* Non-dominant Body Side (Yin)
Introverted or female side relates to children, mother, grandparents
(usually someone younger or older) or our home or nest.
Examples:
If your left hand is on top, then your left body side is considered to be
dominant. You are left-wired and the left body side is associated with the
partner (or someone you associate as a partner). Therefore if you experience
left shoulder pain it will relate to an emotion and trauma connected to a
partner (like a fight with your boss or your life partner).
A right handed woman (right hand on top when clapping = right body side is
Yang) with eczema on her left hand (Yin body side) experienced a feeling of
loss-of-touch from her child. She had to go back to work and leave her 9
month old new-born at child care (which she felt very bad about and her
skin-epidermis reacted).
Remember, many left-handed individuals have been trained to use their right
hand and they consider themselves to be right-handed. Use the clapping test
to determine energetic handedness and yin-yang body balance.
Very important to remember is that even if there is a relationship to a partner,
wife, husband, business partner, child, grand parent, etc. it has really nothing
to do with them at all.
The outside situation is only there to teach you about yourself. It is your
subjective perception of the situation that is triggering something inside of
you. So take charge of your emotions and mind and become aware.
Tip # 9: Are you right or left wired?
Try the simple test and find out which body side is more male/yang and
which body side is more female/yin.
Values and Beliefs
You have seen in a previous chapter that your internal filters like values and
beliefs play a major role in how you subjectively perceive your reality and
traumatic experiences. Therefore we need to look deeper and find out how
values and beliefs can help us regulate bodymind.
Values are words which embody what is important to you. They are complex
higher level functions of thinking and are closely linked to what you believe
to be good and bad or right and wrong. Your values guide your every
decision and the satisfaction or violation of them can produce strong
bodymind reactions.
Values are stable constructs from which belief systems are generated. Values
usually can be expressed in 1 to 3 words whereas beliefs need a full
sentence.
This is probably one of the most important questions you can ask yourself.
Take a notebook and start writing down your values. Ask yourself the
question:
* What is important to me?
* What is really important to me?
* What is really, really important to me?
Write only words like happiness, career, relationships, health, etc. Spend 10-
20 minutes writing down everything that comes to mind. Stop.
Then ask yourself the question again:
* What is important to me?
* What is really important to me?
* What is really, really important to me?
After you are 100% sure that nothing has been forgotten start to rate your
values starting with 1 = most important.
………………………………………..
………………………………………..
………………………………………..
………………………………………..
………………………………………..
………………………………………..
Be honest and do not judge your values.
Where on your list is health? How high up on your list of priorities is health?
For most people health is one of the most important values, but is that true
for you?
Consider realigning your values and be prepared to accept huge changes in
your life. Adjusting your values will refocus your energy on things that are
important to you.
Beliefs
Beliefs ~ 1. An acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists. ~
2. Something one accepts as true or real; a firmly held opinion or
conviction.
We usually think of beliefs in terms of creeds or doctrines and that’s what
many beliefs are. But in the most basic sense, a belief is any guiding
principle, dictum, faith or passion that can provide meaning and direction in
life.
Beliefs are the prearranged, organized filters to your perceptions of the
world. Beliefs are the compass and maps that guide toward your goals and
give you the surety to know you’ll get there. Even at the level of physiology,
beliefs (congruent internal representations) control reality. A belief is
nothing but a state, an internal representation that governs behavior.
Beliefs are preformed, programmed approaches to perception that filter our
communication to ourselves in a consistent manner. Most people treat a
belief as if it’s a thing, when really all it can be is a feeling of certainty about
something.
Behavior is organized around beliefs. As long as you can fit behavior into
someone’s belief system, you can get him to do anything, or stop him from
doing anything. A belief tends to be much more universal and categorical
than an understanding. When you already have a belief there’s no room for a
[xi]
new one unless you weaken the old belief first.
Research is catching up quickly and clinically proven cases in which belief
played a critical part in healing are known:
* Knee arthritis patients who received fake surgery recovered just as well
as patients who received real surgery. (Both groups received the same
post-operation care, including exercise.) They believed they received real
treatment, and that was enough to throw away their canes and play
basketball with their grandchildren.
* In depth analysis of FDA data shows antidepressant pills did not
outperform the sugar pills. The reason the depression patients got better
was because they believed the pill would help.
* A case of a cancer patient who died sometime after the initial treatment,
as expected with this type of cancer. However, the autopsy revealed he
didn’t die of cancer — meaning he died because he, along with the
[xii]
doctors, believed he would die.
Don’t believe your Mind
Do you believe everything your mind says? Honestly, is every thought
during your day really important enough to be considered?
“A thought is harmless unless we believe it. It’s not our thoughts, but our
attachment to our thoughts, that causes suffering. Attaching to a thought
means believing that it’s true, without inquiring. A belief is a thought that we
[xiii]
have been attached to, often for years.”
You suffer when you believe a thought that argues with reality or “what is”.
If you want reality to be different than it is, then you will feel hopeless or
bodymind will react with symptoms related to the belief and life experience.
Repetitive and reactive thoughts and beliefs take up most of the activity or
processing power of your mind. “My wife/husband should agree with me.”,
“I should be prettier (or thinner or more successful).”, ”Why is this
happening to me?”. These thoughts are ways of wanting reality to be
different than it is.
Questioning our thoughts and beliefs is a technique used for thousands of
years in all transformational philosophies and spiritual traditions. Byron
Katie made this process popular and is using 4 questions to evaluate if a
belief is really true for you and if that belief is supporting you on your path.
* Is it true?
* Can you absolutely know that it's true?
* How do you react, what happens, when you believe that thought?
* Who would you be without the thought?
Then you turn around the thought (opposite, empowering quality) and find at
least three specific, genuine examples of how each turnaround is true for you
in this situation.
If you believe that you have to make $ 100,000 per year (net) to feel a sense
of self-worth, but have tremendous trouble fulfilling this belief in reality and
you make only $ 20,000 right now, then this belief will guide your
bodymind, emotions and actions reactions. You will be susceptible to
traumatic life situations or conditioned reflex triggers which probably will
affect your bone structure (lack of self-worth).
By not believing your beliefs anymore and even changing your beliefs you
remove the underlying platform and your stress triggers will not have the
same subjective power over you anymore.
Cause and Effect
One deep rooted belief which is vital for self-regulation is Cause-Effect.
What does this mean?
When you are at “cause” then you take responsibility and you take action.
You know that it really does not matter why something happened, who is at
fault or who can be blamed. You take charge and make the lifestyle changes
necessary to achieve your goals. In terms of health this might mean that even
if a tragic car accident happened and your bodymind reacted with the liver-
parenchyma swelling (fear of survival) you know what you need to do to be
healthy again.
When you are on the “effect” side of the equation, then you will probably
always find an excuse or a reason why something happened or did not
happen. You might think “Why did this accident happen to me?”, “Why did
the illness strike me?”, “I was unlucky, I got infected.”, “What have I done
to deserve this?” These feelings or thoughts are not productive, make it
difficult to act and will lead you away from health, vitality and happiness.
Life is about choices. You always have a choice.
You either allow your unconscious mind to be in charge and react
unconsciously OR you are aware, take action and choose to interpret your
experience consciously.
The question for you is:
Which side of the equation do you stand?
Being
We all sense deep down that there is something bigger than ourselves - no
matter how we describe it or how we name or define this higher power.
“Being is the eternal, ever-present One Life beyond the myriad forms of life
that are subject to birth and death. However, Being is not only beyond but
also deep within every form as its innermost invisible and indestructible
essence. This means that it is accessible to you now as your own deepest self,
your true nature.
But don't seek to grasp it with your mind. Don't try to understand it. You can
only know it when the mind is still. When you are present, when your
attention is fully and intensely in the Now, Being can be felt, but it can never
be understood mentally. To regain awareness of Being and to abide in that
[xiv]
state of "feeling-realization" is enlightenment.”
Eckhart Tolle describes the Essence of Being so wonderfully and also gives
us insights into the deeper meaning of human suffering and why we
experience health issues.
Our painbody is an accumulation of painful experiences and emotions we
did not consciously and fully face the moment it arose. It leaves behind an
energy imprint in our body (organs and brain) and every time the pain body
is triggered (through an outer or inner stress trigger) our organism will react
with mindbody symptoms.
It is our job to be fully present when the pain body shifts from dormant to
active, when something triggers a very strong mindbody (emotion-organ)
reaction.
At that moment, when it takes over your mind, our painbody becomes the
voice talking to you internally. Everything this voice in your head says to
you is deeply colored by the old, painful emotions of the painbody.
Everything it says, every judgment about your life experience, the people
involved, the situation you are facing will be totally distorted by the old
emotional pain.
If you are not present then you are identified with the painbody and
believe every negative thought that it is telling you.
Identification with your mind, being unconscious and allowing the reactive
patterns to repeat again and again causes thought to become compulsive.
Suddenly, your mind is racing, your emotions are raging and your body is
reacting with symptoms to adjust to the new life situation.
* Can you be present and aware about how all this started?
* What triggered your painbody?
* Which life situation, which specific image, voice, feeling, thought,
smell, taste triggered your emotion-organ reaction?
META-Healing begins when you realize that you are not the thinker.
You can observe and watch the thinker from a vast distance, therefore you
cannot be it. The moment you become aware of your reactive emotions and
thought patterns a higher consciousness arises and healing will happen.
By connecting with the Now and being present this moment, listening to the
voice inside our head, noticing the repetitive thought patterns and feeling our
body sensations you start to take your first step towards higher
consciousness.
By fully feeling the emotion-organ connection the painbody cannot feed
anymore on your own thoughts, emotions or other people’s energies of life
situations. You start to decrease the stress energy and the painbody will react
less and less until the reactive patterns does not hold any power of you
anymore.
Conscious presence is the path to healing and will connect you with qualities
that lie beyond your mind - which are all things that really matter like love,
joy, beauty, creativity, inner peace.
META-Health Analysis
The 12 META-Health Questions
The 12 META-Health Questions can be used to go step by step through the
META-Analysis process and will help health professionals and clients at the
same time to become aware of the Organ-Stress-Emotion-Belief Connection
and major Points and Phases of Healing.
Write it down!
Yes sometimes it is that simple. Use the 12 META-Health Questions
worksheet to explore and become aware of your symptoms and the Organ-
Stress-Emotion-Belief Connection.
Start with a symptom you are experiencing right now. If you feel several
symptoms at the same time, select the health issue which you want to be
resolved the most.
Chart Introduction
Now comes the important part, which is looking at your own symptoms.
In this book we focus mainly on the Organ-Emotion Connection. Why?
Because feeling and recognizing emotions is easy - unless you put a lot of
effort into suppressing them. Just relax bodymind, pay attention and your
emotion will appear automatically in front of your conscious mind.
The following Organ-Emotion Chart will help you become aware of the
repetitive emotions and thought patterns connected with your symptoms.
If you are not sure which specific META-Organ is connected to your
symptoms, then we suggest consulting your medical doctor for a detailed
physical diagnosis.

Detailed Example: Shoulder Pain
Remember the 40 year young man with shoulder pain from the beginning of
the book? It probably makes much more sense now, right?
Men, 40 years young has shoulder pain on right side and feels totally
exhausted. The pain started 3 weeks ago.
Symptom: Shoulder pain
META-Organ: Bones ( - / + )
Location of symptom: Right shoulder
Handedness: His right hand is on top when clapping; therefore he is right-
handed or right side dominant. Because his symptoms are on his right side
the emotion or stress trigger is connected to his partner.
First symptoms appeared: 3 weeks ago – Acute, first time he has
experience these types of symptoms.
Confirm phase: When the shoulder pain started about 3 weeks ago he felt
totally exhausted and tired which is another indication that he is currently in
the regeneration phase.
Emotion: Feeling a lack of self-worth and internal pressure of not doing
something right or well enough
Emotional intensity: 8 on SUD scale, strong feelings of unworthiness
combined with sadness
Stress Trigger: About 7-10 weeks ago, fight with wife about a new job. She
said with strong voice (auditory stress trigger): “You can’t do this job. You
are not smart enough.”
Stress Phase: From that point on he felt down, had self-doubt and constantly
was thinking about the incident.
Regeneration Trigger: We can safely assume that something triggered his
regeneration and the stress was gone. This could have been a real-life
resolution like his wife said something really nice to him and they made up.
Regeneration Trigger: After the regeneration trigger he started to feel the
shoulder pain which is a typical organ symptom of the regeneration phase.
Beliefs: Maybe she is right? I feel weak, not strong enough. I did not do it
right. I am not up to my own high expectations.
Reversal: I feel good about myself and strong inside.
Conscious Actions: The META-Health Therapy steps include:
* Becoming aware of the Emotion-Organ Connection (bones-unworthiness
connection) and the Stress Triggers (wife’s voice)
* Releasing the Stress Triggers and Beliefs (through awareness, forgiveness,
letting go or a variety of techniques like EMDR, EFT, etc.)
* Practicing a conscious-healthy lifestyle (increase feelings of self-worth,
strengthen bones and muscles to feel stronger and more resistant, connect
with purpose in life, etc.).
Bladder - Mucosa
Right-handed woman, age 43. Recurring bladder infection after sexual
intercourse.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Own territory and space has been invaded.
Mother moved into her home after she gave birth to her youngest child. The
mother had strict opinion on sex and love life. The client felt that the mother
was intruding and disturbed her love life because she was hearing her
footstep and love making outside the bedroom. Their relationship had never
been good.
Stress Phase: Obsessive thoughts about mother’s invasion.
Regeneration Trigger: Not known what triggered the regeneration.
Regeneration Phase: She experienced an infection with pain and had a strong
urgency to urinate. The bladder mucosa felt swollen.
Health: META-Therapy included clearing the original negative emotions and
stress triggers. Infection, pain and swelling disappeared quickly. No new
incidence of bladder infection has been reported.
From IMMA archives
Bladder - Ureter Mucosa
Right-handed woman, age 49. Strong pain while urinating and fever.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Feeling someone or something intruding into our space or
territory.
Client went to a sacred place in the mountain where she had made some very
unique connection with the nature and she intended to write a special chapter
for her new book. When she came to the gate she found out it was open
which meant that the owners were at home and she felt she could not invade
their territory. At the same time it felt as if they prevented her from going to
her sacred space. All this happened without any interaction with the actual
owners.
Stress Phase: Obsessive thinking about the issue.
Regeneration Trigger: Another spot was found further up in the mountain
and a wonderful session was recorded for the book. A few hours later the
symptoms started.
Regeneration phase: Fever, urgency to urinate, burning pain.
Health: EFT was used right after the first symptoms were felt which helped
to clear the issue and symptoms faster. No further incident of bladder
infection has been noticed since then.

Bones – Back Pain/Lumbago
Man, age 37, right-handed. Lower back pain (lumbago). Pain comes and
goes. He tried everything from traditional methods (injections pain killers) to
alternative therapies (chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, energy work,
yoga, etc.). These methods seem to improve flexibility and lessen pain. But
no permanent healing. Chronic process was active for over 3 years.
Comment: According to 5 major points and phases we know that back pain
is a symptom of the 2nd regeneration phase (tired exhausted vagotonic, etc.).
Therefore we had to first find the stress trigger which kept the process alive
(a chronic healing with relapses changing from stress phase to regeneration
phase again and again).
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Sexual self-devaluation
The traumatic experience (unexpected, dramatic, isolating, no strategy) was
a fight with the girlfriend and an insulting comment (auditory trigger) about
his sexual performance (sexual self-devaluation). The right-handed man had
initial pain on his right side of the spine (lumbago) therefore feeling self-
devaluation (bones) related to partner (right side) and survival/sexual issues
(lower back) was quickly found.
Stress Phase: Mostly no symptoms felt by client because he felt very
stressed. Constant thinking about girlfriends insulting sexual performance
comment.
Regeneration Trigger: Whenever he made up with his girlfriend and she said
something nice to him (auditory trigger) he experienced back pain a few
minutes or a day later.
Regeneration Phase: Strong lower back pain, sometimes pain was so strong
that he could not walk anymore. Intense pain lasted usually for 2-4 weeks,
then discomfort and pain lowered to about 20-30% but was still felt all the
time.
Health: META-Therapy included releasing the chronic stress trigger
(auditory) and the anger associated with the sexual remarks. Plus the belief
of not being sexually good enough was changed to a more empowering
belief. In a conversation with his girlfriend he made clear what his true
feelings were and the couple found a way to feel sexually empowered. After
this conversation the back pain returned once more (regeneration) and has
been completely healed since then.

Bones –Knee
Man, 35, right-handed. Chronic knee pain (pain did come and go over the
last 4 years). Strong pain in left and right knee started 3 months ago and was
diagnosed by doctors and naturopaths.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Feeling of self-devaluation-related to partner and child
(bones) in regard to flexibility (knees).
The specific trigger was the voice (auditory) of the partner while having
emotional discussions, disagreements and fights.
Stress Phase: Typical sympathetic stress symptoms like conflictive thoughts,
feeling stressed, etc. No organ symptoms were noticed
Regeneration Trigger: Separation with partner (which was perceived as a
release, e.g. stress was gone). Pain symptoms appeared 2-3 days after
separation.
Regeneration Phase: Strong pain in knees (bones) appeared in regeneration
phase which has been confirmed by typical vagotonic symptoms like
tiredness headaches, sleep late morning, etc.
Health: META-Therapy was conscious awareness of self-worth issue,
releasing emotions related to this issue (through love and forgiveness),
solving separation issue with partner (clear separation agreement, finances,
etc.) and improving vitality through vitamins and exercise (gym and yoga).
Several weeks after becoming aware of the Organ-Stress-Emotion
Connection through the META-Health Analysis the symptoms disappeared
and client returned to a normal state.

Bones - Lower Back Pain
Left-handed male 28 years old. Started having lower lumber back pain after
the divorce of his parents when he was 15 years old this has been chronic
ever since.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Self-devaluation trauma.
His mom told him that his father was divorcing her.
Stress Phase: Client went into stress mode as he now felt that he would have
to take up the role of being father of the house. He felt devaluating himself
like this was a huge burden to carry. He started obsessing over this as he
knew he wasn't equipped with the right tools to do this. He started putting
his life aside to fulfill this role.
Regeneration Trigger: He decided to leave home and move to London.
Regeneration Phase: About a week later he started noticing the pain in his
lower back (lumber) and he had lowered energy levels. The back pain lasted
a couple of weeks.
Health: He allowed himself to take on the burden of others and in doing so
he was devaluing himself as he put his needs aside resulting in him
becoming out of alignment with himself. The learning lesson was to create
boundaries so he can maintain the balance within himself.

happiness. During that time a tumor in her left breast (partner side) was

and seeing her son and grandchild often.

Man, age 48, left-handed. Tinnitus, acute hearing loss.
Organ Reaction: ( + / - )
Stress Trigger: Loud argument with wife about money, derogatory remarks:

Health: The real-life solution was the divorce from his wife. In addition, we
processed all annoying phrases using Logosynthesis, used EFT to process
negative feelings and emotions that accumulated during marriage (anger,
helplessness, powerlessness, sadness, worthlessness). And we worked on his
beliefs like “Nobody in my family had a happy marriage. Life is hard” using
meditation and mental training.

Ears – Hearing
Man, age 45, left-handed. Ear infection and sore in the right ear canal. There
was excessive wax and bleeding from the sore. It did not affect his hearing
but there was swelling around the base of the ear.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Hearing-conflict not wanting to hear something.
Two weeks before the sore in the canal he went to a meeting that affected his
business. He met with a group of people where he felt that he was going to
get supporting news for his business (his baby) that he was developing.
During the meeting he realized that he was not going to get the support he
was expecting (auditory trigger)
Stress Phase: He reported that he dropped a few pounds during this time
period and felt colder than normal especially in the evening. This phase
lasted 2 weeks. He obsessed a lot about the business situation and felt
physically stressed.
Regeneration Trigger: This came when the same group called and shared
some information that was showing their support for him. This reaffirmed
him and he stopped obsessing and he told himself that now he could start
doing what he wanted and make the decisions that he wanted.
Regeneration Phase: The ear infection and bleeding started the next day. He
reported that he felt tired and was falling asleep an hour earlier than when he
would normally go to bed. He also gained a few pounds during this one
week period. After about a week the ear appeared to get better the swelling
went down and the ear stopped bleeding. The next day the ear swelled up
and the bleeding continued for approximately a week.
Health: The client used rubbing alcohol in the ear to fight any infection. He
ate well, took vitamins and exercised regularly. He prayed a lot and got
plenty of rest. Relaxation technique to help with the obsessiveness. The ear
is fine and the sore is totally healed

Ear – Middle Ear
Woman, age 31, right-handed. Pain and throbbing in right ear.
Brain stem ( + / - )
Stress Trigger: Hearing Survival Trauma.
After being away from home for a week she went round to visit her
boyfriend. He told her that he had gone out with this girl which was a friend
of his. She immediately assumed that they were together intimately as she
had not heard him mention her name before.
Stress Phase: She felt very insecure and found herself feeling very jealous.
She didn't ask her boyfriend anything more about it and left it there. But she
immediately lost her trust in him. These thoughts made her decide that he
didn't really want to be with her. Except sensitivity no ear symptoms were
noticed during that time.
Regeneration Trigger: 2 months later they were having a drink and in a
conversation he started speaking of that woman again but this time he didn't
have anything positive to say about her. He compared her to the ˜sex in the
city” type woman which he didn’t think very highly of. As she was the
complete opposite to this type of women, she felt a huge sigh of relief and
immediately thought that they were just friends.
Regeneration Phase: The following morning she went to work but had to
leave after 2 hours as she felt absolutely exhausted and had a throbbing pain
in her right ear (partner side). She went straight to bed and slept the entire
day. Her thoughts and feelings around her ex-partner had also changed and
she felt that she could trust him again. This was important for her as she still
had feelings for him.
Health: She felt back to normal 2 days later.

Regeneration Trigger: Seeing her cats again.
Regeneration Phase: As soon as she got home she was able to see her cats
again and her eye started to turn red. Her general practitioner explained that
it was a virus that could not be found and would show up occasionally. He
had no explanation why it showed only up after she got home.
Health: She is no longer troubled by the conjunctivitis after META-Therapy
sessions.

Eyes – Vitreous Body
Woman, age 49, right-handed. Sudden loss of vision. She had the lowest
strength reading glasses (1.75) for 2 years before she experienced the death
of her domestic partner of 17 years in April 2005. The next morning of
finding out his death everything near or far became very blurry. She needed
the strongest strength reading glasses (3.75) overnight. She also complained
about tremendous pressure around her eye balls.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Fear of attack or danger
The trauma was that her partner psychologically tormented and attacked her
on an ongoing basis and for a long time threatened to kill her and her
daughter. He punched her twice which knocked her out for a few seconds in
2005. She left him and was hyper vigilant about her partner finding her to
further ruin her life.
Regeneration Trigger: Her resolution was that she didn't have to be vigilant
about attacks or threats any longer (because of his death). She also realized
that she started wearing reading glasses when she had worked out most of
the issues with her partner and when she was ready to leave him 2 years
before.
Health: She employed imagery techniques to release whatever anxiety and
resentment she had with her partner and began eye exercises on a daily basis
to increase blood circulation and movement of energy within her eye region.
Now she is back to using reading glasses (2.00) hoping to gain her normal
eye sight back in the future.

suffering from intermittent bile attacks which included pain, nausea and
vomiting.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Territory-Anger.
Mother-in-law moved in permanently which she did not want. She felt that
she could never get away from her. She also deeply resented and felt angry
about having to make the decision to have her stay. She hated her mother-in-
law.
Stress Phase: Felt really stressed. Mother-in-law always seemed to be here.
She even joined the same pottery class which she joined to get away from
her. She felt that she was totally dominating her life and had intense feelings
of anger and even hate.
Regeneration Trigger: At last mother-in-law moved into her own flat. Free at
last.
Regeneration Phase: She started to notice periods when she felt nausea
accompanied by colic especially after eating dairy products. Gradually these
attacks became more frequent.
Health: A cholecystectomy was suggested by surgeon but this suggestion
was refused .A low cholesterol fat free diet was followed for a year. Patient
lost a lot of weight and felt marvelous. Counseling and releasing negative
emotions and stress trigger to deal with the relationship with her Mother-in-
law started. The attacks gradually became less frequent and less severe until
after a year they ceased

Intestine
Woman, age 50, right-handed. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) diagnosed
about ten years ago. Typical symptom was chronic constipation.
Comment: In this case several intestine tissues like the small intestine and
duodenum have been involved, something that we see regularly.
Organ Reaction: ( + / - )
Stress Trigger: Indigestion, not being able to digest something important
(often related to survival and anger)
Hearing the news that her mother was dying of cancer.
Stress Phase: Found the news hard to digest as she had not long ago lost her
father. Also felt constantly worried, anxious and guilty as they were living
overseas at the time and she could not be with her mother. She was also
angry with herself as her mother had not been well for some time and felt
that she should have known. She started to experience symptoms of
indigestion which were treated with antacids.
Regeneration Trigger: She came home and managed to spend some time
with her mother before she died.
Regeneration Phase: The indigestion disappeared and diarrhea started.
Comment: This process was chronic for many years. Whenever she
encountered stressful situations she suffered various symptoms that
manifested in her digestive tract and eventually the indigestion disappeared
and diarrhea appeared. For the past four years constipation has been the most
evident symptom. She also admitted that she had never dealt with her
mother’s belongings and had everything stored in the attic. The thought of
dealing with it gave her abdominal cramp.
Health: After one treatment she has started slowly to deal with her mother’s
belongings. We dealt with her anger at herself for not realizing than her
mother was seriously ill and the chronic triggers that kept the process alive.
She no longer has chronic constipation.

Intestine – Small Intestine
Woman, age 25, right-handed, chronic stomach problems (IBS)
Organ Reaction: ( + / - )
Stress Trigger: Indigestible anger
She was giving her friend a lift home one day and he tried to rape her. She
remembers being incredibly angry but felt she couldn't say anything so she
kept it bottled up inside.
Stress Phase: Emotionally she was very much stressed and she wasn't
sleeping very well. She was also experiencing pains in her stomach and was
constipated.
Regeneration Trigger: She spoke to her friends about it a couple of days
later.
Regeneration Phase: Immediately afterwards she started feeling very
nauseous and had diarrhea that lasted for a week. She was also feeling weak.
She went to the hospital but they didn't really do much.
Health: We used Time Line Therapy and NLP to clear out the negative
emotions and I recommended that she learns to talk about the situation
instead of bottling it up inside.

Kidneys - Collecting Tubules
Woman, age 49, right-handed, felt lots of pressure around her right kidney
and has had at times severe edema since childhood.
Comments: Since 2000 she has noticed some pain around the right kidney
area, reduced amount of urine and longer time of urinating. She recalled that
she was often sick with these symptoms from sixth grade up to the high
school graduation but doctors couldn't produce any evidence of what caused
this sickness.
Organ Reaction: ( + / - )
Stress Trigger: Feeling alone or abandoned
The specific trigger was her mother's criticism and expectations over her
academic performance and ability to comprehend things in life. She felt
totally isolated and alone.
Regeneration Trigger: Relocating to America in 1975.
Regeneration Phase: The symptom stopped and organism went back to
normal.
Chronic Stress Trigger: She realized that whenever someone criticized her
the symptoms would start again. For example around 1995 her boyfriend
became critical about her ability to handle his booming business, her job and
mothering a daughter. She felt isolated and abandoned by the closest person
in her life again. The pain edema around right kidney area and digestive
difficulty became chronic in 2003.
Chronic Regeneration Phase: She learned that it was none of her business
what others thought about her especially when she was trying her best to live
her life with all she had. She couldn't even verbalize who what and how she
was since she was so busy pleasing others.
Health: Daily EFT and NLP techniques were used for about six months to
learn who what and how she was (change beliefs and conditioned reflex).
She began verbalizing her needs and expanded her view in life to be able to
stand up to her boyfriend.
Comment: From experience with thousands of clients it seems that the
“feeling isolated, alone or abandoned” emotion and the kidneys collecting
tubules play an important part and need to be paid attention to. If the kidney
tubules are active then it seems we experience other symptoms like pain or
inflammation, etc. more intensely. Therefore always try to create an
environment that is supportive for healing and regeneration.

Larynx - Mucosa
Man, age 36, left-handed, laryngitis, loss of voice, pain, cough
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress trigger: Feeling redundant
The specific stress trigger was a company merger resulting in staff reduction.
Client was absolutely certain that he could stay, based on 10 years of
excellent performance in his job. After the job loss his constant thoughts
were "They don’t need me anymore. I am redundant” with strong emotion of
fear, fright and speechlessness.
Stress Phase: Stress, sleeplessness, no appetite
Regeneration Trigger: Invitation to interview for new job
Regeneration Phase: Loss of voice, pain, coughing
Health: META-Therapy included using EFT and Logosynthesis for
processing and releasing issues (powerlessness, helplessness, hopelessness,
financial worries, inability to comprehend/not wanting to accept). Client
updated curriculum vitae and practicing job interviews and considered new
career direction (we worked to establishing new vision, values and goals).

Lungs – Bronchial Mucosa
Woman, age 16, left-handed, regular Asthma attacks
Comments: Asthma and its typical symptoms appear only if several
“territorial” organs are affected or are reacting. Organ tissue may be
Bronchial Mucosa, Bronchial Muscles, Larynx – Mucosa, Larynx - Muscle
and others.
During a short conversation I told the mother about the two phases and that
asthma is the healing crisis and part of the regeneration phase. The mother
understood right away and confirmed that the daughter in fact was tired and
sleepy when asthma attacks happened.
Stress Trigger: Territorial anger.
Severe fight and anger of mother related to a separation with husband.
Asthma started around that time. Daughter is very fearful anyway same as
mother which seems to amplify the situation.
Regeneration Trigger: Not evaluated or does not know.
Regeneration Phase: First daughter was really tired and exhausted and after a
few days the asthma symptoms started (healing peak in the middle of the
regeneration phase).
Health: First, I suggested to mother and daughter that coughing is ok, that it
is part of the healing. Unless it is very extreme there is no need to panic or to
be fearful. Goal needs to be to lose the fear of this “disease". Next, we tried
to find a new strategy of dealing with the territory fear. Mother plus daughter
(plus husband) have to find ways for the daughter to feel safe, make changes
in their behavior and environment to support the healing. The basic issue is
to let go of the fear and find a new more positive strategy for territory issues.
I also suggested paying especially attention to the 2 phases and major points
of a disease e.g. asthma to become aware of the asthma cycle.
Interesting enough right after I talked about the asthma with
daughter/mother, the daughter had for the next few days severe coughing
which was very unusual. The conversation seem to have triggered a
regeneration response and the coughing symptoms.

Lungs - Bronchial Mucosa
Woman, 65 years old, chronic bronchitis for several weeks
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Territory fear
Someone tried to overtake important parts of her work. Feeling very stressed
periodically, especially when it happened (chronic process).
Regeneration Trigger: Retiring from work, 12 years after the initial stress
trigger
Regeneration Symptoms: Bronchitis, making her very tired as she had
problems sleeping
Health: When I told her about META-Health and that the bronchitis was
connected with a territorial feeling or life situation, she immediately knew
that it was about that very specific work conflict. We worked once with
Advanced Integrative Therapy (a new energy medicine method), and after
that she was well and did not cough anymore.
By Gitte Retbøll, MD, META-Medicine Specialist
Lungs - Bronchial Mucosa
Right-handed woman, age 55, acute bronchitis last January with high
temperature, severe coughing, head pounding and fearful sensation of almost
risking death – “I have never felt so ill in my life”.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Fear of territorial invasion or evasion
The specific stress trigger was a veritable invasion of hornets in her much
loved country cottage, her weekend and holiday home outside the city in a
beautiful and peaceful agricultural area.
Stress Phase: From the time she first battled with the hornets in the autumn
till resolution of the problem the following January she was anxious about
the situation but didn’t realize where the hornets were coming from or know
how to deal with them. The problem was always in the back of her mind
even though she didn’t go to the house much during that time because the
weather was so bad. She felt very worried and upset about it and fearful of
these “invaders”.
Regeneration Trigger: In January she called the firemen to suppress the
hornet nest which she realized must be in the chimney. She went up to the
house to follow this process one very cold weekend and spent some time on
the balcony with the firemen.
Regeneration Phase: The next day she came down with bronchitis and felt so
ill she was unable to return to the city for the next two weeks. It took her
several more weeks to fully recover once back home. She assumed that she
must have ‘got cold’ standing on the balcony with the firemen the previous
afternoon, but had never been able to understand why she had come down
with such severe symptoms, particularly as she had been feeling fine up to
that moment.
Health: Now fully recovered she wishes she had known about META-Health
and EFT at the time. She would have tapped on her fear of these large black
flying bees invading her home uncontrollably and maybe even attacking and
stinging her or her visitors..

Mouth – Oral Cavity Mucosa
Woman, age 52 year, complained that she had sore open spots in her mouth
walls and tongue all her life.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Inability to swallow something.
She remembered the first time when it happened at the age eleven preparing
for the entrance exams to enter the only junior high school in the area - the
competition was three to one.
The chronic trigger was the sudden onset of overwhelming must-do tasks
within certain time periods which didn't allow her any leisure for herself at
all. The most recent worst ulcer occurred in her mouth walls and tongue just
after she took care of an exhausting amount of work from her husband's
death in March 2004. Since then the symptom reoccurred whenever she was
overwhelmed with business tasks.
Stress Phase: The ulcers usually started to appear.
Regeneration Trigger: The resolution came when she learned about the
effects of her environment on her psyche, organ and nervous system and
about how she could put them in perspective of certain planning to meet the
needs in a timely manner.
Regeneration Phase: Ulcers started to heal sometimes with swelling and
bleeding. No or very minimal scares.
Health: She agreed to rest in between tasks to give down-time to her
physical emotional, mental and spiritual bodies and truly savor the sweetness
of down-time through relaxation techniques. EFT and meditation were used
to enhance her ability to focus and categorize her tasks and to communicate
her need to have either more time to accomplish the tasks or refer the work
out to other companies. No more ulcers showed up in her tongue or mouth
walls so far even though a few bumps show up on mouth walls from stress.

Muscles
Left handed woman, age 31, muscle atrophy, bound to wheelchair
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Self-devaluation
Suddenly exposed to the fact that she could not move forward due to legal
troubles of her past job. Feeling worthless or not needed anymore.
Stress Phase: Initially nothing happened; at least she did not notice any
symptoms. After a small skiing accident she could not walk anymore. This
injury did not heal, and actually got worse over time. Within a few months
her right ankle muscles got so bad that she ended up in a wheelchair. She
was only able to walk for 5 meters or so. This aggravated her feeling of not
being able to move forward.
Regeneration Trigger: There were 2 real-life triggers that moved her into
resolution, one is the actual solving of legal issues and the other is a fire
walk after which she bursted out in tears and yelled "I can do it".
Health: She is now fully restored and walking without any troubles.
By Rob van Overbruggen Ph.D.
Muscles
Client: Left handed, woman, 34 years, reduced hip extension and frontal hip
pain.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Self-devaluation
Terminated the rent contract on the clinic where she worked - didn't know
where to practice 3 months later. Feelings were “I can't move forward.”
Stress Phase: Contracted Iliopsoas muscle
Regeneration Trigger: Found a new place to practice, signing the contract.
Taking a big step forward.
Regeneration Phase: Pain and contraction in the Iliopsoas muscle, intense
pain while walking, unable to walk normal.
Health: Realizing the emotional origin of the symptoms, practicing
stretching and conscious movements resulted in regeneration phase only
lasting a few days - usually that degree and kind of contraction takes much
longer to release.

Woman, age 53, right-handed, menopausal. Cold, running nose, fever.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: This stinks. Can’t smell the situation anymore.
Too much work especially up to planned holiday, too few staff at work
Stress Phase: Client tense and working a lot.
Regeneration Trigger: Going on holiday, knowing that during the holiday 2
more staff would start working there.
Regeneration Phase: Symptoms of a cold, nose running and fever appeared.
Health: META-Therapy included recognizing the pattern of stress in the
holiday, doing energy healing to shorten the regeneration phase. Now, client
does not get these symptoms anymore in holidays.

Nose – Nasal Mucosa
Client: Right-handed woman, 46, cold, sinusitis
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Young daughter is home for two weeks after tonsil operation.
She had swollen tonsils for a long time. Patient struggles to find space for
herself because daughter is very demanding when ill. Beliefs: ‘I can’t be
myself’; ‘There is no space for myself’. Feeling frustrated because of the
situation.
Stress Phase: Feeling very stressed, tense, difficulty sleeping, racing
thoughts. Amplifier was argument with husband about best way to treat
daughter’s tonsillitis. Patient knows META-Medicine and would like to treat
her accordingly. Husband objects and favors standard therapy and operation.
Regeneration Trigger: Daughter returns to school. The family spends a
sunny afternoon in the garden, daughter plays and the parents work together
harmoniously.
Regeneration Phase: Development of sinusitis (especially on the left side),
very tired, hot face.
Health: META-Therapy included working with EFT to replace negative
beliefs with positive ones (I can be a good mother and meet my own needs. I
know powerful tools to help my daughter myself. My family works well and
harmoniously). Physical symptoms were allowed to run their course with
focus on having plenty of rest and time to regenerate.

Skin – Dermis
Woman, age 45, right-handed, acne on right side of face with 4-5 large
pimples. They became red and swollen.
Stress Trigger: Defilement, deformed, identity trauma
Husband informed her that he had been molesting their adopted daughter.
Her husband’s perversion (right-handed and symptoms on right side means
partner related) and her daughter being molested were too much to bear.
Stress Phase: Obsessive Thinking, feeling stressed, sleeplessness, absence of
appetite, weight loss for about 5-6 days. Pimples appeared.
Regeneration Trigger: A police officer and social worker came to their home
to investigate the offense. At this time she felt she was able to relax and turn
things over to the authorities. Her husband also moved out of their home.
Regeneration Phase: Fatigue, tiredness, feeling hot inside of her body. First,
the pimples became really sore and then the pain dissipated as the swelling
reduced over the next 3 days. Then 5-6 days after the authority showed up
the swelling and redness reduced, pimples disappeared and the face totally
cleared up. Pimples never became a white head they dissolved internally.
Having pimples really surprised her. She stated I have never had pimples
before in my life.
Health: Even though the symptoms disappeared it was clear to her that
strong emotions, thoughts and beliefs are still present and need to be worked
on. We used visualization, relaxation and a change in Environment to start.
She had several other symptoms so getting her vitality up was mandatory. I
encouraged her to eat right during this ordeal and to start exercising to help
reduce the stress. She is a religious woman so I encouraged her to pray and
meditate which she stated that she was already doing.
Skin - Epidermis
Right-handed woman aged 24. Vitiligo around stomach area.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Brutal loss of touch
Sudden death of her father at the age of 14.
Stress Phase: Since the death of her father she has had quite noticeable
vitiligo on her stomach although not painful. She did feel very conscious of
it.
Regeneration Trigger: Talking with a META-Health Professional and
discovering that it might be related to the loss of her father. This was a
massive realization to her that her father's death and her vitiligo were
connected.
Regeneration Phase: Since connecting her vitiligo and her loss she realized
that there were many aspects of her grief she had not dealt with. Very soon
after this realization the patches of different colored skin began to fade.
Health: There was a great improvement in her skin condition as a result of
her realization. Therapies such as EFT and Matrix Reimprinting enabled her
to deal with the emotional issues connected to her loss (emotions and stress
trigger) and her beliefs about what losing her father meant to her life (belief).
She also started to look at ways to feel more content in her life (social
aspect). She began to look at different jobs and went traveling. She also
began working out regularly in the gym (vitality). On a spiritual level she
also viewed her father's death in a different way where she still felt
connected in a spiritual way. The vitiligo has now completely disappeared.

Skin - Epidermis
Woman, right-handed, in menopause in her early fifties, presented with
extremely painful and heavily medicated arthritic psoriasis, as well as a
tendency to obsessive behavior which had resulted in hospitalization for
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder at the age of 22 and left her still spending
much of the day performing propitious rites of many kinds. She has
extensive psoriasis with tendon inflammation all over her body and she takes
heavy medication to control the pain.
Stress Trigger: Issues of missed and deeply desired or undesired contact
She has a history of unwanted contact, from childhood sexual abuse by her
brother to her father’s physical and verbal attacks on her mother, a violent
boyfriend, a forced abortion aged 14 and later an aggressive husband from
whom she is now separated. Rather than one specific violent event, she was
subjected to regular and repeated acts of aggression throughout her life until
she separated from her husband nearly 3 years ago.
The latest relapse seems to be triggered by her adopted daughter’s depressive
crises or difficulties in the relationship with her present partner, whom she
describes as a good though uncommunicative man.
Some 2 years ago the decision to welcome her new partner into her home on
a permanent basis seems to have triggered a worsening of the arthritic
psoriasis.
Stress Phase: In the stress phase she feels better and her skin rash reduces.
Regeneration Trigger: When she comes to see me and works through some
of her emotional issues she relaxes which triggers the regeneration phase. In
our next session she invariably reports that physical symptoms have
worsened.
Regeneration Phase: There is more tendon pain; the skin rash becomes more
widespread and itchy again.
Health: After the first diagnostic session, the next three sessions were
devoted to immediate crises in her state of mind due to her adopted
daughter’s unhappy love affair and consequent depression, as well as
relationship issues with her oppressive mother and new partner, principally
using EFT. Matrix Reimprinting of a key childhood trauma memory in our
last (5th) session has led to almost complete elimination of ritual behaviors.
She is now optimistic about being able eventually to heal her psoriasis too.

Thalamus
Right-handed woman, age 62, post-menopausal, Insomnia.
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: Self-renouncement
At age 17 several separate traumas occurred over 3 days in succession.
1) First, she was 17 years old and pregnant and her mother threatened if she
ever got pregnant she would be thrown out onto the city streets. Even if
abortion was illegal in the US at that time she decided to go ahead. The
process was horrific, painful and done on her kitchen table. She became
temporarily blind during the procedure experiencing severe pain especially
in her head. Pain, guilt, fear and overwhelm flooded her.
2) She was ill and in bed when her mother shouted to her there was a fire.
The Christmas tree had caught fire and her mother ran out of the apartment.
Alone and frantic she tried to save her two dogs. She was certain the fire was
a punishment and result for what she had done.
3) She was at a relative’s house after the fire, and delivered the aborted child
by herself in the bathroom. She was terrified the whole time she was going
to get caught; sick, in extreme pain and her boyfriend who was at the house
at the time would not help her or help her with the aborted child after it was
delivered.
Stress Phase: She felt severe guilt and overwhelm from the experience and
from this point forward had a running internal self-renouncement dialogue
when triggered by stress and guilt, “This is too much. Life is too hard. I can’t
handle it. It would be easier if I just die.” Her sleeping steadily worsened
throughout her life, especially after she gave birth to her healthy baby girl 2
years later (Which re-triggered the unresolved trauma of her first pregnancy.)
When she and I began to work together she was averaging 2-3 hours of
broken sleep per night, which had been her average length of sleep each
night for 10+ years.
Regeneration: Regeneration occurred after a period of several weeks
working together with symptoms of exhaustion and need for deep and long
sleep.
Health: The trauma and stress triggers had many layers and years of stress
associated with it. META-Health therapies included Demartini Method,
body anchoring techniques and an Access Consciousness Clearing statement
for client to self-heal the past traumas and feelings and stress of guilt, fear,
overwhelm and wanting to give up (emotions). Client now experiences 5-7
hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Uterus mucosa
Woman, 46 years old, bleeding from the uterus between periods
Organ Reaction: ( - / + )
Stress Trigger: She was forgotten in a case of going to inherit from an aunt,
as if she did not exist. It was in her father’s family, and she did not have
much contact with them.
Stress Symptoms: Feeling a little stressed from the time she heard about the
situation.
Regeneration Trigger: She was taken in and accepted as inheritor.
Regeneration Symptoms: Bleeding from the uterus.
Health: We talked about it, and I suggested that she should meditate at home
to find out which of her stressful emotions (she was experiencing several at
that time) would affect her uterus bleeding. I wanted her to feel the organ-
emotion connection and not me deciding or telling her. The next day she said
that after meditation and realizing that it was about the inheritance case, the
bleeding immediately stopped - and has not come back other than the regular
periods.

Branchial Arch Ganglia and Thyroid Excretory Duct
Right-handed woman, age 28, pre-menopausal, Anxiety
Comment: Psychological symptoms like anxiety are usually more
predominant if two or more organs are affected and active at the same time.
Stress Trigger # 1: Branchial Arch Ganglia (Frontal Fear). At age 21 she
received a phone call from a friend/police man calling to tell her that her
mother was physically attacking her sister. He asked her, “Do you want to
get there first or do you want us to come?” She was 20 minutes away in a car
and remembers experiencing extreme anxiety of not knowing what she
would find when she arrived. The first stress trigger was a verbal trigger of
the phone ringing and second, the cop verbally talking to her about the
stressful unexpected events. On a daily basis since then she has been
triggered by phones ringing (an auditory trigger).
Stress Phase: Her stress level tested 10+ on 1-10 scale with typical
sympathetic stress symptoms.
Stress Trigger # 2: Thyroid Excretory Duct (Powerless): During this same
time period she went back to work. When she walked into the office she
totally broke down in tears. She felt completely powerless and unable to
handle the demands of everything. The second stress trigger was visual,
being at work unable to cope with the environmental demands at work.
Stress Phase: Her stress level tested 8/9 on 1-10 scale with typical
sympathetic stress symptoms.
Regeneration Phase: Client had Anxiety reaching an 8/9 on a daily basis
when she contacted me. Her regeneration phase began when we identified
her triggers and the origins. She learned how to turn down the volume of her
verbal triggers and minimize the visual trigger until our next META-Health
session. She reported great relief from her daily anxiety using these simple
strategies.
Health: META-Health Therapies included releasing life-stress patterns
(emotions and beliefs) associated with Frontal Fear (fearing the worst was
going to happen) and the Powerless Conflict (feeling powerless and unable
to cope with the daily demands of her life. The origin of these two patterns
actually began when she was 5-7 and eventually manifested as extreme
anxiety at age 21 from the stressful experience mentioned above. She found
the Soul level learning using the Demartini Method to balance her mind and
emotional stress into self-healing, empowerment and insight into her life’s
purpose and journey. Post treatment anxiety triggers tested 0 on 0-10 scale.

has always been afraid of the future and the world. She does not dare to stay

META-Health Therapy
“What is Insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting
different results.”
Albert Einstein
META-Therapy starts with the understanding that stress triggers are the
starting point of a disease process. But it is not the stress trigger or life
situation that really matters. It is our own unique subjective association of
the life situation that makes a “normal” life experience stressful. Stressful is
defined as an experience that is unexpected, dramatic, isolating and we have
no strategy to deal with it (UDIN).
What defines how you associate life situations are your beliefs and values
and the emotions we feel based on these beliefs.
Therefore META-Therapy is focusing on auto-regulating the stress
triggers, emotions and beliefs associated with the mindbody symptom.
Once you experience this highly intelligent but mostly unconscious Organ-
Stress-Emotion-Belief Connection you will never be the same. It is like
discovering something that you always knew but you just could not grasp it.
You felt there must be logic or intelligence in how your organism reacts but
you just could not understand or articulate it.
But it is different now. You experienced it yourself. Nothing you have read
or someone told you about. You are feeling and have had a deep conscious
experience of your Organ - Stress – Emotion – Belief Connection.
Now you know about your body’s intelligence and are ready to use META-
Health to auto-regulate bodymind and become aware of your true Inner Self.
This is not a journey of healing anymore. It is a journey of being aware, of
growing as a person and conscious being.
You are a conscious being having a physical experience and your body is
giving you clues to what your next learning lesson is.
Take the opportunity, listen. Listen deeply to your body’s intelligence. Say
thank you to your body. Trust your body. Why? Because your body is more
real than your mind. Your mind and your ego (or pain body) can be very
deceiving. Your mind has and will play tricks on you.
But your body is very straight forward and simple. It just gives you simple
messages we call symptoms. Listen and you will be transformed.
