Learning Objective: Write Directions Using Signal Words

INTRODUCTION
Welcome to this digitized module on writing directions using signal words.

This module is intended to help you, learners, understand and master the concepts
in writing directions using signal words. It is designed to equip you with essential
knowledge about the said topic and skills.

Be sure to follow given instruction in each activity.

LESSON PROPER

Do you know how to wrap a gift? Let’s read the direction on how to wrap a
gift.

Wrapping a Gift
To get started, get a sheet of wrapping paper. First,
put the gift at the center. Next, fold in both sides and tape
them together. Then, fold the ends and tape them. Lastly, put
ribbons and bows.

What are signal words?
Signal words are important to show the proper sequence of doing
something.

First, put the gift at the center.

Lastly, put ribbons and bows.
