• Developed DAQ system (uC & PC-GUI) for troubleshooting real time embedded systems
using MATLAB state-flow & Simulink over RS-232 communication line.
• Developed a Cycle Monitoring System - the effective poka-yoke solution for modern
assembly lines interfaced with pneumatic shutoff and non-shutoff pulse tools.
• Designed and developed systems for automated testing of tools and controller logic for
system life validation.
• Interfaced external devices like printer & scanner with standard cycle monitoring
systems thereby enhancing its performance.
• Developed a controller for monitoring number of revolutions and direction of rotation
of pneumatic pulse tool for accurate control.
• Designed and tested BLDC motor commutation logic, torque, and angle control.
• Interfaced CMS with client-end server for close monitoring of fastening status.
• Designed and developed logic for sequential fastening for critical fastening joints.
