➢ Scope of Work: Daily routine maintenance, greasing, Chemical Cleaning,


housekeeping of the plant area. Emergency and breakdown maintenance &
planned shutdown of the DAP,PAP plant area
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for safety protocol of all Shutdown activities such as Binding,


De-Blinding, Scaffolding, Confined Space, ,Hydro jetting Gas Testing ,
Ventilation , Excavation, Crane lifting operations.

• Check and Perform the Accident frequency rate, Severity rate, Ventilation
and fire load calculations.

• Conduct the Tool Box Talk and Safety meetings on Daily and Weekly basis
and discuss the Observations and Non-Conformances with staff and
coworkers.

• Development of Proactive measure to reduce the exposure of unsafe


activities at site.

• Ensure the lock out tag out system and Electro mechenical isolation of the
equipment and lines on site

• Identification and risk assessment for the site hazards (electrical,

actions and control measures.

• Ensure the effective usage of SCBA and BA system for the working under
toxic environment in Confined Space.

• Gas Test Monitoring confined space working as per permit requirement.

• Make Sure the implementation of Rescue and Ventilation plan requirement


in Confined Space.

• Conduct the safety audit on site, identify the Non-Conformances and


observations regarding activities.

• Provide training and supervision of Safe system of work for all


electromechanical jobs on site.

• Implementation and effective supervision of PTW system.
