▪ A doctor: Dr. Vincent Felitti
▪ San Diego, California
▪ The Department of Preventive Medicine that he
directed was going “from strength to strength”
▪ But… 50% of the obesity clinic cases were
abandoning treatment.
▪ All of the people who dropped out of treatment
had been losing weight.
