1. What factors did you consider in writing your lesson / learning plans?

- I considered the ages of my students when creating my lesson/learning plan to

make sure that the language and activities I chose are appropriate for them.
Because I want my pupils to be able to convey what they have learned in class, I
am also considering combining other activities into performance objectives. To
encourage my students to learn, I want to make my lessons more interesting and
engaging.

2. What difficulties did you meet in writing your lesson / learning plans?

- I'm having trouble imagining how I'll present the lesson and what activities I'll
include in my lesson plan because we're doing an online class. Because
I'm unfamiliar with how to make online lessons engaging, I'm having
difficulty deciding on specific strategies to implement.

3. What feedback was/were given by your Resource Teacher in your first draft
lesson / learning plans?

- Because of time constraints and a busy schedule, my resource teacher was

unable to examine my draft lesson plan. She is thrilled that I aced the quite in-
depth course, though. I'm sure I can make my learning approach more effective.

4. What were the best features/areas for improvement of your/lesson learning

plans?

- The best part of my lesson, in my opinion, is when I let students use a variety of
strategies to solve issues, including drawing or utilizing a place value chart. As
students work together to explore and learn new things on their own, I think it
has the potential to enhance learning. The way I will present the lessons is one
area of my class that I can work on improving. To prevent boredom, I need to
enhance my instructional methods.

lesson? Explain strategies:
Quizizz – because it is well-known
for its free gamified quizzes and
interactive lessons, which can
captivate any learner.  Video
presentations – because it helps
students learn all subjects, but
especially those that are complex
and/or highly visual, such as step-by-
step procedures, problem-solving, and
math formulas.  Group activities –
because it can be an effective means
of motivating students, encouraging
active learning, and developing
critical-thinking, communication, and
decision-making abilities.  Written
assessment – because it enables
students to demonstrate their abilities
and knowledge while also indicating
their progress toward meeting
educational goals and standards
4. Was the language used appropriate - Yes, I made the effort to use language
to the level of the students? Explain that the Grade 2 pupils would be
your answer briefly familiar with, especially when I was
testing their knowledge. In addition, I
won't speak in a way that is biased
against any of the students.

7. Are your modes of assessment - Because one of my learning aims is to
aligned with your learning outcomes be able to subtract two-digit numbers
and activities? Cite a specific example. with minuends up to 15 and two-to-
three-digit numbers with minuends up
to 95 without regrouping, I do believe
that my modes of evaluation are in line
with my learning outcomes and
activities. For instance, in one of my
tests, students must divide the
minimums by the minimum and then
calculate the difference.
8. Will your performance tasks ensure - Yes, I firmly believe that the
the mastery of the learning performance tasks I complete verify my
competencies? Explain briefly. mastery of the learning abilities. Due to
the fact that the performance work
requires students to subtract one-digit
numbers with minuends up to 15 and
two-to-two-digit numbers with
minuends up to 95 without regrouping,
I made sure that this task would enable
students to design and apply the place
value chart to answer the issues.
9. In scale of 1-10, How will you - It's probably between 6 and 8. I think
rate your learning plan(s)? Justify I still have a lot to learn and my
your answer learning plan may use some
improvement, especially in terms of
how I present my lessons and design
activities that are tailored to the needs
of each student.
10. If this lesson is not implemented -I developed a lesson that can be
face-to-face, how are you going to applied to both in-person and online
do it remotely? classes. I'll set up a breakout space for
each group in an online class so they
may work together and come up with
solutions to the problem.

Why is lesson planning an integral part of the instructional cycle?

- Because it helps teachers to prepare ahead for what they want their students to
learn, the teaching and learning activities they will employ, and how they will
test understanding, lesson planning is a crucial component of the instructional
cycle. Additionally, it creates a deadline for tasks that must be performed and
enables teachers to concentrate on what they need for their lesson and what they
want to teach.

Observe
1. As I considered on how I would present the lesson and what learning resources
I would use, issues and issues with writing my lesson plans for learning
developed. Because of the fact that the class will be held online, I was having
problems thinking of teaching tactics and learning materials that would not bore
or disengage the students. It was challenging to include suitable educational
resources that would meet the needs of the individual students.

Reflect
2. By talking with some teachers about the learning strategies and learning tools
they employed in their online courses, I hope to tackle these problems and
challenges. I also plan to engage in webinars on various pedagogical approaches
and informational resources that I can use in my classroom. This will give me
information about other methods or strategies that will enhance my class's
learning experience.

Plan
3. Some strategies/solutions/means that I can employ to improve these situations/
Problems is I intend to use the strategies I’ve included in my lesson plan,
particularly the use of video presentations, when discussing my lesson. I'll begin
by administering a pretest using the discussion method of teaching the lesson
about subtracting one-digit numbers with minuends through 15 and
subtracting two to two-digit numbers with minuends up to 95 without
regrouping, and then I’ll implement this strategy. Following that, I’ll give
students a post-test to see if their performance has improved.
