How to Activate New

DepEd MS O365 Account


Navigate to your deped account mailbox
1 (https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#inbox)

Locate for the email sent by DepEd Email Dist. Act. and Click "Activate your DepEd

3 Check for the MSO365 Account Credentials "Username" and "Password".

4 Click "https://portal.office.com"

For steps 6-10, this will appear if you are currently logged-in with other MSO365
5 account.

6 Click on the account at the upper right corner of your window.

7 Click "Sign out"

8 Click "Switch to a different account"

9 Click the "Email address" field.

10 Click "Sign in"

11 Enter your "Username" and click the "Next" button.

12 Enter your "Password" and click the "Sign in" button.

13 Click the "Current password" field and enter the "password" found in the email.

Click the "New password" field and enter your "New Password". Note: Password
14 should be a combination of Letters, Symbols and Numbers.

15 Click the "Confirm password" field and enter the password.

16 Click the "Sign in" button.

Important: Do not skip this step. Setup atleast one.


18 Click "Set it up now"

21 Type your "password recovery phone number "

22 Click "text me"

26 Click the "Enter your authentication email address" field.

28 Locate the verification code sent to you email.

30 Click "looks good"
