Creating a Stock Transport Scheduling Agreement

When you create a stock transport scheduling agreement, you can schedule the exact delivery dates
for a stock transfer.

In this scenario, Stock can be received based on the delivery Schedule against the Scheduling
agreement through outbound delivery. Noted, we have to do Stock Transport Set Up configuration.

Let’s see the Configuration

Assign supplying plant to the Business Partner (BP)

Define Shipping Data for Plants

SPRO->IMG-Material Management-Scheduling Agreement->Set up Stock Transport Scheduling


Agreement->Define Shipping Data for Plants

Assign Sales Org, Distribution Channel, Division to the supplying Plant (7010)

Assign Customer Data to the receiving Plant (7020)

Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule

Agreement->Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule

Document Type : LU, Supplying Plant : 7010, Delivery Type : NL, Checking Rule: RP

Assign Document Type

SPRO->IMG-Material Management-Scheduling Agreement->Set up Stock Transport Scheduling


Agreement->Assign Document Type

Assign Supplying Plant(7010) to the receiving Plant(7020) with Document Type : LU

Create Scheduling agreements Via T code ME37/ ME31L
