AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, MS. SONAL HEMANT MISHAL age 43 yrs, Indian


Inhabitant having address situated at OFFICE NO.1,
BASEMENT, SHOPPER’S POINT, NEXT TO MOTI
MAHAL HOTEL, OPP. ANDHERI (W), MUMBAI-400 058.,
the Advocate for the Petitioners do hereby on solemn
affirmation state as under;

1. I say that in the above matter, I had served the Copy of


duplicate Writ of Summons with the Copy of Plaint along
with annexures to the Defendant No. 1 by R.P.A.D. in the
above matter. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit- “A” is
the Copy of R.P.A.D. acknowledgement dated 02/11/2022.

2. I say that in the above matter, I had served the Copy of


duplicate Writ of Summons with the Copy of Plaint along
with annexures to the Defendant No. 2 by R.P.A.D. in the
above matter but the same got returned with the remarks “Not
Claimed” on 28/07/2022 and the same was received by the
concerned department on 02/08/2022. Hereto annexed and
marked as Exhibit- “B” is the Copy of the packet returned on
02/08/2022.
3. I say that in the above matter, I had served the Copy of
duplicate Writ of Summons with the Copy of Plaint along
with annexures to the Defendant No. 3 by R.P.A.D. in the
above matter which is submitted in the concerned department
along with its acknowledgement receipt.

4. I say that in the above matter, I had served the Copy of


duplicate Writ of Summons with the Copy of Plaint along
with annexures to the Defendant No. 4 through
Sheriff/Bailiff dated 10/01/2023 in the above matter. Hereto
annexed and marked as Exhibit- “C” is the Copy of the
Service Report through Sheriff/Bailiff dated 10/01/2023.

5. I say that the statement made in the above paragraphs are true
and correct to the best of my knowledge and I believe the
same to be true.
