Individual SPIN Roleplay Setup Instructions

1) Look at the SPIN Roleplay Schedule on Blackboard to see which time slot
you will be performing the roleplay under.
2) Login to your Microsoft 365 Account

● Enter [email protected] as your
"organizational account" and click "Next". (Tip: Copy your
username as shown here in bold, so you can paste on the login
page.)
● In the example provided, the student "Joe Cougar" has entered
his CougarNet account username, [email protected].

3) On the bottom left side click on Microsoft Teams to access the app
4) Download the Microsoft Teams App for better video quality with your
roleplay

5) Depending on your timeslot, the Buyer will call you to begin the roleplay
● Make sure that your webcam and microphone is working properly
before your time slot to ensure that there are no technical
difficulties during your roleplay. It can be found on the settings tab
on the app

6) As the roleplay starts, make sure to record the call for your own reference
to use for your Individual Role Play Assessment Assignment.
7) After the roleplay has ended, stop the recording and the recording will
save on your own Microsoft Stream for your own use for the assessment
assignment. (You will get an email notification to your cougar email)

8) End the call. Press on the top right button that says “Leave” with the
phone icon.
