 Alabel National Science High School

Alabel National Science High School is the Regional Science High School for Region XII situated
in Alabel, Sarangani, Philippines. It envisions itself as a regional center of excellence in science and
mathematics education at the secondary level that shall develop potential leaders in science and
other related fields. It seeks to develop responsible and morally upright science-oriented leaders
through relevant and globally competitive science and mathematics education programs.

 Angeles City Science High School

The Angeles City Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Lungsod ng
Angeles) is a Secondary Public Science High School system located on Doña Aurora St., Lourdes
Sur East, Angeles City, Philippines. It was founded in 2006. It is a DepEd-recognized science high
school. It is also a K-12 Curriculum based school as pursuant to DepEd order.

 ARMM Regional Science High Schooll

ARMM Regional Science High School (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralan ng Agham Panrehiyon ng
ARMM) is the Regional Science High School for the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. It is a
public science high school supervised by the Department of Education. The school is the former
Parang National High School - Landasan Campus - Amir Bara Lidasan National High School.[citation
needed]
It became the Regional Science High School for Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in
1996. It is located in Landasan, Parang, Maguindanao, Philippines.
In 2009, the five-classroom donated by Embassy of Japan was completed in support of peace and
development initiatives in conflict-affected areas in Mindanao.[1] Such initiative boosted the institution
to become the center for excellence in science and in mathematics in the region.[2]

 Aurora National Science High School


The Aurora National Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Nasyonal na Pang-agham ng
Aurora in Filipino) is a secondary public science High School located in Baler, Aurora, Philippines. It
is a DepEd-recognized science high school. ANSHS or ANSci is one of the most respected schools
in Aurora.

 Baguio City National High School

Baguio City National High School (BCNHS) is a public secondary school in Baguio, Philippines.
Its main campus is on Governor Pack Rd., and it has several annexes in the city.

 Bais City National Science High School

The Bais City National Science High School is a Secondary Public Science high school system
located in Bais, Negros Oriental, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school.

 Batanes National Science High School

The Batanes National Science High School, formerly the Batanes National High School, is a
public science high school in the Philippines, recognized by the Department of Education. It is in the
provincial capital of Batanes, Basco and had an enrollment of 1,112 students in school year 2022–
2023. The current principal is Carmen C. Noguera.

 Batangas Province Science High School

The Batangas Province Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Lalawigan
ng Batangas) is a public residential science high school system in
Dacanlao, Calaca, Batangas, Philippines that focuses on the intensive study of science,
mathematics and technology. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school that was founded
by Batangas Provincial Governor Hon. Hermilando I. Mandanas. It opened its doors to aspiring
students in June 1998; in that same year, the school's first English student publication, The
Quillmaker, was published.
The BPSHS System offers scholarships to Batangueño students who are gifted in the sciences and
mathematics. Though BPSHS is a public school, enrollment is limited, and applicants undergo a
highly competitive review process before admission. Admission to the BPSHS is by competitive
examination only, and only Filipino citizens who live in Batangas Province (excluding the cities
of Lipa, Tanauan and Batangas) are eligible to take the entrance exams and be admitted if their
scores are above the cut-off.

 Batangas Science School

Batangas College of Arts and Sciences, Inc., formerly known as the Batangas Science School,
is a private school founded November 23, 2000 in Banay-banay Concepcion, Lipa City. The school's
first class had 19 students. The number of students gradually increased, noticeably during the
school year 2002–2003, wherein 521 were studying at the school.
The school's motto was "Competence, Character, Compassion" and was then changed to "To Climb
the Mountain, To Kiss the Clouds". The new emblem, which portrayed Mount Maculot with a coconut
tree in the foreground, was designed by Mark Anthony de Castro, brother of Maria Lourdes de
Castro, valedictorian of the pioneer class.

 Bicol Regional Science High School

Bicol Regional Science High School (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralan ng Agham Panrehiyon ng
Bicol) (colloquially BreSci) is the Regional Science High School for Bicol Region (Region V) in
the Philippines. It is located in barangay Tuburan, Ligao City, Albay and was established in June
1994.[1]

 Cagayan National High School

Cagayan National High School, abbreviated as CNHS and locally known as Cagayan
High (Filipino: Pambansang Mataas na Paaralan ng Cagayan), is the universal high school
of Region 2. It is located in Taft Street, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. Established in 1905,
it is the oldest public secondary level school in Cagayan and the province's premier secondary
school.[2]
The school, which is administered by the Department of Education, has around 5,000 students. Its
campus is fenced and gated, although some buildings outside the walls of the school are being used
because of the great number of students. This is the biggest secondary school in Cagayan Valley.

 Cavite Science Integrated School

The Cavite Science Integrated School (Filipino: Pambansang Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham
ng Kabite) formerly known as Cavite National Science High School, is a secondary public
science high school located in Garita-B (beside Maragondon Elementary
School), Maragondon, Cavite in the Philippines. It is the Regional Science High School for Region
IV-A.
 Central Luzon State University Science High School

Central Luzon State University Science High School, often shortened to University Science High
School or USHS, is a science high school located inside the campus of Central Luzon State
University (CLSU), in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. USHS is not included in the Philippine
Science High School System and is under the College of Education of Central Luzon State
University.[1]

 Computer Science High School of Bicolandia

The Computer Science High School of Bicolandia, also referred to by its acronym CSHSB, is
an information and communications technology (ICT) and junior high school in the capital town
of Pili, Camarines Sur, Philippines.
Founded in 2008, it is a previously university-administered high school under the Central Bicol State
University of Agriculture until 2015. At present, the school operates under the Department of
Education with a specialized curriculum for ICT.

 Cordillera Regional Science High School

Cordillera Regional Science High School (CRSHS) is a public high school located in La
Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines. It serves as the campus of the Regional Science High School
Union system for the Cordillera Administrative Region.
Considered one of the most prestigious schools in the region, the school was established in
November 18 on the Philippine school year 1994–1995.

 Davao Oriental Regional Science High School

Davao Oriental Regional Science High School (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralan ng Agham
Panrehiyon ng Davao Oriental) (School I.D. 304328) is a public science high school supervised by
the Department of Education. The school was established on May 28, 2009, through the R.A. No.
9630[1] as the Regional Science High School for Region XI: Davao Region. It is located in Mati
City, Davao Oriental, Philippines. The school is colloquially known as "DORSHS", "RegSci", or
simply "RS".
 Digos City National High School

Digos City National High School (DiCNHS) formerly known as Davao del Sur National High
School, is situated at Rizal Avenue, Zone II, Digos City, is one of the biggest school in Davao
Region, under the jurisdiction of the DepEd Division of Digos City. The Digos City National High
School is also once the second largest secondary school in the country in terms of student
population, second only to Rizal National High School in Pasig. Founded in August 1946 with the
name of Digos Junior High school.

 Dumaguete Science High School

The Dumaguete Science High School is a public science high school in Dumaguete City, Negros
Oriental, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school and serves as the Regional
Science High School for the Central Visayas region.

 Eastern Visayas Regional Science High School

Eastern Visayas Regional Science High School (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralan ng Agham
Panrehiyon ng Silangang Visayas) is one of the campuses of the Regional Science High School
Union under the supervision of the Bureau of Secondary Education[1] of the Department of
Education. It is located at San Roque, Catbalogan City, Samar along the Arteche Boulevard.

 Gusa Regional Science High School

The Gusa Regional Science High School - X (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralan ng Agham Panrehiyon
ng Gusa) colloquially RegSci, GSci or RS, is the Regional Science High School for Region X -
Northern Mindanao. It is a specialized public science high school supervised by the Department of
Education located in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. It is the premier
science high school of Northern Mindanao, and one of the two science high schools in the region,
together with the Philippine Science High School Central Mindanao Campus. The school was
established in 1994 as Gusa National High School - RSHS Annex. It became the Regional Science
High School for Northern Mindanao in 2002 through the House Bill No. 3000 of the 15th
Congress.[1] From the name Gusa National High School-Regional Science High School Annex, it
was then changed into Gusa Regional Science High School - X, through the RA 10267.[2]

 Kabasalan Science and Technology High School


The Kabasalan Science and Technology High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham at
Panteknolohiya ng Kabasalan) is a Secondary Public Science High School system located
in Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school.

 Laguna BelAir School

Laguna BelAir Science School (LBASS, or BelAir) is a science and math oriented private school
located in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.[1] The school's curriculum is patterned after that of
the Philippine Science High School System. The school was founded on February 13, 1997, with an
emphasis on science and mathematics.[2]

In March of 2021 due to the effects of the pandemic, they announced that they will be closing down
the school year after 2021-2022. It has been 25 years of service for the school.

 Legazpi City Science High School

Legazpi City Science High School (translated in Filipino: Mataas na Paaralang Pang-agham ng
Lungsod ng Legazpi and locally known as LEGASCI (/ˈlɛɡəsaɪ/) is a public science high
school in Legazpi City, Albay, Bicol, Philippines.
Located in Bitano, Legazpi City, it provides education for junior and senior high school students.
Its junior high school department offers SPSTE (Special Program in Science, Technology, and
Engineering). Likewise, its senior high school offers two tracks with three strands. The academic
track includes STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), ABM (Accounting and
Business Management), and ICT (Information and Communications Technology) under
the TVL (Technical-vocational) strand.
Legazpi City Science High School is a science high school which is funded by the Philippine
government. Students of the science high school are commonly called Citinistas.

 Lipa City National Science High School

The Lipa City Science Integrated National High School (formerly known as Lipa City National
Science High School) is a public science high school located in Lipa City, Batangas in
the Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school and one of the three science high
schools in the province of Batangas, the others being the public Batangas Provincial Science High
School in Batangas City and the private Batangas College of Arts and Sciences Inc., Lipa City.

 City of Mandaluyong Science High School
The City of Mandaluyong Science High School (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng
Lungsod ng Mandaluyong) is a public science high school at E. Pantaleon St.,
Hulo, Mandaluyong, Philippines.

 Mandaue City Science High School

Mandaue City Science High School (MCSHS) is a secondary school founded in 1996 in
Opao, Mandaue City, Philippines. It transferred to Ibabao-Estancia, Mandaue City in 2008.

 Medellin National Science High School


-Medellin National Science and Technology School (MNSTS) is a secondary school in Medellin,
Cebu in the Philippines.
In its early years of conception, when there were not enough rooms or a building for the students to
occupy, lectures were done at the Medellin Central School with the students squatting on the floor.
After its furnishing, the new MNSTS building located at the New Medellin Estate Subdivision
provided the students a conducive place to study and learn.
The Medellin National Science and Technology School started its operation in School Year 1996-
1997 through its founder, Dr. Carolino B. Mordeno. Aside from the required academic subjects in the
secondary education, the students are also given additional trainings in difficult subjects like
Mathematics and Science with more than an hour of training in each course.

 MIMAROPA Regional Science High School


Mimaropa Regional Science High School (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralang ng Agham Panrehiyon
ng Mimaropa) - Bansud National High School, is a public science high school supervised by
the Department of Education. It is the Regional Science High School for Mimaropa: Southern
Tagalog Islands or collectively known as Mimaropa. It is located in Pag-asa,[1] Bansud, Oriental
Mindoro, Philippines with a land area of 30,000 square meters.[2]
The school was chosen by the Department of Education through Department Order No. 60 in
collaboration with the Bureau of Secondary Education (BSE) to become a Regional Science High
School after it has complied with all of the requirements needed.[3]
Established in 2011, the campus is newest member of the Regional Science High School Union of
the Philippines.

 Minglanilla Science High School

The Minglanilla Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Minglanilla) is a


public science high school in Poblacion Ward 1, Minglanilla, Cebu, Philippines. It is a DepEd-
recognized science high school.

 Misamis Occidental Science and Technology High School


The Misamis Occidental Science and Technology High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-
Agham at Pangteknolohiya ng Misamis Occidental) is a Secondary Public Science High
School system located at barangay Pines, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines. It is
a DepEd-recognized science high school.

 Naga City Science High SchoolThe Naga City Science High School is a secondary public
science high school system located in Leon SA Aureus St., Gimenez Park Subdivision,
Balatas, Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized Science High School.
The principal is Mr. Erwin Delos Reyes.
 Negros Occidental National Science High School
The Negros Occidental National Science High School or NONSHS is a public science high
school at Estrella Road, Brgy. XIV, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. It is a Department
of Education-recognized National Science high school.
Its old name, Negros Occidental Science High School, was changed after fulfilling the qualifications
and standards of a national-level secondary school. It was announced in June 2010, official
resuming of classes. Major changes were applied to the school.

 Olongapo City National High School

Olongapo City National High School is one of the biggest school in Olongapo City. It has an
average population of 5,530 students. The main campus located in the central part of Olongapo City
along Rizal Avenue, corner 14th Street, East Tapinac with a total service area of 18,993 square
meters. It is more than 2.43 kilometers away from the Department of Education (DepEd) Division
Office, Olongapo City to the main campus.

 Pacita Complex National High School

Pacita Complex National High School (PCNHS), also known as Pacita NHS, is a public
secondary high school in San Pedro, Laguna, in the Philippines.[1] It was founded on 13 November
1997, began offering education in 1999, and now runs a curriculum in science, technology, and
engineering program and secondary basic education.

 Puerto Princesa City National Science High School

The Puerto Princesa City National Science High School (Filipino: Pambansang Mataas na
Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Lungsod ng Puerto Princesa) is a public science high school in Puerto
Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school.

 Quezon Science High School

Quezon Science High School (QSHS, QueScie or Quesay) is the provincial secondary Science
High School of Quezon, located along the diversion road of the Maharlika Highway inside a 3.7-
hectare government property in Barangay Isabang, Tayabas City in the province of Quezon.[1] It was
founded on 2011, admitting 80 students from all over the province who passed the Quezon Science
High School Admission Test (QSHSAT) provided with complete scholarship offering free tuition fees,
board and lodging, foods, uniforms, and other miscellaneous school fees.[2]

 Regional Science High School for Region 1

Regional Science High School for Region 1 (RSHS) is a Magnet school of the Department of
Education (Philippines), established in 1994 by virtue of DECS Order No. 69,s.1993. The school has
a curriculum that specializes in science and research (different from Special Science
Program/Engineering and Science Education Program schools).

 Regional Science High School III

Regional Science High School III (more commonly known as RSHS III) is a science high school
located in East Kalayaan, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City, Zambales province of
the Philippines. The school implements a specialized science and mathematics-oriented curriculum,
mainly for academically strong adolescents and was established in 1994. RSHS III houses a junior
high school and a STEM strand focused senior high school. Most of the student body are residents
of nearby cities & provinces, majority of whom are from Olongapo City, Bataan and Zambales.

 Rizal National Science High School

The Rizal National Science High School[1] (Mataas na Paaralang Nasyonal na Pang-Agham ng
Rizal), commonly known as RNSHS, RiSci, or Rizal Science is a public science high school on
Jose P. Rizal St., Batingan, Binangonan, Rizal, Philippines. It was founded in 1998.

 San Pablo City Science High School


 The San Pablo City Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Lungsod
ng San Pablo) is a Secondary Public Science High School system located in San Pablo
City, Laguna, Philippines with address DLSP Campus, Brgy. San Jose, San Pablo City,
Laguna. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school.
 As of now, the Grade 7 Sections are: Grade 7 Del Mundo, Grade 7 Quisumbing, Grade 7
Zara, and Grade 7 Banzon.

 Santa Rosa Science and Technology High School

The Santa Rosa Science and Technology High School is a non-sectarian, co-educational
secondary public science and technology high school located in J.P Rizal Blvd. Barangay Market
Area, Santa Rosa City, Laguna, 4026, in the Philippines.

 Siquijor Provincial Science High School

The Siquijor Provincial Science High School is a Secondary Public Science High School system
located in Siquijor, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school.

 Tagaytay City National Science High School

The Tagaytay City Science National High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pambansa na Pang-
Agham ng Lungsod ng Tagaytay) is a public science high school in Sungay
West, Tagaytay, Cavite, Philippines.
Former Mayor Francis N. Tolentino initiated the establishment of the Tagaytay City Science National
High School (TCSNHS) on June 1987.
The school started with six classroom until it gradually expanded with additional classrooms to cater
to the increasing number of students. Soon, additional facilities were built.

 Tagbilaran City Science High School

Tagbilaran City Science High School (Filipino: Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Tagbilaran)
is a special-science secondary school under the City Schools Division of Tagbilaran City in
the Philippines. It is the first science high school established in Bohol. The other science secondary
school is located in Ubay.

 Talisay City Science High School

The Talisay City Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Lungsod ng
Talisay) is a Secondary Public Science High School system located in Talisay
City, Cebu, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school.
 Tandag National Science High School
The Tandag National Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Nasyonal na Pang-Agham ng
Tandag) (TNSHS) is a secondary public science high school system located in Tandag City, Surigao
del Sur, Philippines. It is a DepEd-legislated science high school.
TNSHS is situated at Tabon-Tabon, Quezon, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur and is accessible
through pedicabs, multicabs, private vehicles and motorcycles.

 Tanjay Science High School


Tanjay City Science High School (TCSHS) is a public high school located in Tanjay City, Negros
Oriental, Philippines. It is a DepEd-recognized science high school.
Established in 2003, its first graduating class was composed of 13 students. Following that year, the
school moved campuses from a smaller location to its present-day campus. The school has adapted
e-classroom applications with the help from the Department of Education.[1]

 Toledo Science High School


The Toledo City Science High School (Mataas na Paaralang Pang-Agham ng Toledo), also known
as TCSHS, is a public science high school in Ilihan Heights, Toledo, Cebu, Philippines. It is
a DepEd-recognized science high school. It was founded in 1996 in response to the department's
call to focus in math and science education. It started with 25 first-year students and was annexed to
Bato National High School which was the lead school in the Division of Toledo City.
The school is in Barangay Ilihan which got its name from the word "Alihan" whose meaning is to
barricade. During World War II, Filipino guerrillas had foxholes in this barangay to prevent the
Japanese from attacking Toledo City. There were also barricades made of stones which were used
as shields. The area is an ideal place to hide the natives from the Japanese invaders.

 Tuguegarao City Science High School


Tuguegarao City Science High School (TCSHS) has a specialized system of public secondary
schools in the Philippines. It is operated and supervised by the Department of Education, with a
curriculum heavily focusing on math and science.
The TCSHS system offers scholarships to Tuguegarao's students who are gifted in the sciences and
mathematics. Admission is by competitive examination only. Graduates of the TCSHS are advised to
major in the pure and applied sciences, mathematics, or engineering in college.

 Ubay National Science High School

Ubay National Science High School (Filipino: Mataas na Pambansang Paaralang Pang-Agham ng
Ubay), commonly called USci or SciHigh is a special public high school in the Philippines. The
campus is located in the southern tip of Barangay Fatima in the municipality of Ubay in the province
of Bohol. The school is duly administered by the Department of Education.[1] It is the second science
high school in Bohol, next to Tagbilaran City.

 University of Baguio Science High School

The University of Baguio Science High School (UBSHS) is a private, non-sectarian science high
school located in Baguio City, Philippines. Established in 1963, the school is considered a pioneer
among private science high schools in Asia. It currently enrols scholars from Grades 7 to 12. [1][2]

 Zamboanga del Norte National High School


The Zamboanga del Norte National High School (ZNNHS) is a public high school under
the Department of Education of the Philippines in Dipolog, Zamboanga del
Norte, Mindanao, Philippines. It has two campuses: ZNNHS Main Campus is in General Luna Street,
Estaka; and Campus II is in Lower Turno.
The curricula offered by the school are Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics Program
(formerly, Science and Technology Engineering Program (STEP) and Special Science Curriculum,
Enhanced Basic Education Curriculum (EBEP), Special Program for Sports (SPS), Special Program
for the Arts (SPA), Technical Vocational Education (TVS), BP-OSA for out of school youths, and
Special Program in Journalism (SPJ).
