3. SUMMARY
The scope of this document is to provide guideline to the team performing
Lifting Plan during site preparation for …..
The work will be included:
 Crane Pre-Lift Inspection Checklist.
 Operation or simulation test refer to available SOP.

4. HES PRECAUTION
All steps in this procedure shall be performed in accordance with and under
the constraints of Torishima Safe Work Practices (SWP) and applicable local
safety rules and regulations.
Warning:
 STRICT ADHERENCE TO THE DETAILS INDONESIA LABOR LAWS MUST BE
MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS
PROCEDURE. THE SITE AND LOCAL SAFETY GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES
SHALL BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES.
 IT IS ADVISABLE TO USE THE LOCAL NDC STANDARD OPERATION
PROCEDURE OF OVER HEAD CRANE OF MAINTENANCE, TAGGING AND
PADLOCKING OF EQUIPMENT, WITH ALL PERSONNEL MADE FAMILIAR WITH
THE PROCEDURE.
 IT IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE THAT ALL PERSONNEL IN THE
VICINITY OF LIFTING & RIGGING AND WORKING AT HIGH.

5. PRE-REQUISITES:
The following prerequisites shall be completed prior to performing Lifting Job
using Crane at HCT Plant :
 Ensure to do Crane Pre-Lift Inspection Checklist before operate crane
 Lifting Plan should be done prior to lifting operation start and Lifting Plan
 The weight of the lifted load and its center of gravity must be known with
reasonable accuracy early in the planning process
 Special consideration for ground support capacity for the crane
 Before perform lifting ensure that atmospheric test is doing.
 Lifting Equipment to be used should have a valid certificate and color code
 Use appropriate lifting equipment
 All crane crew should be certified personals:
 Crane operator should have a valid certificate as a MIGAS Crane
Operator
 Lifting Supervisor, Rigger and Signalman should have a valid
certificate as a Lifting Supervisor, Rigger and Signalman
 All crane crew should be get safety induction as SWP required

6. RESOURCES

o Lifting gears ( wire rope sling, shackle, etc )

Pastikan barikade telah terpasang dengan baik di area

Ensure that the pre-use inspections have been carried
out on cranes that will be used and all finding have
been resolved
