DLP in Science 6 (2Nd Quarter)

The lesson plan discusses vertebrates and invertebrates. It will have the students determine the distinguishing characteristics between vertebrates and invertebrates through a group activity where they classify pictures of different animals. The lesson will also discuss the key groups of vertebrates such as fish, birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians. It will also cover the main groups of invertebrates like sponges, jellyfish, worms, insects and clams. The students will then complete an evaluation activity and assignment.
