Excuse Letter

Britney Pearl Palita is requesting a temporary excusal from her classes in the Bachelor of Science in Criminology program at the college. Her grandmother recently passed away after being hospitalized for some time. Britney is close to her grandmother and helped care for her in the hospital. I am writing this letter on behalf of my daughter Britney Pearl


Palita who is currently enrolled in your college under the course
Bachelor of Science in Criminology- Class IV E

Last August 4, 2022 at around 7:00 in the morning her


grandmother passed away due to complications after being
admitted at Zamboanga City for quite sometime. With this, we
would like to ask for your consideration to please excuse my
daughter from her classes temporarily until such time that we
will be able to settle things at home. We understand that
academics should be given priority. But as of the moment, my
daughter is not in her state of mind to be living alone and far
from us as she is very much close to her grandmother and she
was the one who took care of her while she was at the hospital.

Your consideration to this matter will be of help in lessening the


worries of our daughter. Thank you and God bless!
