System requirements: windows 8, 10, 2gb RAM

Installation is not required, just unpack the folder
Video manual
This program is designed to send content to guests using E-Mail,
Instagram, SMS and Google Drive.
Basic steps to get started:
1. Activate program
2. Register a Google Account.
3. Get permission to Google Drive (credentials).
4. Enter the username and password of the mail, as well as the
server address and port. Some mail services allow access to
untrusted applications. (e.g. in gmail)
5. Enter username and password from Instagram.
6. Specify credentials from your account.
7. We are thrown into the browser, there we give permission to the
program for all actions.
8. Create a folder or select through the program on Google Drive
where the content will be uploaded when sending a link to mail.
9. Create a folder or select through the program on Google Drive
where the content will be uploaded when sending a link to
Instagram.
10. Specify "Hot Folders" local or network
11. Turn on the storage of content as desired
12. The program is ready to go.

Please note that mail services have restrictions on file attachments, for
example, Google Mail has 25mb, if your video weighs more, use
another service, or send the video in an email with a link to Google
Drive (for this you need to enable the SEND LINK in the Mail tab ON
GOOGLE DRIVE).
Messages in instagram come in the form of links to Google Drive.
After the user opens the link, he can download the video to his phone,
forward it and watch it.

1. To close the program, double-click in the corner

 Setting up Google drive.
1. Create Google Account

2. Follow the link https://developers.google.com/drive/api/v3/quickstart/dotnet and press the

button Enable the DRIVE API

4. Press the button DOWNLOAD CLIENT CONFIGURATION

5. Save the file to the computer and remember the name (any name can be set, the main thing is
to leave .json at the end)
 Enabling INSTAGRAM in the program.

If upload to Google Drive turned ON.

1. In the program, click on “SEND TYPES” - turn on the TUMBLER ON - then “INSTAGRAM” then
“SELECT”

2. Select our .json file (note that for convenience I renamed it to the name of the account we
created so that I would not get confused later)

3. Create a folder to save on Google Drive for Instagram.

Enter the name then the CREATE button or if the folder exists, enter its name and click SELECT.
The first time you connect to Google Drive after clicking CREATE, a browser opens.
We will be asked to choose a Google account, select. Then click "Advanced Settings"

Allow every item

Click "Allow"

This procedure is one-time when connecting a new Google account to the program.

Open Google Disk https://drive.google.com/drive/ in a browser and check the folder.

4. Next, enter your LOGIN from the instagram, password and message that the user will receive
along with a link to the finished video.
5. Push the button below LOGIN

When you first enter, you will be asked to receive a confirmation code via SMS or MAIL. Choose
the appropriate option, get the code, enter it and click OK.

6. Now when you click SEND you can access INSTAGRAM

Enter the LOGIN to whom we send and press the button with the image of the Letter.

After that, the sending is added to the queue. You can follow the sending process in the lower
left corner, or in the "LIST OF SENDED" window
 MAIL
Open «SEND TYPES» - MAIL – turn it ON
Fill in the data from your mailbox.

After filling in, try to send yourself a test letter. If everything is correctly filled, then check the
mail.

Some mail services require permission to access the application, for example, for GMAIL:

Then select a folder on computer or lan which will be upload to Google Drive folder.

 SMS – TWILIO
TWILIO is a service that allows you to send SMS to guests, in the SMS itself there will be
a link to the video on Google Drive.
SMS prices in your country can be viewed here.
Register an account on the site www.twilio.com.
Fill in all the data, upgrade the account,.
We replenish the account in your account (at least $ 20).
We buy a virtual phone number with SMS support.
We get ACCOUNT SID, AUTH TOKEN.
Choosing CREDENTIALS from your Google Drive.
Create or select a folder on your Google Drive.
 SAVING CONTENT
This copying from one folder to another all files automatically.

For example, we have a poor connection to the network and the videos are delayed or we have
finished work, and the videos are still being sent over the network, but we need to go to the
next order.

To do this, specify the folder for SYNCHRONIZATION (the folder from which we will copy), for
example, it is located on the local network.

Then we specify the folder WHERE to copy everything from the SYNC folder. We select this folder
local (not network), then all the videos will be on your tablet and you will not worry about a
network breakdown or slow speed.

1. The folder is located on another computer that is connected over the network and which
processes the video and puts it in its folder __Ready.

After this select HOT FOLDER Videos.

Now the tablet will display the video only after downloading it to itself, which will significantly

 LISTS SEND
The files we sent are displayed here.

If the file has not been sent for some reason, you can click RESEND (circle at the end of the list)
You can send all unsent at once by clicking on the SEND UNSEND
When you click CLEAR LIST, the list will be cleared.

You can unload the list in EXCEL format

 Issues
1. When I send email I have

Message rejected under suspicion of SPAM.... and the same

errors.

1.You need to write to support your email provider and

describe what emails you are sending and ask to resolve a
problem.
2.Change subject of mail and text inside, maybe it's really looks
like spam

2. Instagram doesn’t send a direct video, only a message.

Solutions:
1. Try to send a link to video instead of a direct
message.
2. Change Instagram account.
3. Low speed internet connection

Instagram may restrict you from sending messages without any

notifications
