1. As we are about to begin, may I request everyone to please be seated.

Just a few reminders, to successfully complete this seminar your


cooperation is highly implored. Hence, kindly switch your mobile phones
to silent mode to avoid interruption. Thank you.
2. Ladies and Gentlemen, good morning and welcome to our LECTURE-
WRITESHOP on Assessment in Learning with the theme, “Assessment in
Student’s Learning in Post Pandemic Time.” Our event for today will
surely give us a lot of learnings. So please sit down, relax and enjoy the
rest of the morning. I am Fria Mae A. Abellano and I am
_________________________, we are your masters of ceremony for
today. We hope that you will find the program we have lined-up for you
to be fruitful and engaging.
3. NATIONAL ANTHEM & INVOCATION
- To start this program, may we request everyone to please stand
for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be led by
Ms. _____________, the business manager of the college
student council. It will immediately be followed by an invocation
to be led by Ms. _____________, the Public Relations Officer
of the College student Council.
4. OPENING REMARKS
- To formally begin this seminar, I would like to invite here at the
stage Dr. Julius Caesar P. Averilla, our ever-dynamic Instructor
for the Opening Remarks.
- Thank you for those wonderful remarks.
5. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
- Now, we may somehow know what we came here for. If someone
would ask us why we are here, our ready answer would be to attend
the lecture-writeshop but specifically what do you think is the purpose
of today’s event?
For that matter, Mr. Jojo Necerio, our very own TCP student will
come to our aid. Let us all intently listen as he gives us the statement of
purpose of this activity.
6. INTERMISSION NUMBER
- Before we formally proceed to the lecture-writeshop, let us first enjoy a
performance to be given to us by Mr. _____________, the 2 nd year
Board Member of CSC.
7. PRESENTATION OF PARTICIPANTS
- At this point, we shall give due recognition to the most important
people of this event. They are the primary reason of this gathering. So,
to present to us the participants of this lecture-writeshop, let us all
welcome Mam Leila Llames.
8. MESSAGE
- Before we introduce our first speaker, may we invite here at the stage
our school OIC Acting Administrator/SAS Coordinator, Mam Adelaida A.
Perez, MAFil to give us a short message.
9. INTRO TO SPEAKER 1
- It is a great privilege for me to introduce our first speaker. Our first
speaker is from Iraya Pawa Manito Albay. He completed his elementary
education at Pawa Elementary School receiving the award of class
salutatorian. He attended Manito National High School for his Secondary
education in the years 2002-2006 as an EDC Scholars and a consistent
honor student. He is a product of our very own educational institution -
the Community College of Manito, in the year 2013 he graduated with
the degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English
receiving the latin award Cum Laude. Thereafter, he went to Bicol
University Graduate School and obtained his Master of Arts in English
Education and graduated with flying colors as an OUTSTANDING
GRADUATE. Currently, he is completing his doctorate degree in Doctor
of Education in Educational Leadership and Management at Bicol
University.
- Currently, he is a Senior High School Teacher II assigned at
_______________. It is also noteworthy to mention that, he is a writer
and editor of the Self Learning Modules in Grade 10 in the Deped
Region V and a writer of the Learning Activity Sheets for Grades 9 and
10 in the Schools Division Office of Albay.
- Truly, a pride and honor of his homeland, ladies and Gentlemen, let us
all welcome Mr. Jovito A. Briones Jr. A round of applause please.

11. Thank you for sharing with us such valuable learnings, rest
assured sir that we will put it onto practical use.

- Finally, to award the certificates to the participants, may we request the
