all teaching, and non-teaching personnel are required to
use the assigned DepEd Email accounts on official
purposes.

accessed/processed by a DepEd employee (teaching or
non-teaching). Sharing of email details and information
such as passwords especially to non-DepEd employees is

• Login to your DepEd Email Account via

• Search for email “Activate your DepEd Microsoft 365
Account”
• If you don’t find the email, please check the SPAM
folder

• Open your web browser (Chrome, Opera, or Firefox)

• Login your username and temporary password

✓Has uppercase letters

Step 1
• Open your web browser (Chrome, Opera, or Firefox)
• Go to https://drive.google.com

• Highlight the folders you want to download
• Right-click at the highlighted folders, click Download

• Drive will zip the files you want to download.
• Wait until all files are downloaded.
• Extract the downloaded files.

• Login your Microsoft Office 365 Account
• Click on Apps in Navigation Bar

• Click Sign in with Microsoft
• Login your O365 Account
• Click Accept (Permission)

• Select Source Account (Google Drive – Single User)
• Click Authorize (2)
• Login your DepEd Email Account (Google)
• Click Allow

• Select Destination Account (OneDrive for Business – Single
User)
• Click Authorize (2)
• Login your Office 365 Account
• Click Accept

• Create a new folder to become the destination folder of
your Google Drive Files
• Click Start Copy (Do not close the browser while copying is
in progress)
• Wait for the copying to complete
