ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT


LEARNING RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT (LRMDS)
SY: 2020-2021

I. INTRODUCTION:
The pandemic has starkly highlighted the fragility of our educational system. It is
therefore crucial that the innovation and creativity stimulated by this crisis be leveraged
to make education system more just, inclusive and resilient. However, LRMDS stand still
and ensure potential opportunities for improvement in the areas of curriculum, students,
teachers and educational settings.

In the entire school year, many had happened and breaks out limit beyond the
pandemic. All of these go along way in the educative process and evidence shown below
follows and activity completions reports for the school years’ activities.

1. Physical Facilities
1.1. Learning Materials
 SLMs (Self-Learning Modules) supplied by the Central Office is not sufficient
and delayed. Thus, the Division decided to craft an own and contextualized
Self-Learning Material to supplement the lessons. Learning Activity Sheet
were crafted from all grade levels and subject teachers by the teachers of
Magdum National High School. With 1:2 ratio per week for 1 st Quarter, 1:1 for
2nd Quarter, 1:4 for 3rd and 4th Quarter for the entire School year.
 Video Lessons from various teachers were also made and uploaded in their
YouTube Channel to cater diverse learners and motivate them well in the
educative process.
 Other Learning Tools
Books, Learning Modules were free to use by the learners

schools with a book type kind of

TAGS (short term for TAGUM)

This application was made by our


very own ICT in Tagum City Division,
Mr. Jecson Oafallas which consists
of all modules from kindergarten to
Grade 12. It has also episodes of
TVBI and RBI. However, this kind of
Learning Resource can only be used
for those students who has gadgets
yet convenient to use.
